For the First time in 18 years, Kaiyla ventured iff the shores of North Aamerica and flew to an island full of intrigue, beuaty and a lot of "yah mahn"s. Yes, she went to Jamaica. |

With her family, she dived off boat decks into deep ocean waves, lay carefree under fantantic blue skies and spent evenings staring into a black void where the horizon and waters could not be told apart and the stars were the only clue to where the moon's bed lie...yes, she had wandered into paradise. She befriended a handsome young man from Wales, shared conversations of politics and deathdefying stunts with a few Australians and English folk and spent a night at karaoke embarassing herself in front of an entire hotel audience. What a trip! There was one thing she HAD to do...and that was to get her hair braided by another's hands- so she got some of the local Jamaican women to do her a great favor and add some color to her head.
