From the PublisherWell, I had big plans for a facelift for the website, complete with frames to make it easier to navigate. Jon got the text to me three weeks ago, so I had plenty of time to format everything and get things working. Life doesn't work that way, though. Scheduled things (My younger son Jesse's car won 1st place among the Webelos in the Pinewood Derby!), unscheduled things (My older son Adam was inducted into the National Junior Honor Society -- we only had a couple of days notice, and we're sure proud), helping with homework, fixing what's broken around the house, working -- all combine to use up most of the available time. When it comes down to choosing the family or the web page, the family wins every time, and I wouldn't have it any other way. So, this month's issue looks like last month's. I haven't had any complaints... it's my own pickiness that says I could do it better. The articles (not written by me) are still excellent. You will want to be sure to read The Final Page. It is about the founders and original intent of the Planned Parenthood orginization, and it's enlightening. Not that being "politically correct" is a good thing, but that organization isn't even up to "politically correct" standards! The Expository Files continues to grow... 648 visitors for the February. Thanks to all of you who are reading, and to Jon and Warren for their continued efforts to spread God's word. |
