Parachute
There is a game I play.
Parachute I call it.
It's quite simple, really.

All I do is let go of my life.
And see how close to smashing I get
Before I pull the string.

It's a very despicable game I play.
Parachute I call it.
It's quite stupid really.

All I ever to is let go of my life.
And see how close to smashing I get
Before pulling the string.

It's a cheap thrill, in the short run.
A thrill cheaper than drugs, in the short run.
A priceless idiocy, ultimately.

And yet this game I play.
Parachute, I call it.
It's simply stupid really.

For all I ever keep doing is let go of my life.
And see how bloody close to smashing I get,
Before pulling the string anyway.

And I never learn to fly...
