If you asked me what the most inevitable thing in life was, I would tell you change. Im Kate, my name is about the only thing in my world that doesnt seem to change. Not that change is a bad thing... it just seems as if life is like one of those glass snowglobes you shake it up, the snowflakes settle down, but then you shake it again and they are sent into another white windwirl before settiling back down on the bottom only to be shaken up again. I guess its what makes life interesting. I have to say life is good. Sure, shit happens, but you have your friends and family to pull you back onto your feet again and remind you of what is really important, leaving you a stronger person each time. I give advice better then I take it. I believe in honesty and confrontation and have trouble understanding those who lie or prolong the truth. I am usually one to stand up for what I believe in, but sometimes the brutality of the world leaves me in silence. There is no greater feeling then the feeling of happiness. Music constantly runs through my head, and I believe there is a song for just about everything. Art is my passion, my safety, and my comfort. My creative mind processes information differently then the minds of most people. I know there is not always a logical solution or answer to things that may happen, but it doesnt keep me from trying to find it. I cannot begin to fathom some of the feelings I have or the things that I do, yet I expect a logical explanation from others. I embrace this as something I need to work on. I am probably one of the most random people you would ever meet I know everyone says that, but spend 5 minutes with me. As hard as it is for me to admit, I have a hard time letting go sometimes. I sometimes wonder if I have made as big an impact on the lives of people I know as much as they have on mine. I have a hard time dealing with people coming and going in life. I always trust my intuition, because 90% of the time it ends up being right. I am a lot smarter then I come across and can easily put two and two together. I believe in living for the moment. Ive learned that not everything works out, but somehow the situation will turn out to work positively in the future. I am a glass half full person, but everyone has there glass half empty days. I get along with most everyone if you can make me laugh then well be friends. I dont fall for guys easily, but if I fall for you then its because I see something I like. I believe the best relationships are built on trust, honesty, and friendship. I live by the quote there are many things that we would throw away if we were not afraid that others would pick them up. The small things are what matter most to me. Nothing is trivial. I pay attention to detail because sometimes thats what says the most about a person. I am guilty of being a daydreamer my grades suffer. I tend to talk about the weather when I have nothing else to say. Silence is hard for me... well depending on the circumstance. I can admit I still have a lot of growing up to do. I am not perfect no one is... but isnt that what makes us interesting?
