 Add every building to the Landmarks window (and remove the
 10-
landmark limit):

1.  Open the Power Plant window (under Utilities Menu), and then 
close it with the X button in the top right corner.

2.  Now open the Rewards & Opportunities window (under Civic & 
Special menu), and then close it with the X button.

3.  Go back to the Utilities menu and open the Garbage Disposal
 window, and then close it with the X button.

4.  Now finally, go back to the Civic & Special buildings menu
 and open the Landmarks window. 

You should notice that the list of landmarks has grown 
considerably. This code makes all of the structures in the game 
available to place at your free will (and at free cost) anywhere
 on your city map. Also, the quantity restraints have been 
lifted, so you can place as many landmarks or structures as you 
want. You can also place duplicate landmarks or structures. 


SimCity 2000 Music: 
Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a 
backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to 
edit the "audio.ini" file in the "/game/res/sound" sub-directory
 in the game directory. Locate the "SimCity 200 Theme" line in 
the file. Change the numbers that follow that entry 
from "0,0,0,1" to "0,1,0,1". The music from SimCity 2000 will 
now accessible during the game from the preferences screen. 



Hints

Prevent Extra Crime:
By building police stations in your city, there will be less 
crime. But sooner or later, the crime will come back because by 
only having police stations, you can't keep bad guys in without
 a jail. Build a couple of jails around your city and the bad 
guys will stay in their places.

Here Comes the Fire Department:
When a fire happens in your city, you usually call the Fire
 Dept. to come and water it down. By constantly clicking the 
building or land that is on fire, in a few minutes, the number
of times you clicked will be the amount of helicopters flying 
over your city, wow!

Parades:
Want your city to have a parade? Wait for the holidays 
(Thanksgiving, Christmas) and someone will mention it. If you 
agree, the town will have a holiday parade and a larger celebration.

Make a Connection With a Neighboring Town:
Build a road, railroad, or a subway all the way to the end of 
your town where you can't see anymore land. Keep going, and it will ask you if you want to make a connection to the neighboring 
town, click yes, and people from another town can visit yours! 

Just like a Polititian:
If you raise your taxes at the very end of the year and then 
lower them at the beginning of the next year you will make lots 
of money without many people moving out.
