Our Lady of the Abandoned Parish
On October 23, 1791 the church was consecrated by the Archdiocese of Manila for the Virgin's said title so that it could not be used for any secular purpose. In 1898, during the Philippine–American War the first image was burned together with the pertinent records on the devotion in Marikina. Last 1902, a new image was created which is presently venerated in the parish.
Immaculate Conception Parish
In 1960, a group of residents of barrio Bayan-bayanan (Ignacia de Leon, August de Guzman, Francisca Torres and Felisa de Leon) initiated the construction of a small chapel, with the help of Fr. Jose Mirasol who has then assigned to Boystown. Attendance to the Sunday mass numbered to only about thirteen, but Fr. Mirasol never failed to celebrate the mass.
San Isidro Labrador Parish
Founded on November 29, 1993, belongs to the Diocese of Antipolo is located at No.6 Buenmar Avenue, Greenland Subdivision 1, Nangka, Marikina City, Tel. 948-28-29. The previous parish priest were the late Fr. Jun Arellano; Fr. Rowie Reyes & Fr. Aly Barcinal. Rev. Fr. Giovanni Osias Delfin O. Yago is the fourth & current Parish Priest since March 1, 2007.
