Despite seeing everyone, old and young, absorbed in loud music, despite the monotony, so abundant, of people desconnected and lost in their own dance, something did not concord with the steady hum of routine.
Curious, I looked at the bodies around me again. Among these I saw a sign of life. A glimmer of light reflected off short chestnut hair; subtly touching delicate shoulders. Beneath her hair, dark brown and playful, Asiatic eyes were gazing, scanning, and observing; as I was doing , only without her noticing.
Below that sweet gaze lay a pair of full lips, which contrasted with the playful quality of her eyes. These both, along with her fair skin, served but to complement her delicate complexion. And the end, a beautiful simplicity, as her laughter supplanted monotony of that place.
