| Cardboard life-sized Donny & Darlene...my friend, Sandra won Donny at the end of the day! We had a fun time fitting him in her car& everyone had fun posing with him! After 4 months in her home, Sandra surprised me by giving "Donny" to me to keep, where he now happily resides in my computer room! |
| Chris Holcomb (center), weatherman for WXIA-TV did a live remote feed from the mall from 6-10 am. We got to be involved in most of the segments that tried to get more people to come down & enjoy the Pyramid sweep at the mall. |
| Darlene with Pyramid staffers Angela Bundrant & Chris Albert - early morning at the mall sweep. They were both so sweet & they bent over backwards to make sure we all had a wonderful time! Chris is also a rascal as he's the one who whispered to Donny onstage to look at the other side of my sign - knowing it was about host Steve Sauders!! |
