You may have noticed the button on the index page with "Birthdays" on it, but I currently have 1 person's information on file. If you wish to be part of this program, please give me your information by November 1st!!! If your birthday was in the last 6 months or if it is still to come I will do a page for you. Even if it was a few days over 6 months or 7 months, I am flexible and will most likely do it, anyway. If it was further than that, I would still appreciate to have the information on file. If you want to make changes to your information, notify me anytime. I will accept this information in person or by e-mail.
The information I need is:
The month and day of your birthday.
What theme you want.
If you want anything special on the page.
What song you want. (This is optional. If you would like to choose one, I use starlightmks.com and mimisk8.com only!!!)
