| The Politic Influence |
| The political climate of the era was sorrounded by the darkness of wars (World War I and World War II among others). Before the wars started, people were usually thinking that technology would lead them to improve their lives; but after all the consequences brought by war, people started thinking differently. Then they began to analyze if all the deaths were reasonalbe under a certain situation. These wars were caused by corrupted governments that limited people's rights (Nazism in Germany and Facism in Italy). In order to prevent the development of another tarnished government people were beginning to create organizations that promise to give them the security of improving their lives by avoiding more injustices towards theirs vitals' rights. The political situation of the era inspired many artist such as Pablo Picasso to draw what he felt. This feeling and reactions are reflected in "Guernica ". | In the Modernist Era Josef Stalin, Adolph Hitler, Benito Mussolini, and Franklin Delano Roosevelt were some of the political leaders that influenced the period. Adolph Hitler was the German Dictator (Kaiser) in 1936 that modified the Marxist ideas of socialism into a new product named Nazism. The Nazism became the form of government adopted by Germany. During this government many abuses were committed toward people's rights. Millions of Jews, Hungarians lost their lives in war. These actions led to one of the biggest genocide in the history of the world. Benito Mussolini was the Italian dictator during the World War II. This political Tyrant also manipulated the Marxist ideas and created a new philosophy "Facism" that shares many points with the "Nazism." Mussolini supported the Holocaust that Nazis, at first were commanding. Franklin Delano Roosevelt was the 32nd President of the United States. He led to many political changes for example: the action of creating new laws projects on commerce and education which guided the Nation on the Great Depression toward a better future. Thanks to his help man modern artist were able to develop their feelings in many artss school constructed under his term. This will allowed every single artist to develop the modernism in each field by creating new visions concerning visual arts, music and literature. |

| All the previous leaders were important to modernism, but Josef Stalin (Russian Dictator during the 20th century) is one of the most important social and political figure on the era. He sharply cutand manipulated all the modern ideologies that were entering to the Soviet Union. Under his government freedom was destroyed and the modernist perish in their goal to express freely their true meanings. Under his political term the modern concept was transformed into the named "Social Realism" An idea representing the action of only letting know what government desire. In education, Stalin block all the modernist influece. Schools were not allowed to express opinions against the governement decisions or actions. Despite this, the action of judging the government could cost the life of the adjudicator. In the commerce sector, merchandise with modernist messages like music and clothing were restricted. Stalin kwen that if people could understand the modern ideas they could rise against the dictatorial goverment. |

| After this entire political changes people were becoming a bigger influence in the way government works. People were thinking that their rights were being limited: therefore the idea of a "Rational Organization" within society was developed. THis though emphasizes on a creation of a logical response to the injustices committed by government. |
