A Silent Flight(revised 9.25.03):

1.  Ravens will only be able to use one set up throughout this tournament, though all Ravens are privilidged to one confidential substitution or modification.  Ravens may switch ACs between stages and matches, but not between rounds.  Any substitution or modification made is confidential and will not be disclosed to other competitors, but must be okayed with us the hosts. Once a substitution or modification has been made, it is final.  Ravens will not be allowed to revert back to a previously used AC. The Raven has 5 minutes complete any modification.  We will be keeping a copy of all registered AC's on a staff memory card, from which you will be allowed to load prior to your match.  You will not be permitted to use your own card unless you are modifying, in which case the final product will be saved on the staff memory card over the previous save. Therefore eliminating the prior save from the tournament.

2.
The Tournament will be divided up into 2 Brackets(Winner's and Loser's) with 3 Stages each with a final Stage to conclude the tournament after Stage 3 of each Bracket.

3a
. Stage I of each Bracket will consist of four(4) to six (6) Flights, in which each competitor will have the opportunity to compete in a match with each Raven in his/her Flight. Ravens will be randomly placed into each Flight for fairness purposes. This may result in and uneven number of Raven in each Flight, but this is as fair as it can be.  Each match will be best of 3 rounds. The winner of each Flight will move on to Stage II(revised 9.25.03).
3b.
Stage II of each Bracket will consist of 1 flight each.  These matches will be best of 5 rounds. In this stage, the Top 2 in the Winner's Bracket will advance and the winner of the Loser's Stage II will advance to Stage III.
3c.
Stage III matches will be best of 5 rounds. Stage III Winner's Bracket will be a rematch of the Top 2 from Stage II; winner advances to Championship Stage IV, and the loser moves to Stage III Loser's Bracket.  Stage III Loser's bracket winner advances to the Champion Stage IV.
3d
. Championship Stage IV will be best of 7 rounds. Winner will be determined Ohio's Finest.
