| Shadow Phoenix has cleaned house this month, leaving few members. The Shadow Council has only left the active members and those who have taken the iniative to talk on the forums. We are having a hard time finding members that are SPX material, meaning active forum users. We currently have a total of 10 extremly active members and 4 initiates who are working toward membership.
