KAY FLOREA

Human War

Crazed world.

Terror and grief.

Evil walks hand and hand with deceit.

Never ending battles.

Looking toward the final war.

Blood and flesh unravel.

Screams and cries all the more.

Many funerals across this crazed old world.

In dust we will return.

Doomed is this place called earth.

As battles lead on.

Here the drummer beckons.

Evil rides its dragon.

Lives need a saving.

Faith needs believing.

Hearts need a soul.

Love can be redeeming.

Evil shall rein no more.

On the edge

Mass hysteria, misconception.

Clouded mind feeds the tension.

One side is self absorbed, in its own drama.

The other side is fogged by consumption.

In the middle is the innocent, that holds their heads among the hysteria.

Childish behaviors add to the chaos.

Where does the nightmare end, or has it only just began?

A family surviving on a thread.

Lives hanging on the edge.

Is this time the breaking point?

That finally does us in?

Is being normal a cardinal crime?

Must the crazies rule our lives and our minds?

Will the one that can?

Not take control, to release the power from the troll?

Letting the other party have the upper hand.

Will only feed the animal that feeds on the chaos and hysteria.

The innocent is in jeopardy and will pay the final price.

If the craziness is not stopped in time.
