EXILES MC RULES
What We Want to Do

1. We are a bunch of bikers who want to ride our bikes, have fun and not be interfered with by Big Brother or any other organisation.

2. We dont care what nationality, religion, sex, political persuasion or colour anyone who rides with us is, or what type of bike they ride.

3. We want to organise fun stuff for ourselves that involves biking.

4. We want to ride safe and ensure that our fellow members ride safe too.

5. We want to provide a classy club where things are done properly.

6. We want to keep the membership limited to those who have the same attitude as us.

7. We dont want o make a profit and want to use cash raised within the Club to make it a better Club.

8. We want it to be a democratic club where major decisions will be taken by the majority of the members.
Members

1. If anyone wants to join us, they will become one of these:

Full Member

Bike owner with a bike licence who has been accepted by the other members by completing a probationary period.

Associate Member

The partner of a full member who regularly rides as a passenger of a full member and who has been accepted by the other members by completing a probationary period.

Probationary Member

A biker with a license who is hoping to become a full member by completing a probationary membership period.

Probationary Associate Member

The partner of a full member or a probationary member who regularly rides as a passenger of a full member or probationary member and who is hoping to become a full member by completing a probationary membership period.

2. The Membership period runs from 1 October to 30 September.

3. If anyone does not renew their membership by coughing up the subs by 1 November, they will be kicked out of the Club. If they want to join again later, they will have to pay extra for being late and causing us grief. Only very specific circumstances such as death might be considered as an excuse for late payment.

4. If anyone wants to apply for membership they will have to fill out a form.

5. They will have to hand over a years subs with their application form.

6. They will also have to give us two passport photos, although this is only necessary for the first application or whenever the picture submitted no longer looks like the member due to the fact that they are getting older and uglier.

7. If anyone wants to be a member, they will need to get a full member to sponsor their application and will have to undergo a probationary period so we get the chance to see if we like them and to check out their riding style. Their sponsor will show you them the ropes and make sure that they know all about riding safe.

8. After they have done 3-month probation we will decide if we want to have them as a member or not, or as an alternative, extend their probationary period. We will decide this by voting at the first members meeting after their probationary period is up. If they are at the meeting, they will have to leave the room whilst we talk about them. If we decide we dont want them as a member, we dont have to tell them why, but if we decide to extend their probationary period, we will explain our reasons.

9. All members are expected to ride regularly and take an active part in the Club.

10. If anyone doesnt behave properly or if the way they ride causes safety hazards to other rider, (considering their riding experience) and if the majority of members present at a members meeting agree, we will kick them out of the club.
