Mark Shorter and Marcela Ordonez came together in early October 2004 to created a collaborative piece, we now know as 'Confession #1'. The collaborative DVD installation deals with the domminance of the unseen, masculinity, the imporatance of the tactile and the power of confession. The work was exhibited in a laundry space at 56 Ramsay Street, Haberfield and was composed in a painterly fashion, a result likely to be reflective of both Mark's and Marcela's painting background. Both artists are currently studying at Sydney College of the Arts and are working in the painting department. Mark is expected to travel to Colone on scholarship, while Marcela is endevouring with future Wet Patch projects and exhibiting around Sydney.
The DVD of 'Confession #1' is also available for $10.00 with $7.00 postage and handling.
