Vegeta is the second strongest Saiyan, right after Gokou. His jealousy often drives him to reach the same levels of power as Gokou. Soon after Gokou became a Super Saiyan, Vegeta trained even harder and reached the same plateau. Vegeta was the only Saiyan besides Gokou to reach Super Saiyan Level 4, but he required a device made by Bulma to help him reach the pre-requisite Golden Oozaru mode. |
