Bardock is Goku's father. His story is told in the Bardock Story TV Special. Bardock tries to save Planet Vegeta from destruction at the hands of Freeza. He dies in the attempt, but is happy to see a vision of his son Kakarot (Goku) defeating Freeza in the future. |
