Ewan McGregor: The Unauthorized Biography Billy Adams basic rundown: personally liked this book because it wasn't simply a listing of information about Ewan. It was very story-like and included specific incidences which kept the book fresh and interesting. It included a few glossy pages with black-and-white photos (photos in above graphic are from book). The information is dated (released 1999) but overall the biography is a good read and an original way to look at the actor. Ewan McGregor From Junkie to Jedi Brian J. Robb basic rundown: Contains much of the information that is supplied in the Unauthorized Biography, but it is in a less interesting or emotional format. Yet, the upside is its pages upon pages that contain high-quality, large photos and in that some which are quite hard to find. The information is presented in a clean and chronological order, which is helpful to the beginner or any reader. The book, like the Unauthorized Biography, always leaves you wanting more when you finish because much has happened since 1999 when it was published. Even though the dating of the book is frustrating, it has much to offer with great pictures and therefore is well worth your buy. |
