*NOTE: All OTM nominations MUST be completed and e-mailed to [email protected] BEFORE the first Tuesday of the month.
Example: You write an OTM for January, we must have it by the first Tuesday in February. All information included in your OTM must pertain to the month you are writing the OTM for. If it is a program OTM for a program that happened in January the event must have happened in January. If you are nominating your hall for a Community OTM all the information about your hall must be relevent to the month you are nominating them for.
