Our representative will work directly with your employment representative to fill your individual seasonal job openings. Our personnel will be totally screened, interviewed, English tested (all scores can be provided to your firm), and selected for proper placement within your firm for the selected employment position and the term of employment. (NOTE: this can vary as to your specific needs.) Our staff thoroughly interviews all applicants for work ethics and job performance prior to their arrival.
Placements from ISA-Rabszum Inc.. will be contracted for the entire season. Since our firm completes all of the paperwork involved for the working visas, these employees cannot leave your employment and go elsewhere to work. They are legally bound to work at your job location for the entire season, as this is a requirement of the working visas. Please note that ISA-Rabszum Inc.. will handle all of the detailed paperwork to secure legal entry and work documents for all or our applicants. Your personnel can concentrate on the day to day business of running your firm and now worry about the paperwork maze.
