This product comes in a factory sealed package which includes a free tool kit and manual.
The scooter is equiped with a centrifugal clutch. Complete with suspenesion and a motorcycle
style twist throttle the bike can go as fast as 28 mph.
It's foldable bars and light weight make it great for traveling.
