The Houston fans are red hot as more pyro goes off and No Shelter by Rage Against The Machine continues playing. The scene then cuts to Zach Ross and Anarky at ringside. Zach Ross - Welcome ladies and gentlemen to eWo Violence. And what a night we had last week on Violence! Anarky - I can't disagree Zach. Johnny Legend dethroned Dylan Dunn and became a two time eWo World Champion! Zach Ross - That's true, but it was more of a four man cage match when both Seth Dryden and Jalie Thomas got involved! Anarky - They did but none the less Johnny Legend is eWo World Champion yet again!
Higher Ground by Red Hot Chili Peppers cues. From backstage we see AJ Epic and Axe come down the ramp. Axe gets up on the apron and holds the ropes wide open so Mr.Epic can get in the ring. Mr.Epic - Ladies and gentlemen in Houston, what you saw last week was a match for the ages, do you agree? Did you like seeing Johnny Legend regain the eWo World Championship? The crowd boos at the mention of Johnny Legend. Mr.Epic - Okay....so you don't like seeing Johnny Legend as champion. Who would you rather see....maybe...Seth Dryden? The crowd boos again. Mr.Epic - Well what about Jalie Thomas? Some members of the crowd cheer. But most of them boo. Mr.Epic - So you liked Dylan Dunn as eWo World Champion? The crowd roars at the sound of Dunns name. Mr.Epic - Well since I am all about giving you fans what you want, I am going to do something for you people. I have decided the main event of Guilty As Charged on December 5th. The crowd cheers. Mr.Epic - We will see, Johnny Legend defend his World Championship against Seth Dryden, Jalie Thomas and....Dylan Dunn in a Triple Tier Cage Match! The crowd erupts at the announcement. Mr.Epic - Yeah I think that's what the fans want. But I have another announcment.....since Jalie Thomas has gone undefeated for a long time, and there is not a lot of compitition for the Gutz And Glory Championship. I am officially retiring that belt! Jalie was a great champion but its time to move on. Enjoy the show folks. Higher Ground by Red Hot Chili Peppers cues and Mr.Epic leaves the ring. Zach Ross - A fatal four way triple tier cage match at Guilty As Charged! Anarky - That match is going to be incredible! But speaking of matches, lets get to our first match!
Frank Burton vs. Seth Dryden w/Special Commentator: Dylan Dunn Absolute Power by Tech N9ne hits and blue strobe lights start to flicker rapidly. A pair of dice circle the arena through a spotlight. After a long pause Dunn walks out from backstage to a deafening scream from the fans. He walks down the ramp and walks around the ring and takes a seat with the commentators. Dylan Dunn - Hello Zach. Tim how's your boyfriend? Anarky - Fuck you Dunn, just call the match. "Because of You" by Nickelback hits, and the crowd goes absolutely insane. Lasers drag across the ceiling, and suddenly, pyro erupts from the turnbuckle tops, and dollar signs are projected all over the ring. Seth Dryden steps out onto the entrance ramp, wearing nothing but his trademark jeans and cruciform necklace. He walks down the aisle, a cigarette perched on his lips. He winks at a few women, and then climbs into the ring, flicking his cigarette into the crowd. He climbs the turnbuckles and waves the crowd into further hysterics. Soon, he drops down and begins to stretch, waiting for the match to start. Seth�s music fades and is replaced by Frank Burton who smiles confidently and keeps a stare fixed on Seth Dryden as he walks to the ring.
He slides under the bottom rope and Dryden charges at him, but a quick-witted Burton dives forward too and connects his opponent with a hard lariat across the throat. The referee rings the bell and Frank makes a quick cover very early on in the match! 1� 2�! Dylan Dunn - Damn Dryden, you better dance better than this at the ppv. Zach Ross - What do you think of the Triple Tier Cage match Dylan? Dylan Dunn - I think that I'm going to walk into that match, kick ass and walk out a two time eWo World Champion. Anarky - And hold it for more than a week right? Dylan Dunn - Eat shit Anarky. That was all because of Jalie Thomas. And I'm gonna get that bitch back. Mark my words. Dryden jumps back up onto his foot and stares Frank down. Frank smirks and the two men agree to hook up. Seth immediately goes behind and pushes Frank�s arm up against his back. He then hooks his other arm with his own and hits a belly to back suplex, dropping Frank face first and maintaining the armlock. Seth lifts himself up onto his feet, leaps up and lets go of Frank�s arm, to drop down for a knee drop, but Burton rolls out of the way, swings up onto his feet and hits a dropkick. Seth rolls forward also onto his feet, from the impact. The two men then run at each other. Zach Ross - This isn't going to end well! Anarky - Nope. Frank Burton stays low for a second, Dryden leap frogs over and with his momentum, Burton keeps on going straight into the turnbuckle! He collects himself, pulls away and is only driven into the ground from Seth Dryden�s reverse hurricanrana! Dylan Dunn - Nice move Dryden. I'm gonna have to watch out for that. Zach Ross - I'm guessing you respect Seth Dryden? Dylan Dunn - Of course, he's a great athlete. Dryden goes for his own pin with a mahistrol cradle. 1� 2� A stunned Burton manages to kick out, but he doesn�t get up straight away. Seth rolls him over onto his front and runs over to the turnbuckle, ascends it and looks down at Burton. He looks ready to hit his finisher, �Lucky Sevens� early on� but instead he jumps off the turnbuckle and onto his feet, instead dropping an elbow over the back of Frank�s neck. Zach Ross - For some reason Dryden working on Burtons neck! Anarky - Maybe he wants to become a career ender. Seth lifts Burton up and gets smacked across the face with a huge lunging punch to the face. The referee runs over and tells him it a big no no but he ignores it. This time, Frank lifts Seth up and puts him into a gutwrench position. He lifts Seth up quickly and while he struggles to fight out, Burton throws Seth out of the ring with a huge, devastating powerbomb!! Dylan Dunn - Woah...this rookie has suceeded in impressing me. Zach Ross - Not many people would do that to Seth Dryden... Burton accidentally stumbles backwards into the referee and knocks him down, Burton also seems hurt and drops down, grasping at his knee. For almost a minute, neither man moves and even then, surprisingly it is Dryden! He grabs onto the ring and when on his feet, he presses a hand against his back. He staggers over to the commentator�s table, ignoring Dunn and shouts at the announcer to get off her chair. He folds it and looks back into the ring, stumbles forward over to it and is about to slide in� when Dunn runs up from behind and rams a knee into his kidney! He grabs his head and rams him into the steel steps! Dunn then grabs the chair and raises it high and brings it down over Dryden, who is lying over the steel steps! Finishing it off, he whips Seth back into the ring right next to Burton who rolls over and covers. The ref on the other hand, is still out cold with no signs of waking up. Dunn slaps the referee across the face and screams at him to count before returning to his seat, pissed off. The referee does stir and does start to count slowly� 1� 2� NO! It�s not enough and Dryden just barely gets a shoulder up. The fans start chanting his name. Zach Ross - The crowd is really behind Dryden here. Dylan Dunn - Just because I'm not in the ring. Both men get up but it�s Frank who grabs Seth, whipping him into the ropes. He stops himself from running further as he runs into them, prompting Frank to storm over to him and start hitting him across the face with left and right punches. Seth, noticing the ref is still down, fends Burton off with knee to the nether regions! Keeping him up, he then proceeds to hit a huge DDT! Dylan Dunn - When opportunity knocks.... Seth then climbs to the top rope. He looks and hits the Lucky Sevens on Frank Burton. He lands in a pin. [1..2..3!] Da Voice - Here is your winner....Seth Dryden!
Dryden stands in the ring celebrating his win. Dylan Dunn gets up from the announce position. He slides in the ring and gets behind Dryden. Dryden turns around and the two men are face to face. Dryden snickers and leaves the ring. Dunn stands looking confused as we fade to commercial.
Erik Dean & IceZ vs. Anton Chase & Slayer The two teams are in the ring and the bell sounds.
IceZ and Anton Chase start the match. The two men approach eachother and IceZ starts throwing rights and lefts at Anton. He backs him into the ropes and irish whips him. IceZ follows that up with a clothesline. Anton staggers back and Erik Dean lowbridges the top rope. IceZ walks over and tags Dean. Anton is on the outside. He stands up and Dean jumps off the apron hitting IceZ with a double axe handle. Dean picks Anton up and rolls him in the ring. Anarky - It's funny how last week on Action! IceZ and Erik Dean were opponents! Zach Ross - And if I'm not mistaken...IceZ won that match! Anarky - Yeah he did. Dean goes for a hip toss on Anton, but Anton counters with a hip toss of his own. Dean is down and Anton bounces off the ropes and drops Dean with a quick elbow before pinning. [1..!] Dean kicks out. Anton picks Dean up and goes for a left hand but Dean quickly counters and pulls Anton into a quick monkey toss. Dean picks Anton up and wrenches his arm. Dean walks over and tags in IceZ. Zach Ross - Although this is there first time tagging together, Erik and IceZ work well together. Anarky - They are doing a great job of iscolating Chase. IceZ gets in the ring but Anton breaks free of Deans hold. He runs across the ring and diving tags Slayer. Slayer gets in the ring and IceZ immediatly spears him. Slayer goes down and IceZ distracks the referee as Erik Dean climbs to the top rope. He flies off hitting Slayer with the Shadow Dance. Dean stands up and runs over knocking Anton off the apron. Meanwhile, IceZ pins. [1..2..3!] Da Voice - Here are your winners, Erik Dean and IceZ!
IceZ and Erik Dean celebrate in the ring. Dean grabs a mic from ringside. Erik Dean - Good job IceZ, we won. But heres the thing....I don't want the fucking Tag Team titles. Dean clobbers IceZ in the head with the mic. IceZ staggers and Dean kicks him in the gut and hits him with the Spoken Words. Dean stands up and looks down at IceZ on the mat. He leaves the ring and walks up the ramp as the fans cheer for him.
The EpicTron shows backstage, where Mr.Epic is sitting in his office. Mr.Epic - Hmmm....I think since I just saw a tag team break up, the winners of Dirk Pheonix/Mad Dogg vs. Carson/Thomas next week will face the winners of Matthews/O'Toole vs. Nirvanous Heedination at Guilty As Charged in a normal Tag Team match. But also we'll see Erik Dean vs. IceZ at Guilty As Charged. The door to Mr.Epic's office bursts open and Johnny Legend comes in, he has the eWo World Title over his shoulder. Mr.Epic - Can I help you Mr.Legend? Johnny Legend - Epic, are you insane? A Triple Cage I can handle no problem....but a three challengers as well! What the fuck! Mr.Epic - Scared Legend? Don't be. If you are the champion that YOU think you are, this will be a simple task for you. Johnny Legend - Don't you worry, I'll have no problem winning. It's just that the fans don't want to see me get bloodied up in a cage, just to see me walk out of the cage with my title! It's pointless if I'm just going to win! Mr.Epic - You could be right Legend....naw you couldn't be more wrong Legend. I say get ready because on December 5th, you are entering the Triple Cage with Jalie, Dylan and Seth. So get ready. Legend looks at Mr.Epic for a moment before charging out of the office.
Brandon Wilson vs. Johnny Legend w/Special Referee: Jalie Thomas Da Voice - The following contest is sheduled for one fall, in the ring from Vancouver, Canada..........Brandon Wilson! The crowd slightly cheers as Brandon Wilson stands in the corner with both arms raised. Da Voice - Introducing his opponent, from Detroit, Michigan........the eWo World Champion........Johnny Legend! Kool Thing by Sonic Youth plays over the p.a. Johnny Legend appears on the stage. He walks down the ramp and gets in the ring. He looks at Brandon and smiles. Da Voice - Now introducing the special referee for this match...Jalie Thomas! The arena goes dark as the intro to Stillborn by Black Label Society hits the speakers. Jalie Thomas steps out onto the ramp to mixed reactions from the crowd. She smirks, raising a finger to those in attendance before running down the ramp and sliding into the ring.
The rookie, Brandon Wilson charges at Legend, who has his back turned. Wilson connects with a forearm to the back of Legends head. Legend staggers and then turns around and looks at Brandon in shock. He swings at Wilson but Wilson evades it and nails Legend with a quick german suplex. Legend lays on the mat for a moment with a look of amazement on his face. He stands up and goes to clothesline Wilson. Wilson ducks under that and springboards off the second rope. He goes for a cross body on Legend. But Legend side steps him and Brandon hits the mat. Zach Ross - Brandon Wilson impressive in the first few seconds of that match! Anarky - Don't worry, Legend will show this kid how things are done in eWo. Jalie walks around in the ring doing her referee duties and watches the action. Legend stomps on Wilsons head before he picks him up and trys to hip toss him. Wilson reverses it into a victory roll up! [1..2..!] Jalie obviously trys to quick count Legend but he still manages to kick out. Wilson is up Legend walks over and fakes a left hand and drills Wilson in the side of the head with a right hand. Wilson staggers and Legend irish whips him. Wilson runs to the ropes but sprinboards off the middle rope and nails Legend with a moonsault knocking Legend down. Anarky - C'mon Legend, he's a rookie. Kick his ass! Zach Ross - Rookie or not, Brandon Wilson is impressing me. His high flying style reminds me of Dylan Dunn somewhat. Anarky - More like that insect Scott Royal. Wilson wrestles a lot like him! Wilson lifts Legend up and goes for a reverse ddt but Legend reversesat sends Wilson to the mat with a reverse ddt of his own. And Legend looks pissed. He picks Wilson up and irish whips him into the corner. Legend walks to the other side of the ring and then runs and hits Wilson with a flying splash in the corner. Legend watches Wilson stagger out of the corner and he hits him with a superkick to the jaw. Wilson falls to the mat and Legend pins. [1.......2........!] A very slow count from Jalie allows Wilson to kick out. Anarky - They should have never let Jalie referee this match. Zach Ross - I'd have to agree, she is being very unfair to Legend. Johnny Legend stands up and starts arguing with Jalie. He shoves her and she shoves him right back but he staggers back and Brandon Wilson rolls him up. [1.2.!] Legend just kicks out despite the quick count. Wilson goes and hops up on the second rope. Legend runs at him and Brandon boots him in the face. Legend staggers and Brandon climbs to the top rope. He signals to the crowd and the leaps off and hits Legend with a missle dropkick. Legend goes down and Brandon quickly pins. [1.2.!] Legend kicks out again. Zach Ross - Jalie with another quick count. Anarky - She needs to stop with this crap. The rookie CANNOT beat Legend! Legend stands up and Jalie slides to the outside. She grabs a chair from ringside. She slides in the ring and waits for Legend to turn to her. He does and she tatoos him with the chair. Brandon Wilson stands up and sees Legend down. He climbs to the top rope and leaps off hitting Legend with the Harmful Intent elbow drop! He quickly pins. [123!] Jalie's quick count downs Legend! Anarky - I DON'T BELIEVE IT! Da Voice - Here is your winner.........Brandon Wilson! Anarky - BIGGEST UPSET IN EWO HISTORY! Jalie raises Brandons hand in victory. He slides out of the ring and walks up the ramp.
Jalie and Legend are still in the ring. Legend is still down on the mat and Jalie once again picks up the chair. She drops it infront of the turnbuckle and then grabs Legend she sits him on the top rope and then climbs up with him. She grabs him and jumps off driving his head into the awaiting chair below with Demonology (Tombstone from the top rope).
[Tag Team Match] Layton Matthews & Allisa O'Toole vs. Nirvanous Heedination Da Voice - The following match is a Tag Team Championship, Tournament Match. Introducing first, the team of Layton Matthews and Allisa O'Toole. Saga Continues by P.Diddy cues. Layton Matthews and Allisa O'Toole walk down to the ring. They get in and await their opponents. Da Voice - And their opponents, the eWo National Champion Jeff King and Chris Heed.....Nirvanous Heedination!
King�s music ends and the whole arena goes silent for a couple of seconds. The silence if followed by a huge ovation as Heed�s music is played. Matthews and Alissa look up at the top of the ramp, waiting for King to emerge from the curtain. King doesn�t loose eye contact with the two wrestlers though. Suddenly the arena goes black. The lights come back on again, but the crowd is amazed at the sight. They burst out in a huge cheer as they see Heed standing at the top of the rope, behind Alissa and Layton. O�Toole and Matthews still haven�t noticed. Zach Ross - Look at this! Anarky - What a smart entrance! Heed stabilises himself before hitting a two-footed dropkick on the two opponents as the bell is rung. The two competitors hit the mat as Jeff King rolls into the ring. Jeff King on the offence against Alissa O�Toole while Chris Heed takes care of Layton Matthews. Chris Heed pushes Layton Matthews into the corner and starts chopping away at him. Meanwhile, on the other side of the ring the fighting is more even; both competitors are going back and forth with the crowd cheering on Chris Heed, wanting him to come out on top. Jeff King hits a belly to belly to Alissa O�Toole before she is told to step out. Chris Heed is to be stationed at one of the corners. Alissa O�Toole rolls out to catch her breath while she stations herself in the opposite corner. Inside the ring Layton Matthews looks to be getting the upper hand. He does a couple of chops and hits a couple of right hands before hitting a powerslam. Layton Matthews hits a couple of kicks to continue the assault on �Above God� Chris Heed. Layton Matthews then picks Chris Heed up and throws him into the corner. He Irish whips him into the opposite corner and runs at him with a clothesline, but Chris Heed jumps over Layton Matthews and does a spinning heel kick to the back of Layton Matthews. Chris Heed then hits a hurricanrana. Chris Heed gets up, but Layton Matthews has already been able to crawl his way over to Alissa O�Toole and tagged her into the ring. Zach Ross - Layton Matthews bails and now it�s Alissa O�Toole�s turn to face the one who calls himself �Above God�. Alissa O�Toole gets into the ring and stares at Chris Heed. Alissa O�Toole runs at Chris Heed and goes for a clothesline, but Chris Heed is quick to get down and do a drop toe hold. Chris Heed then locks his arms around Alissa O�Toole�s head. Alissa O�Toole is able to make it to her feet though, but that doesn�t bother Chris Heed as he runs up the side of the turnbuckle with Alissa O�Toole�s head still locked. Chris Heed pushes off, but Alissa O�Toole is able to perform a backflip to Chris Heed instead. Alissa O�Toole then starts to stomp away before using her knuckles to the forehead of Chris Heed. Alissa O�Toole picks Chris Heed up and drops him with a quick and flowing DDT. Alissa O�Toole then goes for a legdrop, but Chris Heed counters this by kicking her in the face, this time rolling her into a pin. 1�2�kick out!!! Chris Heed and Alissa O�Toole falls on either side of each other. Chris Heed tries to make it over to Jeff King slowly and as Alissa O�Toole sees this she crawls towards Layton Matthews. Alissa O�Toole is able to tag in Layton Matthews first, but just as Layton Matthews enters the ring and gets to Chris Heed before he is able to reach Jeff King. Anarky - Quick thinking by Layton Matthews to keep Chris Heed inside the ring. Zach Ross - Though Chris Heed is quick, he�s quick to his feet and can easily go on the attack again. Layton Matthews and Chris Heed lock in. Layton Matthews looks like he is able to overpower Chris Heed down to one knee, but Chris Heed counters with an arm drag. Both competitors get to their feet quickly and look at each other. Layton Matthews walks over to Alissa O�Toole and tags her into the match very quickly yet again. Alissa O�Toole cannot believe it, but does as the rules tells her and gets into the ring as Layton Matthews takes his place on the apron. Alissa O�Toole stares at Layton Matthews then at Chris Heed. She focuses on Chris Heed as these two competitors lock arms. This time Chris Heed gets the upper hand and is able place Alissa O�Toole in a headlock. Alissa O�Toole just pushes Chris Heed into the ropes and stands tall as Chris Heed bounces back. Chris Heed hits a shoulder block to Alissa O�Toole knocking her to the mat hard. Chris Heed then runs into the ropes again and jumps over Alissa O�Toole and jumps from the second rope going for a backwards body splash, but landing on his feet as Alissa O�Toole had rolled out of the way and to the outside. Chris Heed looks at Alissa O�Toole and runs at the ropes and jumps over and to the outside with a flying body splash. He hits Alissa O�Toole perfectly, knocking both Alissa O�Toole and himself down. Zach Ross - What a move by Chris Heed. Anarky - Hey, that was pretty dope! Chris Heed picks Alissa O�Toole up and rolls her into the ring again. Chris Heed then picks Alissa O�Toole up and holds her as he tags to Jeff King. Jeff King comes into the ring and kicks Alissa O�Toole in the gut. He picks Alissa O�Toole up, but Alissa O�Toole is able to get a few rights in on him. Alissa O�Toole then hits a DDT for good measures. She covers�1�2�.kick out by Jeff King. Jeff King just sits up as Alissa O�Toole tag in Layton Matthews who is willing to enter the ring when his team is on the offence. Layton Matthews gets into the ring stomps away on Jeff King, trying to knock him down. He is able to knock him down and hits a big body splash and goes for the pin�1�2�.Chris Heed makes the save. Zach Ross - Wow that was close! The referee orders Chris Heed back to his corner, but Chris Heed argues as Alissa O�Toole and Layton Matthews continues the assault in the corner pretending that a Tag has been made. Alissa O�Toole hits a couple of chops and a couple of knees to the gut, but Jeff King just grabs her and throws her across the ring. Jeff King runs towards Alissa O�Toole and knocks her down with a clothesline. Jeff King then hits a huge powerslam before tagging in Chris Heed who goes immediately onto the top rope. Chris Heed connects with a diving moonsault and goes for the cover�1�2�Layton Matthews places Alissa O�Toole�s foot on the ropes and the referee sees it and stops the count pointing at the foot. Zach Ross - Jeff King and Chris Heed were just robbed! Anarky - What teamwork!!! These two are really working together! Hey, by the way.. Since when does Heed do a moonsault? Chris Heed can�t believe it as he picks Alissa O�Toole up. He tries to Irish whip her, but Alissa O�Toole reverses it and Irish whips Chris Heed. Alissa O�Toole hits a huge clothesline almost taking Chris Heed�s head off. Alissa O�Toole tags in Layton Matthews. Layton Matthews goes in and starts working on Chris Heed with stomps to the ribs. Layton Matthews picks Chris Heed up and gets ready to hit the �Showcase Finale�, but Chris Heed reverses it into a �Lethal Injection�. Chris Heed hooks the leg as Alissa O�Toole tries to get in�1�.2� Zach Ross - Another near fall! Jeff King flies off the top rope, but instead lands ontop of Chris Heed. Chris holds his head, as he stands up, looking at Jeff King rather pissed, asking him what he was thinking. As the two argue, Layton Matthews runs up behind Chris Heed, and rolls him up. Alissa O�Toole runs across the ring and hits Jeff King with a dropkick as the ref counts the pin. 1�.2�.3!!! Da Voice - Here are your winners, Layton Matthews & Allisa O'Toole!
Lefty Jones vs. Dylan Dunn We return and see Lefty and Dunn in the ring.
Lefty swings at Dunn. Dunn evades and nails Lefty with The Gamble. Dunn pins. [1..2..3!] Da Voice - Here is your winner Dylan Dunn!
Seth Dryden rushes the ring from the stage. He gets in the ring and spears Dunn. Soon Jalie Thomas runs down and gets in on the action. She throws Dryden down with a quick suplex. She goes after Dunn but he hits her with The Gamble. Dunn stands up and he and Dryden stand face to face. And then on the stage appears Johnny Legend with his eWo World title. Dunn and Dryden look up at the stage as does Jalie who is still down. Legend looks scared as Violence goes off the air.
