Rules:
1) Horses must have listed trainer (no listed jockeys needed for this meeting)
2) Each horse may only enter one race and one novelty event each.
3) Please enter all horses in their correct races
4) Only horses registered with the EWJC may enter
5) Appaloosas must race in Appaloosa races not Other Breed races.
6) dogs must be kept on leads at all times
7) All stallions must be supervised
8) No mares in foal
9) No horse under 2 years may enter races, however they may enter the special Tiny Tikes section.
10) Have fun, slip on a shirt, slap on a hat, slop on some sunscreen.
11) Visiting horses may stay in the stalls allocated to each owner on the track backside.
12) Everyone is invited to the barbeque on HMR's beach afterwards.

Novelty Classes:
1. Swimming Race (bareback,at beach, first horse across the line wins)
2. Flags (horse starts facing with tail to flag. On Go, rider must turn horse and gallop up beach, grab flag from sand and gallop back.)
3. Olympian (Horses must TROT down grass hill, across sand into water. Must then swim into water and to marker where rider must dive down and untie bouy. Horse and rider then swim back to beach with bouy. Rider drops bouy in bucket and horse and rider than CANTER up beach and must clear a small log before collecting a flag from a bucket. Horse and rider must then clear log again and gallop down beach to cross the line first.)
4. Steeplechase (horses race along beach and hurdle small jumps.)
5. Command (horses must complete an obstacle course riderless with only their riders voice and hands to guide them. Owner must first guide horse through cones, then over a small jump, then through the shallow water around a marker, then swim out around another marker, then to the top of the hill where the horse must halt squarely. The rider must then mount the horse bareback and gallop down the beach to the finish line.)
Tiny Tikes:
1. Free Jumping
2. Obstacle Course, same as novelty classes obstacle course except ends when reach top of hill.
3. Swimming Race, owner swims alongside foal.
4. Race ( riderless, foals must gallop down the beach, at the end they will be caught by their owners who are waiting.)
