I went to my shrink appointment today. I didn't stress out, I actually got sleep before the meeting. It went well, she signed off on my paperwork. I am mailing my Drivers License appeal in tomorrow, FINALLY! I went to the 8 pm meeting at St John Neuman. It was a 1st Step table, we had several new comers, and several old timers, with little sobriety. It was a good table, ever reminding me that I must surender, I can't do it alone!
