Kundalini Yoga

Practicing Kundalini Yoga, one learns to relax and to develop one's self-awareness, concentration, balance, coordination and strength; improving its well-being in general at the same time. 

Students participate in exercises that:

  • Improve  knowledge of types of yogic breathing (pranayama): long, deep breathe, sitali pranayama, alternate nasal breathing and breathing of fire.

  • Develop concentration as well as psychological  and physical balance

  • Learn bhandas and how to work with their subtle energy.

  • Learn the practice meditations and mantras (sacred chants).

NOTE: Kundalini  courses  follows the norms of the Inernational Association  of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
