The main event match at next weeks Insurgence is a 4 against 4 Survivor Series style match. It is partly a coincidence that this match takes place on the same day as another "Survivor Series" show.
Drake Laps has been inactive for the last two weeks. For his many fans we can say though that he is on his way back. You might even already expect him this weekend. Rumours are that he's going to be the special referee in the main event 4 against 4 match.
The impact of Matty Midget at Insurgence was huge. Nobody expected that Matty, who is known for his IWF history, was gonna sign for the EWCL. Although some wrestlers might have troubles with adjusting to Matty's style, he will be of great value to the roster.
Another former IWF star that jumped ship was "The Virus" Marco. The reasons he gave for leaving the IWF during his appearance last night were mostly a shoot.
Coby Belton was really sick and it wasn't an angle or anything. Cobey didn't make himself popular backstage as he infected some wrestlers with the flu.
In regards to last weeks comment that "The Perfect Team" of Sean Orion and Stephen Jackson weren't too enthusiastic about the tagteam. It now looks like they have changed their minds are want to go for the tagteamgold.
As stated on the show. Xavier "Eleven" Byrne is with his 17 years the youngest champion ever in the EWCL.
Chris Christ is still in rehab after his leg injury. Not much else is known about this, since Christ wasn't around backstage at Insurgence.
The ending of the Cerberus/Ex-Terminator vs. Monroe/MacBeth match was first scheduled to be different. But since the writers wanted to give Matty Midget a good introduction, they changed the ending and gave Matty the momentum. Cazzo then volunteered to have the Royal Family beat him like they did after the Main Event match.
The Strait Hate versus Royal Family resulted in something very intresting. Ofcourse we already know that we are gonna have a 4 against 4 match at the next Insurgence. But it also showed us that neither of the two sides chose for Prez Cazzo. On the other hand neither of the teams can expect any help from the president himself now. History showed that Cazzo always comes back with an answer. And the phonecall after the show was the first step. Next week it will be clear who the person is that Cazzo talked to. Rumours are already going around backstage, but no name has been confirmed.
