The Main Event match at Family Values 2 was a big succes. Scott Monroe and Cerberus had good chemistry together and they got a huge response from the fans. All in all it was the right decision of the staff to put these two in the last match of the PPV. The Prez also said that he liked it that we had a different kind of main event this time with alot of action and highlfying moves.
The writers believed that they are doing a good job at the moment since there are plenty of storylines and feuds in the EWCL. There is ofcourse The Royal Family and the singles feuds between Monroe and Cerberus, Blade and Exile, MacBeth and Drake Laps. Next to that there is the feud between Joey Gold and Thuglife and the one between Strait Hate and Prez Cazzo. Strait and Cazzo are in the middle of a big feud and the ideas are that this angle is gonna get a nice twist during next Insurgence.
Christ Christ his appearance in Las Vegas is perhaps the start of a comeback. He still has a while to go before his injuries are totally heeled. But there are good hopes that he will step in the ring again in a number of weeks.
In contrary to what some reporters thought, Ex-Terminators contract wasn't terminated. He was still part of the roster and last night he made his first on screen return. Expect him in the ring starting next Insurgence.
In addition to that it can be said that Sean Campbell has left the EWCL to join his cousin Jerry Campbell in the Independent circuit.
Switch and Ender, also known as "No Batteries Included" have been taken off the roster after only two weeks. This all had to do with them no showing at House shows. Dark Angel got a warning and if he doesn't improve during the next week, he will be taken off the roster aswell.
There is also good news as "Mr. Showtime" Drew Ronning is part of the EWCL now. Besides him another big name has been signed, but more about that in the near future.
Neil Down was fined after some of his remarks during last nights show. Especially the sexual remarks were the cause of this. A staffmember said that it was about time they did something to stop him.
One of the writers is trying to push "The Perfect Team". But it looks like "The Pinaccle of Perfection" Sean Orion and "The Perfect Storm" Stephen Jackson aren't intrested in the tagteam division.
Aaron Gold suffered a serious neck injury in the Extreme Rules match at the PPV. It happend when Strait Hate piledrived him through the Spanish Announce table. Gold said that it was bad timing by both him and Strait that cause this injury. Aaron Gold will be out for several weeks.
Backstage there are plans to have an EWCL version of "The Weakest Link". But there is no hard evidence that this is really gonna happen.
Exile and Sean Corvik both won't appear on the next Insurgence. This has nothing to do with the fact that they both lost their match at Family Values 2. But it merely has to do with it, that both wrestlers had personal obligations to forfill.
