Again the entire crew and writing staff was real excited about this weeks show. Everyone on the card did a great job and the writers did everything they could to make everyone look good.
A certain staffmember also said that everyone on the last Insurgence show looked impressive and that if everyone keeps this quality up that every wrestler can make it to main event status.
Like before with Rick O'Connor, it is not an angle that Chris Christ is quitting wrestling. At this moment Christ feels its better to step out of the ring. He now says it is probly forever and that he will never retun in the ring, but then again you never know. Chris Christ did alot for the EWCL and we wish him all the best.
The EWCL Tag Insurgence is not a PPV. But it is also not a regular Insurgence show. The Prime Time Title, the Universal Title, the EWCL Title and the Tagtitles are on the line. The staff thought it was time to put the tagtitles on the line. If The New Evolution is happy with this solution is not clear though. However EWCL Tag puts alot of focus on the tagtitles. For one to bring these titles back to life and secondly to create more tagteam heat.
Lately the EWCL received alot of applications again. Of course this is a good thing, but seeing that the EWCL has had a real active life lately it is not certain that every one who applied will get a job. Although the card for the upcoming Insurgence is pretty packed, it still can happen that new talent will be put in an opening match.
"Thuglife" Shaun Marquez is quickly making a name for himself in the EWCL. Although his first promo got people wondering a bit coz of the originality in relation to the EWCL, he still managed to win the fourway match on last Insurgence. Thuglife will face Jerry Campbell next week. The EWCL received alot of phonecalls with the question if Jerry Campbell got married on the weekend. This is absolutely not the case.
There were rumours going around on the internet (yes the internet again) that the EWCL will get a minor division for new talent to prove themselves. Right now nothing about this has either been confirmed or denied.
Everyone wanted to know if Jezebelle really peeed in Mystics face or if it was only a trick with water. The watchers at home saw Mystic smile after Jez relieved herself on him. Does that mean it was water? Not sure, the only two persons who know are Jezebelle and Mystic themselves. But both didn't want to comment on this.
One of Drake Laps his fans has accused Aaron Gold of gimmick infrigment. The fan claimed that it was not a coincidence that Aarons girlfriend Silva is suppose to be pregnant now and that Aaron asked her to marry her. According to the fan this looks a bit too much of Drake Laps his recent happenings.
On November 3rd the EWCL will have its next PPV. There is no name for the PPV in the open though. On the other hand Christmas in Hell will be the traditionally last PPV of the year. Tickets for that show are already sold out.
