[ An empty Gund Arena fades in, as The Informer is seen leaning up against what looks to be the The Hellmouth cage. His back is turned away from the camera, looking at the cylinder cage that is at least 60 feet tall. He slowly turns around toward the camera, shaking his head… ]
The Informer - So it’s come down to this. The Hellmouth. Two men putting not only their careers, but their lives on the line in what looks to be the most gruesome and extreme match in the history of this business. Ethan Tyler and Holden Raines. Two men who basically grew up wrestling together.
[ The camera cuts away to still photos of Tyler and Raines at Johnny Hardcore’s wrestling school. Both of them shoulder-to-shoulder… ]
The Informer - Ethan Tyler started his career in 1997 by joining Johnny Hardcore’s famous "School Of Hardcore". One year later, Holden Raines joined. Almost immediately the two hit it off…

The Informer - The bond was there instantaneously. And as Ethan’s talent grew, so did Holden’s. Then Tyler took a job working in the independents. Holden got his shot a couple years afterward. The two didn’t see much of each other until September of 2001, when Raines joined the EWA - coincidentally the organization that Ethan Tyler was working for, and the organization with which he was champion.

The Informer - Tyler and Raines got along so well, because they had a common goal. To conquer sports entertainment the way it had never been conquered before. Both there were philosophical differences…
[ The Informer walks up the guardrail in the front row… ]
The Informer - Ethan wanted to dominate pro wrestling, and Holden wanted to destroy it. With everything Tyler is he never claimed to be destructive in a general sense, only on an individual basis. That was a big difference. Holden was and still is clinically insane. He has been ever since the much-publicized killing of his father some 10 years ago. Everything Raines touches, he wants to kill. Tyler is a reluctant hero and Raines is a tormented enigma.
The Informer - And when Raines finally got his world title shot at Rage In A Cage 3, Ethan welcomed it. Little did he know that his best friend and partner would screw him over, and become the champion. Leaving his friend lying on a bed of nails, metaphorically, Holden denounced Ethan. Claiming Ethan became too soft, too different. Not wanting the same things Holden wanted. He called him a joke, a sad shell of what he was. And maybe at the time, he was right, because Ethan soon retired… but not for long.
[ pause… ]
The Informer - Soon Ethan would be breathing down Holden’s back. Soon he would become his worst enemy. And soon, very soon, we all knew it would come to this. Ethan Tyler versus Holden Raines. Only one person can walk out with the gold.

[ In one swift swoop, Raines blasts Tiki in the back of the head with the Television Title. Tiki goes down and Tyler begins kicking Tortez's skull ]
Vic Canon - No no! This is a set up! A god damned set up! Raines is holding up Tortez and Tyler slapped him in the face! Such disrespect! Raines throws Tiki into the ropes!
Eddie Sensation - Tyler catches him, THE BIG LETDOWN! What snap! He just bent in half! Raines picks up Tortez and has him now, spike piledriver!
[ The fans boo as Raines slides out of the ring and grabs a chair, he climbs back in and hits "Tricky" with it, trying to cave in his skull. The fans begin throwing shit in the ring, pissed off at what's going on ]
The Informer - Look at this mess! Tortez is laying down in a pile of soda cups! Raines picks him up.

[ The crowd silences a little and Ethan finally picks his head up. The shadows from the hat can't hide his red eyes ]

[ Raines swoops in and whispers something in Tyler's ear. Cameras zoom in to catch it, but just as quickly, Holden is up and he rolls out of the ring as "Schism" plays ]

[ The crowd pops again and Tyler continues pacing. ]

[ A big pop continues but instantly transforms as... ]

[ Tyler looks around ringside, entrance ramp, back row, everywhere, but no Raines. We hear a small chuckling. ]
Holden Raines - Poor pathetic fool, I'm all around you, you can't escape me.
Ethan Tyler - Hey Holden, how is daddy's little boy? Come on out here and tell me.
Holden Raines - Ethan, if you really want me to, put down the chair.... Put it down.
[ Tyler, eyes unremoved from the entrance ramp, slowly sets the chair down. ]
Holden Raines - Good, now kick it outside. Go ahead, I know you can still kick.
[ Tyler kicks it and it slides outside. The fans boo at this decision. ]
Holden Raines - You don't think for one second you can come out here and actually take me, do you? Ethan, you should realize by now that I have your number. I've had it all along. Why start this up again? What's the point? The end result will be the same as it's been for the last 3 months. The Rainmaker's one-up'ing of the underground zero.
Ethan Tyler - You talk real big Holden, real big. You can't back it up, you needed Stone's help at Rage in A Cage, and you needed Johnny's help against Hunter, you can't do ANYTHING on your own.
Holden Raines - What do you want, Ethan? What can I do for you?

Holden Raines - Oh, what a surprise. Well, if we're going to do this again, we might as well give the higher-up's something to piss over and make this a world title match. And this time, I won't need Stone...and this time, I won't need Johnny. Because this time will be the finale to the grand scheme. Can you sense it, Ethan? It's fate coming to a head.
Ethan Tyler - Good, make the stakes as high as you want Holden Raines, as far as you can see through your dirty shit soaked hair and do it.

[ Ethan Tyler drops the mic and looks at Raines for a second. He looks out to the crowd and raises his arms, chair in hand. The arena goes nuts and Tyler rolls out of the second rope and to the outside. He walks to the back, slapping some hands in accomplishment. Holden Raines sits up and looks a wee bit unhappy. ]

[ As if out of nowhere Holden Raines sprints into the ring as Tyler beats on Hoffer. ]

[ Raines leans in close and whispers something into Tyler's ear. Tyler turns and gets nailed. ]
Vic Canon - Rainmaker. God damnit, he hit the Rainmaker!
[ Raines throws Hoffer on Tyler and tells the ref to count as he leaves the ring. The ref looks perplexed for a second, then runs to make the count. ]

[ Sitting in his office, Tom Stone is looking over papers. He's shuffling them and he looks at one. ]
Tom Stone - Ah yes, Ethan Tyler and Holden Raines.... Let's see what this Hellmouth is....
[ Stone reads over the contract, sets down the paper and rubs his eyes. After letting out a heavy breath, he looks down at the contract. ]
Tom Stone - I've got to do something about this....
[ Stone shakes his head as he puts the contract aside and sits back, thinking. The camera fades out. ]
Tom Stone - Before we begin with the official contract signing, if either competitors have anything they'd like to say, say it now.
[ Raines puts his hand in the air, while continuing to stare at Tyler... ]
Holden Raines - Ethan, there's only one way you're taking my title. I need not mention it. You must understand by now. You must know by now. If not, you will...you will.
Ethan Tyler - Hey gothfuck, shut it!
[ Big pop ]
Ethan Tyler - I'm sure I speak for everyone when I say, we're sick of hearing your cryptic messages and your "darklord" shtick! Put your money where your mouth is and sign the god damned contract!
[ Raines smiles, but continues to stare - as does Tyler. The crowd is hyped, just waiting for an encounter to brew. Stone sits the contract down in front of Tyler, and gives him a pen... ]
Tom Stone - The contract states that on March 10, 2002 in Cleveland, Ohio at Extreme & Uncensored, Holden Raines will defend the EWA World Heavyweight Championship against the challenger, Ethan Tyler. This match will be held with the 1st ever, and very unknown "Enter The Hellmouth" rules. This contract also states that "Enter The Hellmouth" is still unknown, because quite frankly, Mr. Raines has chosen not to give us any information on this stipulation...
[ Raines interrupts... ]

Tom Stone - Well Holden, I just might save you the time. I looked over the contract tonight, and the fact that the stipulation is not stated kind of disturbs me. So I've decided to make it fair.
Vic Canon - What's Stone cooking??
Tom Stone - Tonight, you Ethan Tyler will face Howell in this ring one on one. I'm going to up the ante a bit. If you defeat Howell tonight, then there will be no "Enter The Hellmouth" It'll just be you and Holden one on one.
[ The crowd pops as Tyler smiles at Raines. Holden looks pissed off but never once breaks eye contact. ]
The Informer - WOW! WHAT AN ANNOUNCEMENT!
Eddie Sensation - This isn't fair! Holden has no way to keep the stipulation in tact!
Tom Stone - However, if you lose the match Ethan, the stipulation stands. Any objections?
Ethan Tyler - Enter The Hellmouth, Sticks and Stones, no holds barred, no DQ, no count out, cage, lumberjack....it doesn't matter. The outcome will be the same, Holden.
[ Ethan signs the contracts and throws the pen at Holden, who catches it quickly. The two men have yet to pull their eyes away from each other. Stone slides the contract over to Raines... ]
Tom Stone - Now Mr. Raines...
[ Holden signs the contract, and hands it to Stone sternly... ]
Tom Stone - There it is... it's now official... Holden Raines vs. Ethan Tyler for the world title at Extreme & Uncensored! Now...
[ Ethan Tyler interrupts Stone's words by tossing the table over.... ]
The Informer - Oh... just what we thought... here we go!
Vic Canon - Both Raines and Tyler are standing up now!
Eddie Sensation - It's a big stare down! Who will budge first??!!
[ As Tyler and Raines stare at each, a sound starts to come from the speakers. It's a drumming and beating sound. Raines and Tyler turn their attention to the entrance, as men in robes come out.... ]
The Informer - What's this all about?
Vic Canon - Those look like Buddhist monks!
Eddie Sensation - It looks like they're looking at Holden.... what's this all about?
The Informer - Now what's this? They're leaving?!!! They just got here!
Vic Canon - Let me get this straight, a bunch of Buddhist monks come out here, look at the world champion, and walk out? This makes no sense!
The Informer - Maybe not, but Holden sure seems like he knows them.
[ The drumbeat stops... ]

The Informer - The arena blows up and Tyler pushes King! Lance slowly makes his way up....

[ The arena blows up in cheers as Lance King raises Ethan Tyler's arm. "Underground" begins playing as he begins to celebrate. ]
Vic Canon - Ethan Tyler has prevented "Enter The Hellmouth" from occurring!
Eddie Sensation - Look at Raines, he's not even pissed!
The Informer - Whoa, spoke too soon Eddie, he's up on the apron! He's calling to King!
Vic Canon - What's he telling him?
[ Raines and King talk something over and King nods. Finally, he walks over to Tyler who's on a turnbuckle celebrating. Tyler jumps down and looks at King, confused. ]
The Informer - What the......
Eddie Sensation - King just stuck his hand down Tyler's pocket! Divine eat your heart out!
[ Tyler looks surprised and King pulls out a set of brass knuckles from Tyler's pocket! ]
Eddie Sensation - CAUGHT RED HANDED!
Vic Canon - WHAT THE HELL?! TYLER NEVER USED THOSE! IT WAS A SET UP! HE GOT FRAMED!
The Informer - King's calling for the bell! He's raising Howell's hand! No! This isn't right!

What IS "Enter The Hellmouth"?

Holden Raines - Enter The Hellmouth.... A 60 foot tall CYLINDER CAGE.... With steps - attached to the side of the cage - spiraling upward.... A bungee cord holding the World Heavyweight Title at the top of the arena, in the rafters.... You must reach the belt by leaping off the step at the top... And at the bottom of this cage is NO ring, but a door that opens up at ground level.... And when it opens, it falls 30ft to a concrete burial... Because if you fall, and the doors are opened....YOU'VE ENTERED THE HELLMOUTH.
Holden Raines - The ONLY WAY TO WIN is to grab the World Title from the bungee. And the ONLY WAY to the World Title is by getting up the spiraling steps.... The steps are only 6 inches in length, and they are fragile, so walking up them will be a journey all into itself....And once you have taken the belt from the bungee cord, you must walk down the spiraling steps and touch the ground....but ONLY when the HELLMOUTH DOORS are closed.
Holden Raines - There IS NO WAY OUT.... Not until the ring crew removes the Cylinder cage.... And then the winner will be crowned the World Heavyweight Champion. AND THAT....IS....ENTER....THE HELLMOUTH.
[ The fans are in shock, a buzz goes around the arena, as Raines jumps off the turnbuckle. He looks at the entrance ramp... ]
Holden Raines - Ethan...You can talk about sticks and stones all you want. You can talk about cage matches, barbwire matches, No DQ matches, whatever matches there are... But on March 10th, you won't be entering any kind of match you've ever seen before. It's not a match for a winner...it's a MATCH FOR A SURVIVOR. There will be a clear ending. I guarantee it.
[ Raines paces a bit... ]

This Sunday, at Extreme & Uncensored 2002, Ethan Tyler will step into this setting behind me titled "Enter The Hellmouth" with Holden Raines, the current EWA World Heavyweight Champion.
