![]() (Before the opening footage rolls the scene opens up backstage inside the EWA owners room. Phil is standing by the filing cabinet reaching in and grabbing out folders and placing them in a large box. The man takes a look around the room and smiles and then walks over and begins picking up the photos that are in frames. The photos are that of Phil and Mini-Phil enjoying a good time. Just then the door bursts open and in walks Mini-Phil, he is dressed exactly like his boss and he looks around the office.) Mini-Phil: Wwwwwhats up boss? Phil: Why nothing Mini Phil. Mini-Phil: Yes there is, why are you packing up your things, we have a show to run here. Phil: Havent you heard? Mini-Phil: Heard what Boss? Phil: I sold the company last Saturday. Mini-Phil: Tell me this is a joke. Phil: No, I got tired of the rough treatment so I sold the EWA on. Mini-Phil: I thought you like the rough treatment? Phil: Not when it comes to me being bad mouthed and stuff. Mini-Phil: So your just going to stand up and quit? Phil: Not quit stupid, I sold the company on. Mini-Phil: Who did you sell the company too? Phil: I dont know kid. Mini-Phil: How do you not know? I know your insane Boss but come on, who did you sell the company too. Phil: Seriously I dont know, I got a mystery bid on Saturday. In fact it was the only bid I got, so I accepted it. You can sell anything on E-bay these days...I even saw Bob the Cloaked Guy on sale. Mini-Phil: How much did you sell it for then? Phil: Thirty dollars. Mini-Phil: You where handed a multi-million dollar company and you sold it for thirty dollars. Phil: It was my master plan, first I take over the EWA, next....(Phil shrugs his shoulders)...Next Profit! Mini-Phil: Profit? Phil: Yeah . . . I bought the company from Victory for $29.99. Mini-Phil: So...you're making a penny's profit. (Tossing in his gardening magazines and a spar wonderbra that he just had laying around Phil finishes his packing.) Phil: Yup...tell me, do you think I'll make businessman's monthly? Mini-Phil: You never know boss...you never now. So we leaving then? Phil: Nope, I want to see who becomes the new owner. Mini-Phil: Alright and then what. Phil: We go shopping, I gots me a shiney penny burning a hole in my pocket. (Mini-Phil lets out a small laugh as the scene fades to black. And then the opening credits of Tsunami begins to roll and the music begins to play over them. After the footage stops rolling the scene opens inside the Gary Mac arena and pyros shoot down from the rafters and explode at the aisle way. Then more pyros shoot up from the aisle way and more shoot from the ring. After the pyros stop the camera pans around the arena looking at some of the signs that the fans have brought to the arena. After panning around the arena the camera cuts down to Louis Carvanelie and Maura Downs who are at the announcers table.) Maura Downs: Welcome to another edition of EWA Tsunami, I am Maura Downs. Louis Carvanelie: And I am Louis Carvanelie, welcome to the sold out Gary Mac arena here in San Antonio, Texas. Tonight we have three titles on the line and finally after months of waiting we will have new EWA Tag Team Champions. Maura Downs: Also Marshall Gates takes on Tornado in a rematch from last Tsunami, but this time the EWA TV title is on the line. And who can forget last weeks Main Event? That is another match this week apart from the exclusion of Layton Matthews. Its Ender taking on Sam Hain taking on Caveman for the vacant EWA US title that was vacated by Davlin McCaine a few weeks ago. Louis Carvanelie: Dont forget Maura about the big change in EWA management. Phil has sold the company on to a mystery buyer and all week long people have been saying it is the dead Gary Mac. But tonight we will find out exactly who is the new owner of EWA. Plus the fact that the Butcher is thrown in a four way match with Lee Davis, Cyrus Roland and Azariel, a match that the Butcher will have to be on his toes to win. Maura Downs: And if all that isnt enough, the debut of HWO Hall of Famer Jayson Keller. Keller debuts tonight in the second match where he faces Rico The Heat Vega and Mark Halbrook in a triple threat match up. Plus the debuts of Xtreme, Lance Lockwood and Hellman who will all participate in a triple threat match up. Louis Carvanelie: But the big question is Maura, who are the tag teams in tonights Main Event? It has been kept secret from everyone, it was also a entry system that people went through meaning no one knows who their opponents are. Leaving all of us just as lost as the fans. Maura Downs: It is a big match up, plus lots of rumors of returning tag team who might show up in the match up. Louis Carvanelie: Hold on Maura, someone is arriving backstage we got to go and have a look. (The scene cuts to backstage where a long gold limo pulls up in the VIP parking area. The fan are buzzing with anticipation of who this person is. Then the door opens and out steps a blonde woman who is dressed wearing a pair of Jeans and a pink sleeveless top. The camera scales the woman up and down and then we see her face. The woman is the wife of Gary Mac, she smiles seductively to the camera and then heads towards the locker room. Before she gets to where she is headed she is meet by the figure of a man. The man is the Showcase Superstar Layton Matthews. He looks Jasmine Knight up and down who then looks at Laytons face.) Layton Matthews: Sorry but my abs are down here Jasmine. (Jasmine just glares at Layton who smiles and then with his eyes points downwards. Jasmine doesnt look and this annoys Layton who is standing so Jasmine cant get past.) Jasmine Knight: Could you move your self Mr Matthews. Layton Matthews: Mr Matthews is too formal, you sweetheart can call me Layton. Jasmine Knight: Listen Mr Matthews I want past and if you continue standing in my way then Ill call security to move you out of my way. And I am not your sweetheart. Layton Matthews: Come on baby, you passing up the time of your life. Your husband is dead so you need some, extra special care if you know what I mean. Jasmine Knight: I know exactly what you mean Mr Matthews, and Im sorry to tell you, I aint ever going to be that desperate to sleep with you ok. (Jasmine goes to walk past Matthews who makes it so Jasmine has to brush against Layton who smiles. Jasmine nudges him with her elbow, Layton then grabs her arm and pulls her back.) Layton Matthews: Watch what your doing bitch. Jasmine Knight: Just stay out of my way Mr Matthews. (Jasmine walks off as Layton smiles and then calls after her.) Layton Matthews: Remember Jasmine, its Layton to you. (Jasmine just continues walking as Layton smiles to him self and then walks away. The camera switches to the announcers who looked stunned and shocked.) Maura Downs: Jasmine Knight is here tonight and Layton is trying to make a move on her. Louis Carvanelie: Im surprised Jasmine didnt take Layton up on it, after all Mac is dead right? Maura Downs: Maybe, but I think we better move on with tonights show as the quicker we go the sooner we will find out who the new owner is. Maura Downs: Our first match-up of the night is between three new EWA signings. Xtreme, Lance Lockwood and Hellman in a Triple Threat Match-up! Louis Carvanelie: And all three guys better impress if they want to last here in the EWA. Maura Downs: EWA is all about intense competition, and we have three worthy wrestlers fighting it out in just a moment, but you have to be sure Dave Chain and the new owner are watching this match closely. Louis Carvanelie: And here comes the first entrant into this match-up... 'Marlon Marvel: Weighing in at 170lbs, from Ewing, Kentucky, the first entrant in this triple threat match... XTREME!!' ('Headstrong' by Trapt hits the PA system and Xtreme jumps up from somewhere under the stage before making his way down to the ring. As with all new-comers, he gets a mixed reaction on his way to the ring. He slides under the bottom rope and begins posing in the ring.) Maura Downs: Xtreme is the lightest wrestler in this match-up and he's going to have to make that up with speed. He can't allow either Lockwood or Hellman to get those power moves on him. Louis Carvanelie: And here comes the second entrant... Lance Lockwood... Marlon Marvel: 'Weighing in at 256 lbs, from San Antonio, Texas, being accompanied by his girlfriend, Stacey Smith, he is... LANCE LOCKWOOD!!' ('Hells Bells' by AC/DC now plays over the PA system, as Lance Lockwood appears through fire, followed closely by his girlfriend Stacy. Lance gets a mixed reaction also but his cocky antics allow him more boos than Xtreme. He gets in the ring and faces Xtreme as the lights go out, and an explosion hits the entrance way, but no theme music plays.) Maura Downs: And here comes Hellman... Little is known about this... this beast... Louis Carvanelie: He weighs allegedly 674 lbs, but no scales have been able to get the exact weight. Maura Downs: Xtreme and Lockwood have a lot on their hands in this match if they want to keep Hellman away... (Hellman laughs his way to the ring as Lockwood and Xtreme look slightly nervous at this huge presence making his way to the ring. He reaches the ring slowly and slaps his hands down on the apron, but both Xtreme and Lockwood hit the ropes and baseball slide Hellman back into the ramp!! Hellman is furious as he gets back to his feet and Xtreme flies over the apron, but Hellman catches him! But Lockwood quickly jumps up on the rope, and hits a cross body on both Xtreme and Hellman, and then rolls Xtreme in the ring. He takes a look at Hellman and then begins working over Xtreme with stiff kicks to the back. Xtreme rolls into the corner and sweeps Lockwoods feet away from him, then hits a spinning legdrop on Lockwood, before dragging him to his feet and whipping him into the ropes, and bending down but Lockwood has it scouted, and he hits a huge DDT on Xtreme, before rolling over and hooking the leg. 1.....2.....(Xtreme kicks out)) Maura Downs: Well, it seems pretty obvious that Xtreme and Lockwood don't won't Hellman getting in the way. Louis Carvanelie: Who would want that freak to get in the way? He takes up most of the ring! Maura Downs: Lockwood with a snapmare takedown, and now he's just driving that knee in the back of Xtreme, working over the back of the rib cage! (Xtreme is calling out in pain, his arms stretched out wide and trying to gain some support from the fans, as the look on Lockwoods face shows the effort he's putting into the hold. Xtreme begins getting fan support and with it, gets to his knees, before getting to his feet and driving his elbows into Lockwoods stomach, which forces Lockwood to release the hold. Xtreme hits the ropes and comes back and Lockwood throws him up in the air as if to back body drop him but Xtreme sails up and hits a perfect dropkick on Lockwood, who hits the mat and crawls over the the corner. Xtreme runs at him but Lockwood flies out from the corner, hits the ropes and hits a clothsline on Xtreme as he bounces back from the turnbuckle. As Xtreme gets to his feet, Lockwood works him over with some stiff forearms to the back, before lifting him up into the air.) Maura Downs: The strength on display from Lance Lockwood there, but Hellman is up on the apron!! Louis Carvanelie: He could be the difference maker in this match Maura... but look at that!! (Lance Lockwood walked over with Xtreme held high and just threw Xtreme into Hellman, who tumbles off the ring apron, as Xtreme manages to hang on, and land on the apron, slightly dazed. Lance Lockwood runs foward, but Xtreme hangs him up on the top rope, before jumping up and hitting a springboard hurracanrana on Lockwood, and hooking the legs. 1....2....(Lockwood pushes out of the pin) Lockwood gets to his feet and Xtreme and Lockwood both dropkick at the same time and nip up, neither man connecting. They raise their fists and Xtreme raises his hand offering a test of strength. Lockwood instead kicks Xtreme in the gut and drops him with a DDT before going for the cover. 1......2......(Kick-out) Lockwood gets to his feet and so does Xtreme and Xtreme looks for a right but Lockwood ducks under it and hits and neckbreaker before hooking the leg again but again Xtreme kicks out! Lockwood is frustrated as he picks up Xtreme off the mat and runs with him towards the ropes, but Xtreme quickly reverses and throws him over the top rope!!) Maura Downs: Xtreme throwing Lockwood over the top rope, and now Hellman is going to try and get in this match! Louis Carvanelie: I wouldn't want to be Xtreme now! (Hellman is standing right behind Xtreme and Xtreme turns, STRAIGHT INTO A HELLACIOUS CHOKESLAM!!) Maura Downs: OH MY, HE MUST HAVE HAD HIM 15 FEET IN THE AIR!! Louis Carvanelie: XTREME STRAIGHT TO HELL!!! BUT LOOK AT LOCKWOOD!! (Lockwood is on the apron, and he quickly jumps up and hits a springboard dropkick on Hellman, who stumbles back and through the middle rope, splatting on the floor below and Lockwood takes advantage hooking the leg...... 1......2.......3.....!!!!!) Maura Downs: LANCE LOCKWOOD WITH A WIN ON HIS DEBUT!! Louis Carvanelie: Hellman took his eyes off things for one second, and paid the price! Maura Downs: A nice opening match there by Lance Lockwood, who is surely a man to watch in EWA. Louis Carvanelie: Lance showed a lot of people what he is capable of, but he will have to do more than that to get anywhere in this federation. I mean anyone can beat Hellman and Xtreme. Maura Downs: EWA is going through a solid re-growth and one man who has been signed to an EWA contract is Stunning Steve Blanchard. Who right now is sitting at the front row of the audience. (The show cuts to Steve Blanchard sitting at ring side, EWA Interviewer Brian Bauchmann walks up to the wrestling legend.) Brian Bauchmann: Mr Blanchard it is great news to hear that you have signed for Extreme Wrestling Action. Stunning Steve Blanchard: I am glad to be here in EWA, home of well...ME! Listen son, the EWA was once a proud organization, and now, it should be even prouder. Brian Bauchmann: Do you have a specific reason for being here tonight or are you just going to watch what happens. Stunning Steve Blanchard: I am here, scouting out all the talent, or lack there of in EWA. Right now, I am looking forward to seeing Sam Hain win a title and actually keep ahold of it. Brian Bauchmann: Who are you looking forward to working with or going after here in EWA? Stunning Steve Blanchard: The list isn't a long one Brian. But for right now, lets not look past tonight and some good wrestling son. Brian Bauchmann: Thanks Steve for your time, Maura, Louis back to you guys. (The scene cuts back to Maura and Louis.) Maura Downs: What a signing it is, Stunning Steve Blanchard in EWA, now things are looking up. I might not like the guy but he is a phenomenal athlete. Louis Carvanelie: Maura you are talking a whole lot a sense. Steve Blanchard is the type of guy who can make EWA an even greater place to be. Maura Downs: There have been a lot of rumors circulating about people returning to EWA. All I can say is that if even half the people return to EWA that have been named then EWA will look that little bit more better. Louis Carvanelie: Hold on Maura Brian Bauchmann has Gary Macs wife backstage. (The Show cuts backstage to a small office, inside the office sits the wife of Former EWA Universal Champion Gary Mac, his wife is Jasmine Knight. She is heard talking on the phone and then cuts short her conversation when she notices the camera man and Brian Bauchmann. Jasmine hangs up the phone and sits back pushing her breasts out in front of here. Brian walks over to Jasmine Knight and stands beside her.) Brian Bauchmann: Jasmine, can I get your thoughts on what everyone is saying about your husband, is he dead or alive. (Jasmine looks at Brian with a stern look, she then relaxes and prepares to answer his question.) Jasmine Knight: Brian I know just as much as you do about my husband. Sure we werent couple of the year but we never kept secrets . . . Or at least I didnt. I didnt know what to make of this when I heard Gary had bought over EWA and that he was the new owner. I read newspaper after news paper trying to find out if its true or not. But Im here tonight to find out one way or the other. If Gary has bought EWA I want to know just as much as everyone else why he made me bury him when he wasnt even dead. Brian Bauchmann: Jasmine you sound angry and worried, can I ask why. Jasmine Knight: Sure you can Brian, First I was never apart of wrestling I was known as Gary Macs wife. So that doesnt really give me the right to come in here and wander around like I own the place. But Im angry as hell at Gary, because if he is alive then I want to know what was going on and why he made stand over a grave of a man I didnt even know and cry all over the grave. Im worried that if it isnt Gary, then I buried the right man after all and that there is no way for me to ever cuddle Gary ever again. Brian Bauchmann: So your just as much in the dark as the whole of the EWA is then? Jasmine Knight: I am Brian, I want to know if I am a widow or if I still have a husband. Brian Bauchmann: And if you still have a husband, what happens from there on out? Jasmine Knight: Then Gary will be talking with my solicitors. Brian Bauchmann: Ok thanks for your time Jasmine, Maura and Louis its back to you. (The scene switches back to the announcers who are sitting at the commentating booth.) Maura Downs: Louis look in her eyes, the woman is hurting right now. She doesnt know if her husband is alive or if she is dead, and too tell you the truth Louis. You will never know what she is going through. Louis Carvanelie: I cant imagine the way she feels right now but if my husband did that to . . . Hold on I better rephrase that. Maura Downs: Louis I think your best not saying anymore than that at this point. Louis Carvanelie: Maura maybe your right, lets just move right on with the show. Maura Downs: Another triple threat here, as Jayson Keller makes an appearence tonight against Mark Halbrook and Rico Vega. Louis Carvanelie: It should be interesting to see if Rico Vega and Mark Halbrook are at all intimidated by Jayson Keller, but time will tell if it shows in the ring. Maura Downs: And here comes the first contestant in this match... Rico Vega! ('Running With the Devil' plays over the PA system and Rico Vega jumps through the curtain, anxious to start this match-up. He throws his arms up in the air and brings them down, BUT GETS ATTACKED FROM BEHIND!! JAYSON KELLER JUST HIT RICO VEGA WITH A POWERBOMB ONTO THE STEEL ENTRANCE WAY!! ) Maura Downs: What the hell was that for? The match hasn't even started yet, and Jayson Keller just attacked Rico Vega on the entrance ramp!! Louis Carvanelie: And look at him, he's proud of what he's done! Maura Downs: Jayson Keller is in the ring now, and we are just waiting on Mark Halbrook as EMTs rush to Rico Vega. ('No Shelter' hits the PA system and Mark Halbrook runs down to the ring quickly before sliding under the rope and tackling Jayson Keller down. He starts throwing fists at Keller who raises his hands to block his punches, but to no avail. Keller quickly rolls over though and this time is the one pounding fists on Halbrooks face. Halbrook now tries to cover up before kicking Keller off and nipping to his feet, straight into a clothsline from Keller. Keller drags Halbrook to his feet and looks for a DDT, but Halbrook runs him into the ropes.) Maura Downs: Rico Vega is still being attended by the EMTs, but he's telling them he wants to continue the match it looks like, and now he's slowly making his way down to the ring. Louis Carvanelie: What? Does he want more punishment? Maura Downs: The man wants to win Louis, do you always have to be so negative? Louis Carvanelie: Realistic, Maura, realistic! (Halbrook pulls Keller from the corner and hits a belly to belly suplex, before going for the cover, but Keller kicks out almost immediately. Halbrook waits for Keller to get to his feet and clothslines him down, as Keller gets back up and runs straight into another clothsline. He gets back up a third time, but this time, grabs Halbrooks arm and takes him down with an armbar takedown, then wrenches the arm around the back of Halbrook. Vega climbs up on the apron, and Keller releases the hold, running at Vega, who hangs him up on the top rope. Keller falls back into a roll-up from Halbrook as Vega jumps up on the turnbuckle. 1......2......(Vega breaks the count by legdropping Halbrook!) Vega then drags Keller to his feet and looks to throw him over the top rope but Keller reverses and throws Vega over the top rope but Vega holds onto the rope and lands on the apron as Keller unaware turns his attention to Halbrook, but Vega jumps up on the top rope, and springboard bulldogs Keller down.) Maura Downs: A fast beginning to this match, and perhaps an indication of what's to come! Louis Carvanelie: And remember, we still don't know who the new owner is! (Halbrook elbows Vega in the face and whips him into the ropes but misses the dropkick as Vega holds onto the ropes, before hitting a lionsault but no, Halbrook got the knees up. Vega quickly gets up due to the pain and bounces off the ropes, straight into a Tornado DDT. Keller is now on his feet and backdrops Halbrook to the mat. He makes the cover, but Vega dives across to break it up. He slaps a few forearms across Kellers back and drags him up and locks the arms around the waist, and hits a German Suplex on Keller. He keeps the arms locked in and goes for another German Suplex, but Keller reverses, goes behind and hits Vega with a German Suplex. He gets to his feet, as Halbrook locks his arms around Keller, who still has his arms around Vega!! Halbrook hits a German Suplex on Keller, who hits one on Vega at the same time!!!) Maura Downs: Now THAT was unique!! A sort of double German there, and I've never seen that before! Louis Carvanelie: Keller wasn't going to let Vega get away without hitting an offensive move there! Maura Downs: And now look at this, Halbrook has the cover ON BOTH MEN!! (1......2......(Both men raise their shoulders) Halbrook gets to his feet and waits for Keller and Vega to do the same, which they do, and walk straight into a double clothsline from Halbrook. Keller and Vega stumble to their feet again and Halbrook hooks them both, looking for a double DDT, but Vega and Keller counter with a double snapmare suplex!! Halbrook hits the mat hard and rolls to the corner as Vega begins kicking at Kellers back, then hits a backbreaker. He makes the cover. Keller kicks out! Vega drags Keller back up and throws the arm over, and lifts him high for the delayed vertical suplex, but Keller falls back and lands on his feet, then hits a reverse DDT on Vega, drags him up straight away and whips him into the turnbuckle, where Vegas lower back crashes into Halbrooks face! Keller runs foward and hits a clothsline, snapping Vegas neck back then whipping him hard into the opposite corner, where he hits his back and falls face first on the mat. Keller then turns to Halbrook and places him on the top rope as Vega gets to his feet. He runs foward, and Keller throws him over his head, AND VEGA LOCKS HIS LEGS AROUND HALBROOK AND HITS A TOP ROPE HURRACANRANA ON HALBROOK!!! ) Maura Downs: Another unique offence, this time from Rico Vega!! Louis Carvanelie: This is why EWA is the top of the wrestling industry, with talent like this Maura. Maura Downs: And this isn't all Louis. With the likes of Purr, Butcher, Layton and Hain, not to mention the rest of the EWA roster, EWA is a fine organisation indeed!! Louis Carvanelie: And Keller with a spinebuster on Vega!! Just when Vega hits a move, the third man is straight on him. No time to rest. Maura Downs: Good tactics on display here! Keller just working the injured back of Vega! (Keller pulls Vega up and hits a backbreaker, keeping a hold of him and hitting a second, before dropping him to the mat, and driving his knee into his back. Vega screams out in pain and Keller hooks the leg. 1.....2....(Halbrook breaks up the count) Halbrook whips Keller into the ropes, as Keller comes back and ducks under a right arm, looking for a crossbody, but Halbrook ducks and Keller hits the mat and slides to the outside. He stamps his feet on the mat, waiting for Vega to get to his feet.) Maura Downs: He wants the Victory Slam and if he hits this one, it could be over! Louis Carvanelie: Vega unaware that Halbrook is stalking him here. (Vega gets to his feet and looks for the Victory Slam, but Vega falls out of it and armdrags him across as Halbrook hits the ropes and WALKS STRAIGHT INTO THE BURN!! He hooks the leg..... 1.......2.......(Jayson Keller drags out the referee!!) Keller slides back in the ring ignoring the ref, and double axe handle across the back of Vega and rolls him to the outside, before hooking Halbrooks leg just as the ref slides back into the ring and makes the count. 1.....2.....(Halbrook just gets the shoulder up) Keller looks surprised and shoves Halbrooks face down and hooks the leg again, but again, Halbrook gets the shoulder up. Keller is frustrated, as he drags Halbrook to his feet, BUT OUT OF NO-WHERE, THE VICTORY SLAM!! Halbrook hooks the leg... 1.....2.....(THIS TIME VEGA PULLS THE REFEREE OUT!) Maura Downs: This is the problem with triple threat match-ups. The third man! Louis Carvanelie: It's a test for every superstar. You get one man down, you HAVE to be aware of the third! Maura Downs: And now Vegas on the apron. (Vega grabs a hold of Halbrook but Halbrook counters and knees Vega in the ribs before hitting a suplex from the outside in! Keller slowly gets to his feet as Vega nips up and aims a right at Halbrook who dodges and lifts Vega up for the back body drop, but Vega hangs in mid-air and kicks Keller out of the ring, looking for a bulldog takedown on Halbrook, but Halbrook flips him over, Vega lands on his feet and misses a right, AS HALBROOK HITS THE SECOND VICTORY SLAM!!! 1......2........3!!! HALBROOK HAS DONE IT!! Maura Downs: What a match, and Halbrook walked away with the victory in this one! Louis Carvanelie: Some unique offence by all three men and ended with the Victory Slam. Louis Carvanelie: Maura you know what time it is? Maura Downs: About eight forty five? Louis Carvanelie: No its TALKING SHIT time. Maura Downs: Damn . . . Cant we get a week off from Talking Shit. (The image suddenly changes to a close up shot of "The New Talent" Davlin McCaine's face. He has a serious look on his face, but that quickly changes to a smirk as the camera backs off of him a bit.) Davlin McCaine: Guess who's back, Bitches? (pauses a beat) Well, not exactly back back, but back on EWA programming . . . but I'm getting ahead of myself. I'm sure all of you are wondering what the hell happened to Davlin McCaine. I mean, one second . . . I was pretty damn near to being on top of the world. I had the United States title . . . I was the number One contender to the Universal Title, which was held by a guy I've beaten before . . . I was banging female "ring rats" like there was no tomorrow . . . and despite the horrible name most of those wrestling groupies are fine as fuck. And then came the brutal . . . and foreseen attack on yours truly by the now jobless Bob Taylor's group . . . including not so coincidentally . . . my opponite for the following week, Layton Matthews. Anyways, I was quite a bit more injured from that attack than I let on . . . I wrestled Matthews that week, but I was no where near the condition I should have been in to face a guy like Matthews . . . and I got slaughtered. So Congrats Matthews. You have a win over me. You can put your name on the list with The Butcher, Allisa O'Toole, and just about everyone who was in the HWO . . . of course, this isn't the HWO, and when I return . . . and I WILL return, I plan on making you #1 on my ass kicking reunion tour. Count on that. Now . . . putting that shit aside, and I do mean that literally . . . I'd like to say a few things. FUCK, SHIT, BASTARD, SON OF A BITCH, PUSSY, DOGFUCKER, CHILD RAPING, SHITTY FUCK. There . . . now don't we all feel better? I sure do. Well as you pretty much have probably guessed . . . while I am recovering from my various injuries . . . TALKING SHIT is back like Fat Joe to an all you can eat buffet . . or Cuba Gooding Jr. to a Bad Movie . . speaking of which, have you seen the preview to that awful "Radio" he's coming out with? Shit . . .they should have cast me in that movie. I have a pair of goofy looking teeth at home that look more realistic than those $ .50 specials the star of "Boat Trip" and "Chill Factor" is sporting in that laughable "heartwarming" comedy/drama. Speaking of comedies . . . look who our new owner is . . . THE DEAD LIVE . .THE DEAD LIVE!!! I got dibs on shooting John Ritter in the head . . . well, somebody has to. Remember kids . . . the only way to kill a reanimated corpse is to destroy the brain by either heavy blows to the head . . .heh . ..a gunshot wound . . . .or total decapitation. Well, unless you're dealing with one of the "Return of the Living Dead" zombies . . .then you might as well just stick a gun in your mouth. A key way of knowing which to do is if you see Gary Mac devouring somebody's brain this Sunday, rather than just going for the first open body part. Shit . . .I just thought of something . . .I missed the entire Phil "era." Of course, I'm not sure if One Week counts as an "era." It seems more like just a cosmic burp to me. Anyways, the ownership and focus of the EWA seems to be changing faster than a person with loose bowels changing their undergarments. Who knows what's going to happen next week . . .next month . . .shit, if there will even BE a EWA next month. Well, you can rest assured that from here on out . . ."The New Talent" Davlin McCaine will be here in some form, pointing out the bullshit in both the EWA . . .and the outside world as well. Like before, you'll never know what my topic is going to be . . .hell, neither will I . . .I mean, look how scattered this TS was. But anyway you look at it . . . it should be interesting, because until I'm able to beat these EWA fuck knobs both verbally AND physically again . . .I'm going to be standing here . . .TALKING SHIT. And I'm out. (The picture turns back to Maura Downs and Louis Carvanelie who look a little shocked and Maura looks appalled.) Maura Downs: The verbal language from that young man is out of control, hopefully someone will do something about him very soon. Louis Carvanelie: Maura dont be offended. Dalvin just says it like it is and that is the great thing about him. He can back up what he says and he isnt scared to say anything and if the offends people then they are watching the wrong show. Maura Downs: You know Louis . . . You talk the biggest amount of shit around here, you should have your own Talking Shit it wouldnt be much fun but it would help me out now and again. br> (The show just cuts with no warning to the parking lot where a long silver stretch limo arrives and is driving slowly towards a lane where it can park. The license plate reads EWA Owner 4 and the fans begin to gasp.) Louis Carvanelie: The fans are waiting with anticipation to find out exactly who is the new owner, we might find out here. Maura Downs: Louis if we do find out, and the guy doesnt like us then our jobs just might be on the line. (Brian Bauchmann shows up with an EWA microphone and runs over to the limo and begins knocking on the window as the limo stops dead. Bauchmann stands and looks at the camera and then decides to just open the door and the camera goes inside to find no one there. Brian looks confused then a door is heard shutting over and the camera turns and we see the door that closed was the Superstars entrance door. Bauchmann follows after to find out who it was, he runs through the doors and looks around he sees a door close over and Bauchmann runs towards it and swings it open and a scream is heard. The camera looks in the room and we see it is Jasmine Knight who screamed as she was in the ladies locker room changing her top she was just wearing a bra.) Brian Bauchmann: Im sorry Mrs Knight I am ever so sorry. Jasmine Knight: Get out you pervert. (Brian steps back out the room as the camera looks once more at the dark purple satin bra that Jasmine Knight was wearing. The scene then cuts back to Maura and Louis who is laughing.) Maura Downs: Louis it isnt funny, she was getting changed if we where any sooner or later the camera might have caught her with no top on at all. Louis Carvanelie: Now we know why Mac married her. Maura Downs: I dont think Gary Mac married his wife because of her breasts. Lets just move right away from that incident and onto our next match which is . . . The Butcher verses Lee Davis verses Azariel verses Cyrus Roland. Louis Carvanelie: Maura this match is going to be great, I cant wait to see this one, Butcher might just have his work cut out here tonight. But hold on something is happening at ring side. (The scene switches to where Stunning Steve Blanchard is sitting at ring side, Marshall Gates has came right out from the back and is in Steve Blanchards face. Blanchard stands up as Gates begins to shout some abuse at him.) Stunning Steve Blanchard: Listen son, you have a match tonight that you better get your self prepared for. Marshall Gates: Im not taking advice from a loser like you. (Then Gates throws a punch that sends SSB back and over his chair, Marshall Gates leaps the guard rail and picks up the chair to hit Blanchard. But Blanchard kicks him in the mid-section and Gates drops the chair, SSB with a solid right hand and follows it by throwing Gates back over the guard rail. SSB vaults it and Gates begins moving backwards while he is on his back, SSB towers above him and points down at Gates. Gates begins begging SSB not to hit him and SSB thinks about it for a second and then Gates hits a low blow on Blanchard and Gates gets to his feet and whips Blanchard into the ring steps. Gates then walks over and kicks the back of Blanchards head, then Marshall Gates heads to the back putting distance between himself and Stunning Steve Blanchard.) Maura Downs: What a cowardly attack on Stunning Steve Blanchard by Marshall Gates here tonight. Louis Carvanelie: Gates wants to be a big name player but attacking Steve Blanchard might be a big mistake, I remember he went to IWF to face Gary Mac but he got his ass handed to him. Maura Downs: Well Louis lets move on because here comes the first competitor who put in a great showing last week and caught a lot of peoples eyes. Louis Carvanelie: Azariel is the tag team partner of Ender, and he and Ender could be going for gold tonight if they enter the tag title match up. (The lights dim and suddenly Evanescene's "Whispers" begins to play over the arena. And as the lyrics begin to play out walks a man wearing Dark clothes and a black mask with eyeholes and large metal horns. He slowly walks to the ring. His head is bowed and a picture of a beautiful blonde girl appears on The ExtremeATron it turns into a crumpled picture and he stops. He looks back up the ramp and stares for a second before crawling in the ring. The Chorus hits and he begins staring at changing images of different girls. As the second verse hits he begins to take off the mask. As the chorus hits again he Takes it off and stares at the crowd. As the refrain hits he moves to the side drops the mask and holds his hands up. As the softer part plays he keeps his hands up. As the guitars he lowers his hands and flames erupt near him and sparks erupt behind him. The lights come back on.) Maura Downs: Like I said, he got a great win last week and now is his chance to prove how good he is. Louis Carvanelie: Maura he has to go up against the Butcher and Roland, plus Davis and they all are great competitors, I dont think he stands a chance. (Azariel begins to pace back and forth waiting for the match to start and the fans are interested in this man. Enemy By Sevendust hits and the fans looks on awaiting the arrival of new EWA superstar Lee Davis.) Louis Carvanelie: Maura here comes another debutant this week, Lee Davis not much is know about him apart from that he is a big monster of a man. Maura Downs: Azariel gives up a lot of height and weight in this match, so he will have to use his speed to maybe gain control of this match. (The arena lights cut out all at once, as as the crowd go into a silence, a figure rises up from below the stage on a platform. As this figure stands motionlessly on the stage, and after only a few seconds, the stage explodes in a haze of red and white pyro, lighting up the whole arena in red and yellow. 'The Eradicator' Lee Davis stands amongst these pyros, wearing a black pair of trousers and a knee length black trenchcoat partially covering his upper body. He also has a black headband over his forehead that has 'The Eradictor' written on it in dark red. As the crowd set eyes on him, they give him a mixed reaction, the dominant reaction being negative, but with a fair number of cheers. Davis begins to walk down the rampway, occasionally stopping to taunt a nearby fan, a solitary spotlight shining on him in the now dark arena. As he finally reaches the ring, Davis jumps onto the apron and steps into the ring, the spotlight still following him. He stops in the middle, and raises his arms in the shape of an X, before throwing them down to his side, causing a second wave of pyro to erupt on the stage behind him. Azariel doesnt back away as he walks into the middle of the ring and goes nose to nose with Lee Davis.) Maura Downs: These two are nose to nose, the fans are chanting for Azariel to hit Davis but Azariel is standing there laughing at Davis. Louis Carvanelie: With the height and weight difference Im surprised Azariel is laughing at him, Davis could easily break him in half. (The lights dim, and "The Outsider" by Perfect Circle wafts over the PA. Cyrus Roland appears in the entrance and walks calmly to the ring, cigarette in mouth. He flicks the cigarette away and climbs the ropes into the ring. Roland stands with his back to the ropes watching as Davis and Azariel begin to trade some verbal abuse.) Louis Carvanelie: Cyrus Roland looks relaxed, and with a win over Purr last week who can blame him. Maura Downs: This is smart play by Roland, he is watching and letting Davis and Azariel get some anger towards each other. (The lights go out, and the arena is silenced. The opening chords of Kill You blast from the PA system and fireworks are set off at the top of the entrance ramp, as Butcher walks through flames. He makes his way down the ramp accompanied by the fireworks The Butcher stops and then watches as Davis smashes a right hand into Azariels face sending him down. Butcher grabs Roland from behind and pulls him outside the ring. Butcher spins him around and hits him with a right, Roland comes back with one of his own and they begin to trade blows. Davis reaches down and grabs a handful of hair and pulls Azariel up and whips him off the ropes and Davis hits a tilt the world side slam on the small frame of Azariel. Davis turns his attention to the Butcher who has gained the upper hand on Roland and the Butcher hits a spine buster on Roland with Rolands head crashing off the mat. Butcher stares at Davis and Butcher slides in the ring. Davis walks to the middle of the ring and goes face to face with the bigger frame of the Butcher.) Louis Carvanelie: This started quicker than I thought, the Butcher will be the hunted in this match. Maura Downs: Why do you say that? Louis Carvanelie: He is the Universal Champion, everyone wants to pin him. (Butcher is taunting Davis to hit him, Davis swings but Butcher ducks and when Davis turns Butcher hits him with a huge right, and another and Davis comes back with one of his own. Davis with another but Butcher with a chop taking the wind right out of Lee Davis. Butcher whips Davis off the ropes but Azariel is there to hit a had scissors take down on Lee Davis. Azariel gets up and gets in a mounted position and begins punching away at the forehead of Davis. Roland slides in from the outside and blind sides Butcher with a knee to the side. Cyrus with another knee sending Butcher down to his knees. Roland reaches back and measures Butcher with a huge right sending him down to the mat. Roland stomps on the head of Butcher and then helps him to his feet, Roland takes a step back and then drop kicks the knee of the Butcher sending him down to the mat face first. Azariel gets up off Davis and turns towards Roland and goes to run but Davis trips him with a hand and then Roland runs and drops a knee onto the back of Azariels head.) Maura Downs: Roland is focusing on Butchers legs who is the biggest man in this match so Roland is being really smart here. Louis Carvanelie: The action between Azariel and Davis is great. Maura Downs: Yeah and it looks like they are going to double team Azariel. (Roland reaches down and pulls Azariel up, Davis walks over and the two men whip Azariel off the ropes, Roland and Davis hit Azariel with a double flapjack and Azariel lands hard on his stomach and he begins to roll and hold it. Davis smiles and grabs the hair off Azariel and pulls him up, Roland is motioning for Davis to plant him in the corner. Davis whips him into the corner and then Roland grabs the hand of Davis and whips him into the corner and Davis hits a body splash on Azariel. Davis grabs the hair of Azariel and on the way out runs and rams the head of Azariel into the boot of Roland and Azariel is down. Roland motions for Davis to pick up the Butcher. Lee Davis walks over and reaches down, Davis helps the Buther up but Butcher comes at him with a few rights but is stopped in his tracks by Roland who hits a double axe handle on Butcher that doubles him over. Davis and Roland lock Butcher in and attempt a double suplex but Butcher doesnt budge, Roland and Davis try again and get Butcher up a little but but Butcher powers right back down. Roland steps back as does Davis, Butcher straightens up but only to receive a kick to the mid-section by both Davis and Roland who then double DDT The Butcher down to the ground. Roland and Davis get up and look satisfied.) Louis Carvanelie: These guys are taking out the competition between them to leave the spot available for one of them to win, this is smart work. Maura Downs: It cant last that long tho Louis, one will get tired of it. Louis Carvanelie: Maybe Maura maybe. (Roland walks over and pulls Azariel to his feet and then scoop slams Azariel back down to the mat. Roland is point for Davis to do something and Davis runs off the ropes as does Roland and Davis hits a body splash and Roland hits a bit leg drop and Azariel is motionless in the middle of the ring. Roland gets up as does Davis, they then turn their attention to Butcher who is beginning to get up. Davis runs and kicks him in the midsection sending the Universal champion to the ground. Roland climbs to the second turnbuckle and asks Davis to do something, Davis pulls the Butcher up and then with a handful of hair drags him to the corner where Roland is. Roland grabs Butcher in a DDT position and goes for a tornado DDT but before Roland can turn Butcher hits a northern lights suplex from the bottom rope and Roland crashes down hard. Butcher gets up as Davis runs and tries to body splash Butcher in the corner but Butcher moves and Davis eats the turnbuckle. Butcher waits on Davis turning and then hits a short arm clothesline on Davis sending him down with authority.) Maura Downs: The Butcher has single handedly put Roland and Davis down on the mat, this match is beginning to look a lot more interesting. Louis Carvanelie: Davis and Roland where in control of this match for a little while there. (Butcher holds onto the top rope as he collects him self, Roland begins getting up and Butcher runs and clotheslines Cyrus Roland down to the mat. Lee Davis gets up and Butcher walks over and kicks him in the mid-section and hits a fireman carry take over. Butcher then applys a neck lock. The fans are cheering as Butcher locks it in tight. Azariel is up and runs and from behind drop kicks the back of the Butcher head, Butcher breaks the hold and falls forward a little. Roland is up and he runs and tries to hit a bull dog on Azariel but Azariel stops him self moving and Roland lands on the mat without Azariel. Roland gets up rather quickly but only to get drop kicked back down by Azariel. Azerial uses his speed and climbs the turnbuckles quickly while Roland begins to get up, Azrariel waits on Roland getting to his feet and Azariel leaps off with a moonsault and hooks the leg for the cover.) ONE TWO TH NO Butcher breaks the hold. Maura Downs: The first close fall of the match and its only because the Butcher breaks it otherwise I think Azariel had pinned Roland. Louis Carvanelie: Dont bet on it Maura, I believe Roland would have kicked out. (Butcher helps Azariel up but Azariel comes back with a European uppercut that takes Butcher by surprise. Azariel goes for a whip off the ropes but Butcher reverses it and Azariel goes off the ropes, Butcher goes for a clothesline but Azariel ducks it and re-bounces off the other ropes, Butcher turns and goes for a big boot on Azariel and connects. Butcher goes down to his knees and hooks the leg but Lee Davis stops the count before one. Davis with an axe handle to the back of Butcher. Davis helps Butcher up and then whips him into the corner, Davis runs and hits a clothesline in the corner on Butcher. Davis stands up and holds Butcher up with one hand and measures him with the other. Davis then begins ramming his shoulder into the mid-section of Butcher. Roland is up and he watches and then takes a deep breath and runs and with Davis ramming his shoulder into Butcher Roland runs and hits a modified poetry in motion on Butcher who slumps to the ground in a heap. Davis pushes Roland back as he was beating on Butcher and didnt like the help. Roland takes offence to it and hits Davis with a right hand, Roland whips Davis off the ropes and then with a backdrop on Davis. Roland stands tall in the center of the ring, Azariel is up and from behind Roland he hits a leaping reverse hurricanerunna on Roland whos neck is heard cracking. Azariel is now standing in the middle of the ring in full control of this match up.) Louis Carvanelie: Maura Azariel the smallest man in the match is in firm control of these bigger men. Maura Downs: He is using his pace and his ability to turn this match on its head. (Butcher begins moving by pulling him self up in the corner and Azariel walks over and delivers a stiff kick to the mid-section of the Butcher. Azariel tries to lift Butcher up to the top of the turnbuckle but he cant lift him. Lee Davis is up and he runs over and delivers an axe handle to the head of Butcher. Azariel and Davis hoist Butcher up to the top turnbuckle. Davis and Azariel climb up and prepare a double suplex. But Butcher rocks both with a punch to each of his opponents. Azariel the smaller man holds on via the ropes but Butcher hits him once more and Azariel flys back and lands on the mat. Davis was stunned by the punch. Butcher grabs him around the throat and then Butcher stands up high on the second rope, Davis looks scared as the Butcher HITS A CHOKESLAM OFF THE SECOND ROPE SENDING DAVIS TO THE MAT. Butcher covers.) ONE TWO THREE NO, NO, NO Cyrus Roland breaks the pin attempt. Maura Downs: What a move by The Butcher and it almost paid off. Louis Carvanelie: I have never seen anything like that before in Extreme Wrestling Action. Maura Downs: Roland is looking to gain the victory here tonight to push him higher in the rankings. (Roland delivers another kick to the back of the head of the Butcher after breaking the hold. Roland grabs the Butcher and pulls him up, Roland whips Butcher off the ropes and then Roland hits a drop kick to the knee of the Universal Champion. Butcher falls to the mat, Roland gets up and off the ropes and drops an elbow on the champ. Azariel is up and Roland doesnt see him, Roland off the ropes to go for another elbow drop but Azariel runs and hits a running flying forearm smash on Roland sending him down. Azariel flips up to his feet and the fans erupt with cheers, Roland gets up to his feet. Azariel runs and hits a flying heel kick to the head of Roland sending him down. Azariel gets to his feet and soaks in the cheers and takes his eyes away from the match for a second just enough time to allow Lee Davis to run from behind and ram a forearm into the back of his head. Davis reaches down and grabs Azariels hair and pulls him to his feet, Davis hoists him up into a military press position but Butcher from behind with a shoulder block and Davis falls to the mat. Azariel lands on his feet, he looks up only to receive a powerful scoop slam by the Butcher. Roland stagers to his feet and then takes a wild swing at the Butcher who ducks it and then the Butcher from behind hits a huge release German Suplex.) Maura Downs: The Butcher is showing right now why he wears the Universal title strap. Louis Carvanelie: Azariel and Roland are giving a good account for them self here, these two men have a very bright future in the EWA. Maura Downs: As for Davis . . . A poor showing in the early goings of this match. (Butcher grabs a handful of Daviss hair and pulls him up, Butcher rams a knee into the mid-section of Davis and then Butcher hits a huge gut wrench power bomb on Davis grounding him. Butcher gets up looking down and the lifeless body of Lee Davis, Butcher smiles but from behind comes Azariel with a dropkick to the back of Butchers knee taking his whole leg away from him. Azariel stomps on the Universal champion and then he motions for something and the fans begin cheering. Azariel walks over and begins climbing the turnbuckle to the fans delight. Azariel gets on to the top turnbuckle and motions for the Phoenix Special and the fans begin cheering and Azariel leaps and lands the Phoenix Special on the Butcher. Azariel hooks the leg.) ONE TWO THR No Butcher gets a shoulder up. (Azariel gets up and slams his hands on the mat, Azariel gets up and is meet with a kick to the mid-section by Roland who then whips Azariel off the ropes, Roland doubles over looking for a back body drop but Azariel comes at him with a huge kick to the face of Roland sending him up. Azariel looks for a standing roundhouse kick but Roland catches the leg of Azariel, Azariel is getting taunted by Roland who laughs at him but Azariel brings his other leg up and kicks Roland right in the forehead and Roland falls back and Azariel is on top. Azariel hooks the leg but Lee Davis is up and breaks the count before he can even get a one. Davis pulls Azariel up and then rams a knee to the mid-section, Davis grabs a handful of hair and throws Azariel back against the mat. Butcher gets to his feet and runs and hits a clothesline on Davis sending him to the mat. Butcher waits as Davis gets up quickly and Butcher runs and goes for another clothesline but Davis ducks and goes into a waste lock, Butcher counters it with a waste lock of his own. Davis tries to struggle free as Roland gets up and from behind Butcher locks in a waste lock. Now Butcher is trying to get free, but still trying to hold onto Davis. Butcher and Roland go for German suplexs and Davis and Butcher take the most damage as Roland escapes the brutal move unscathed. Roland gets up to his feet and then looks at Butcher who is first to move, Davis is just behind, Roland runs and goes for the last Supper but Butcher ducks and Roland catches Davis sending him to the mat. Roland turns around only to GET KICKED IN THE MIDSECTION AND PUT STRAIGHIT INTO THE BUTCHER BLADE. ROLAND IS DOWN AND BUTCHER COVERS.) ONE! TWO! THREE NO NO NO Azariel with a springboard moonsault breaking the pin attempt by Butcher. Louis Carvanelie: The Universal Champion nearly had this one in the bag. Maura Downs: Another win on his record sure would be nice, but Azariel is still in this match. (Butcher is down with the moonsault and Azariel climbs the ropes and goes for a flipping leg drop but Butcher moves and Azariel lands on nothing. Butcher gets up and waits like a vulture for Azariel to get up, as he does Butcher kicks him in the midsection and then hits the Butcher Blade but in the process knocking the ref down as he spun round. Butcher hooks the ref as the fans begin counting, but Butcher gets up and looks angry. Butcher walks over to the ref just as Roland slides out the ring and grabs a steel chair. Roland then rolls back in and lies down on the mat on top of the chair so Butcher cant see it. Butcher then shakes the ref trying to wake him but no good. Butcher turns and walks over to Roland and reaches down and grabs his hair and then looks at the ref for a second and that gives Roland enough time to ram the chair full force right into the throat of the Butcher who falls to the mat. Roland gets up and then places the chair in between two turnbuckle pads and then Roland walks over and pulls Lee Davis to his feet and then whips him right into the chair, Davis falls to the mat holding his back in agony. Azariel is up and Roland walks over and pulls the now heavily dented chair off the turnbuckle he turns and looks as Azariel goes for a clothesline but Roland ducks and then as Azariel turns Roland crashes the chair over the top of his head. Roland then throws the chair to the outside, with three bodies down Roland walks over to get the ref up.) Maura Downs: Roland is cheating his way to victory here tonight, if he gets this win, then its cheap and undeserving. Louis Carvanelie: Maura in this business you need to do what you need to do, just to stay ahead in this business. (Roland gets the ref semi-conscious and then goes over and hooks the leg of the Butcher.) ONE! TWO! THRE No Butcher manages to get a shoulder up. (Roland slams his hands on the mat and then walks over to Davis and covers him, the ref counts.) ONE! TWO! THR No Davis gets a foot on the bottom rope. (Roland becomes increasingly angry and then gets up and goes over and covers Azariel.) ONE! TWO! THRE No Azariel just gets a shoulder up. Maura Downs: He used the chair to gain advantage but he still couldnt get the job done there and then. Louis Carvanelie: Cyrus Roland is a talented star, but he will have to become that little bit more mature in the ring. Blasting people with chairs doesnt get you the win. (Roland gets up angry and irate he goes to the outside and grabs the steel chair and begins coming into the ring, the ref is warning him that he cant bring in the chair. Roland steps into the ring he holds the chair high over Azariel but the ref pulls the chair off Roland and then throws it out of the ring. Roland turns and begins shouting at the ref, AZARIEL WITH A ROLL UP FROM BEHIND.) ONE TWO THRE NO Roland kicks out. (Roland quickly gets up and then turns his attention to Azariel who he pulls to his feet. Butcher comes running from behind Roland who doesnt see and the Butcher rams a knee to the back of Roland and then spins him around and HITS ANOTHER BUTCHERS BLADE. Azariel watches as Butcher hit the Butchers Blade, Butcher gets up and receives a kick to the mid-section and then Azariel goes for the Edge of the World but Butcher powers out and then HITS THE BUTCHERS BLADE ON AZARIEL. Butcher is firmly in control, Lee Davis gets up and runs at Butcher and with Daviss own momentum Butcher HITS THE BUTCHERS BLADE SPINNING AROUND ON LEE DAVIS. Butcher covers Lee Davis and hooks the leg.) ONE! TWO! THREE! Louis Carvanelie: The Butcher has won this match up here tonight, he just proved why he is the Universal Champion. Maura Downs: What a match we just witnessed Louis, I firmly enjoyed that match up, the Butcher adds another win to his long list of victories. Louis Carvanelie: The Butcher is heading to the back knowing he was the man on top in this match up. Maura Downs: Well Louis we have two matches left tonight and then the tag match, we are half way through the show and we still havent found out exactly who is the new owner. Louis Carvanelie: Well who do you want it to be Maura? Ian Wynn? Bob Taylor? Kennedy Wallace? Or Gary Mac? Maura Downs: To tell you the honest truth, I dont care as long as EWA gets some stability back in it, thats what this place needs and if that means the return of Ian Wynn as the new owner then so be it. (The whole entire arena is plummeted into darkness and the fans begin to buzz wondering if it is time. Then a single green spotlight begins to circle the fans in the arena and some are cheering with anticipation.) Louis Carvanelie: Its time for it Maura, its time to find out who the new owner is, I can sense it. Maura Downs: I think you might just be right Louis. (The single spotlight begins moving faster and then stops dead at the entrance way. Then the beginning of Smells Like Teen Spirit By Nirvana begins to play and this launches the fans into a chorus of cheers and jubilations, the music fades right into Sacrifice By Creed and as the opening lyrics kick in this sets the tone as the green spotlight begins moving back and forth. The music then fades into Tear Away By Drowning Pool half way through the song, not from the beginning. Then the spotlight stops once again and the fans listen and watch as some words begin to be heard from the PA system.) PS System: Once he was the One, (Loud Cheers from the crowd) Second he was the Co-Owner, But Now he is The One and the Owner. Louis Carvanelie: It is him. (The fans great this with huge cheers then a intro is heard over the PA system, drums begin banging and then a heavy guitar is heard playing. The fans listen in to find out what this is, then everyone realizes it is Cochise By Audioslave that is playing. The green spotlight is shadowed by a figure and then out from the back walks the NEW EWA OWNER GARY MAC. The fans cheers and blow the roof of the building. Mac stands and smiles at the crowd, Mac wears a white Armani suit with a black shirt. He then looks right around the building and then heads down to the ring, Mac walks slowly towards the ring, not shaking or giving a high five to any of the fans at ring side who seem to become restless with this. Mac then spits on one of the fans and security have to hold the fan off from climbing the security rail. Mac taunts the fan who then tries to spit on Mac but he moves out the way. Mac walks towards the ring and gets to the steps, he looks up to the ring and laughs and then a fan goes to pat him on the back but Mac moves and grabs his arm and points right in his face, security have to separate this. Before entering the ring, Mac walks around it and then stands face to face with Stunning Steve Blanchard. Mac stares right at him and then begins to nod and Mac turns and walks back to the steps and walks up to the apron of the ring. His music re-plays as he leaps over the top rope and lands on his feet. Mac stands looking around the arena and then he begins applauding the crowd are confused, they dont know wither to cheer or wither to boo. Mac climbs the turnbuckle and poses for the fans who after cheering his arrival give him a mixed reaction, Mac then jumps back down and walks over to the corner and calls for a microphone. Once he gets the mic Mac walks back into the center of the ring. He takes one more look around before lifting the microphone up to his mouth.) Gary Mac: So I own all this? (Mixed Reaction from the fans) I know, I know you guys wanted Wynn back, maybe even Mike Victory . . . didnt you? (Cheers from the fans) Well for once in this federations history the fans dont get what they want, I on the other hand get exactly what I wanted. (The fans are confused) Yeah I thought you might not have know what I was talking about, . . . You see me becoming owner of this federation isnt a surprise to me or anyone who helped me achieve this goal. The only thing that surprised me was how quick it came, . . . Honestly I never thought it would have came this quickly. I penciled in my return to be around Christmas, because thats when I thought I would be able to buy over this place. But when you have a fat male lesbian in charge, then who can blame me from getting what I want so early. (The fans boo but are still confused) You guys dont know do you? You dont know how I am able to take over the EWA? Maura Downs: Louis do you know what he is talking about, because I sure as hell dont. Louis Carvanelie: I honestly dont know Maura, I dont know what he is talking about. (Mac paces back and forth with a smile upon his face, Mac then stops and smiles right into the camera.) Gary Mac: Well let me enlighten you people, how exactly could I become the owner of EWA and how could I have orchestrated this plan? Well lets just say I wasnt alone in this one. (Another mixed reaction from the fans) You want to know who helped me gain control of this federation? . . . Ill tell you exactly who helped me become the owner of EWA. BOB TAYLOR!!!!!! (The fans erupt in a chorus of boos) Taylor helped me and I helped him, . . . How come? Well Taylor was a smart man, he came up with the idea to soften up EWA and by making it softer we would be making it vulnerable. In the vulnerable stages we knew we had a greater chance of taking this place over. (Huge boos from the fans) So we got together and we thought up of ways of making EWA vulnerable, . . . One idea had me come back and tear up this place and take the Universal title. But I told Bob that idea was to easy and was done before. We wanted to really soften this place and soften the owner up a little bit more. So we hatched a plan, a great plan and a plan that would and has worked. We decided it would be in our best interest to fake the death of an EWA superstar, . . . So we thought who is an EWA superstar who would do this and then it clicked . . . We would fake my death and soften this whole place up. And it worked to perfection, just like me. My death softened Mike Victory who left a lot quicker than I thought he would, but Mike didnt hold a public auction for the fed. He found himself an owner, he found him self Phil . . . I cant believe that one. So Phil takes over and Taylor uncharacteristically leaves without any problems. That should have gave the game away . . . But it didnt. I knew when Phil took over that it wouldnt be long until I could take over this place. (Huge boos from the fans and a Gary Mac sucks chant begins) Yeah go on enjoy your self say I suck, . . . Because if you guys enjoy saying someone sucks then you must have a really boring life. Now where was I . . . Thats right, Phil takes over and with just over a week of being the owner he sells the federation on. For thirty dollars, I dont care what I said before about the fat man, but he is a cool businessman. So when I bought the company I decided it was time to tell everyone my plan, you can either love me or hate me . . . Personally I dont care because I have beaten half the guys back there and I could beat the other half if I wanted too. But I wont be wrestling in EWA anymore. (Huge cheers from EWA) Oh but I will be on the shows, you can bet your last buck on that. (Mac smiles and takes the microphone away from his mouth, Mac begins posing to annoy the fans.) Louis Carvanelie: He faked his death just so he could take over the company, this man is sick. Maura Downs: Louis I couldnt agree with you more, Gary Mac is the epitome of sadistic. (Mac raises the microphone but the fans booing sounds him out, Mac laughs and then just begins to talk over the crowd which settles them down.) Gary Mac: How mature, dont let me speak your like a fat man at an all you can eat place, your all out of control. Now let me fucking speak in my own arena and on my own show. EWA has began its climb back up the ladder and to salute my return and me being the new owner of EWA. Retribution is going to be held on the Nineteenth of October, otherwise known as my Birthday. (Huge boos from the fans) On my birthday EWA will have its first Pay Per View under my leadership and boy do I have the match for you guys. At Retribution its going to be the Universal Champion the Butcher taking on the number one contender Layton Matthews for the title. (Huge cheers for the match) Oh and there will be a lot more matches added, including that man right there (Mac points at SSB) He will be making his EWA Pay Per View debut along with another man, because Im going to book Stunning Steve Blanchard against Tommy Purr. (Huge cheers for the match) And . . . (Gary Mac is cut off by Tear Away By Drowning Pool and the fans burst into cheers as Gary Macs wife walks out from the back. Jasmine walks out and doesnt waste anytime as she walks straight to the ring. Jasmine walks up the steps and Mac walks over and holds the ropes apart for his wife who walks in and then stands face to face with her husband.) Louis Carvanelie: Its going to blow right here, the marriage is about to end. Maura Downs: Look at the anger in Jasmines eyes. (Jasmine takes a step back and the fans begin chanting divorce him Jasmine, Mac laughs it off.) Gary Mac: Well dont I get a cuddle? (The fans boo as Jasmine smiles and Mac opens his arms and she walks right into his arms, Mac cuddles his wife and the fans begin to boo.) Gary Mac: You people think I wouldnt let my wife in on my little plan? Well your dead wrong. My wife is the second more prized asset in my life and I keep no secrets from her. Jasmine now we need to address something that happened earlier on today. Jasmine Knight: What the Layton Matthews thing? Gary Mac: Yeah the Layton Matthews thing, Layton Im calling your ass out here right now. (Darkness falls across the arena, followed closely by a constant beat which is accompanied by a the picture of a heart metre measuring the pulses of the fans on hand which as good as represents the pulses of those in hand; quickening with every second. Never Duplicated by Fabulous then bursts out through the speaker and the pulsating beat pierces through the darkness and silence. An explosion of pyros erupt announce the arrival of Layton Matthews through the smoke and to a deafening reception from those on hand. With his arms in the air and a huge grin upon his face Layton milks the crowd for every possible reaction, before putting his arms to his side accompanied by another explosion of pyros. Layton strides down to the ringside area not rushing, but not wasting any time; Layton has a purpose and he doesnt once take his eyes off the target inside the ring. The lights slowly return again. Bouncing up the ring steps, Layton ducks under the top rope, before getting immediately in the face of Gary Mac, who doesnt back down. Layton and Mac are verbally assaulting each other and the fans are cheering Layton on.) Louis Carvanelie: Mac doesnt like anyone trying to take his woman, but Layton can handle him. Maura Downs: Yeah Louis, I agree. (Mac pushes Layton who pushes Mac right back. The two begin pushing each other again and Jasmine gets in the way and stops the two of them from pushing each other. Jasmine looks at Mac who shouts at Layton who shouts something back, Mac with one hand on his wifes breast pushes her gently out the way. Mac and Layton get in each others faces again, the fans are edging Layton on and Layton pulls back as does Mac to punch but they stop them selfs. Mac laughs as does Layton and Mac reaches out and Layton and Mac shake hands to a chorus of boos from the fans once again.) Louis Carvanelie: Damn it, Gary Mac has Layton Matthews on side. Maura Downs: What else has Gary Mac got up his sleeve? (Mac smiles and Layton shakes hands with Macs wife.) Jasmine Knight: Earlier today, myself and Mr Matt . . . Layton put on a little show to throw you people off. My husband and I own this damn company and everyone in this federation is going to do as we say. (Go to Sleep By Eminem blasts over the PA system and the faces erupt with cheers for the EWA commissioner Dave Chain. Chain takes a few seconds to come out. He walks out and stands at the entrance way and he has a EWA microphone in his hand. Chain smiles and nods at Mac who looks furious. The fans begin a Dave Chain chant as his music stops the fans wait to hear what Dave has to say.) Maura Downs: Lets hope Dave Chain can do something about Macs authority here tonight. (Dave smiles and then points at Mac who raises his microphone and begins shouting to Chain.) Gary Mac: What the hell are you doing out here, I dont remember inviting you out here . . . In fact I dont remember inviting you into MY arena. Chain get your stupid looking ass out of my sight. (The fans boo as Chain laughs and begins applauding Mac, Chain begins walking towards the ring.) Dave Chain: Mac, Mac, Mac . . . Its so nice to see that your alive and well. But dont start talking to me like Im some piece of shit on your shoe. When Phil was owner I was appointed the EWA commissioner and the EWA talent relations executive. Now there is no way you can cut me out of this picture, yeah maybe just maybe you can cut me out of being the EWA talent relations executive, but you cant stop me being the EWA commissioner. The contract is legally signed and is legally bonding, you cut my contract short Ill sue you for ever dollar I can. (Mac begins going crazy in the ring as the fans begin a chant of sue Gary Mac, Mac shouts for them to shut up.) Dave Chain: So now we have that out of the way, Mac I want to talk about the Main Event for Retribution. Gary Mac: You cant talk about it, I have made the match what I say goes. (Dave smiles as he begins walking up the steps and onto the apron.) Dave Chain: Oh no Mac, you have got me all wrong, I dont want to change the match. Layton Matthews verses The Butcher is the top match, it is what the fans want to see. But I want to spice things up, because for the Pay Per View, I want to make an extra special stipulation for this Universal title bout. You see Mac . . . Im a firm believe in giving the people that something extra . . . That something that will etch the match into their minds. Layton Matthews verses Butcher for the Universal title is going to be a first for EWA. After making it through a tough year . . . Im going to give EWA something it has never had. (Mac looks on confused as Chain steps into the ring) A STAIRWAY TO FREEDOM MATCH!!! (The fans are confused, but cheer anyway, Mac looks on wondering exactly what this match means.) Dave Chain: Ill put it in simple terms for you Mac, . . . A Stairway to Freedom match is a hell in a cell, but the whole frame of the cell will be covered in barbed wire. There will be a gap at the top of the cell for someone to climb through and grab the Universal which will be hanging on top of the cage. To get to the title, they will have to use ladders to get there. You got it now . . . Oh and there will be Barbed wire surrounding the opening at the top of the cell. (The fans begin to cheer as Mac looks worried but Layton is smiling, Chain nods and waits on Macs answer as he pulls Layton aside and begins speaking to him privately.) Louis Carvanelie: The EWA commissioner is making the Main Event at Retribution a Stairway to Freedom match, a first ever for EWA. Maura Downs: Thats only if Mac allows it. (Mac begins smiling after Layton whispered something into his ear. Mac turns around and looks at Chain.) Gary Mac: A stairway to freedom match you say? . . . Consider it booked. Retribution it will be Layton Matthews taking on The Butcher for the Universal title in a Stairway to Freedom match . . . with a special guest referee. (The fans cheer but are now wondering who the guest ref is.) Dave Chain: And who exactly is the special guest referee? Gary Mac: The special guest referee will be none other than . . . The World of Pain champion. Dave Chain: But he is a masked man? Gary Mac: Exactly . . . thats why he will be the special guest referee for this match up come October the Nineteenth. (The fans boo this announcement but then the boos turn to cheers as Kill You By Eminem hits and the fans instantly know who is on their way out. The Butcher steps out from the back with the universal title over his shoulder, The Butcher who is as always so intense begins to head straight to the ring. The Butcher then steps into the ring and goes nose to nose with Layton Matthews who isnt backing away.) Maura Downs: It could very well all erupt from here on, you can feel the tension in that very ring. Louis Carvanelie: You sure as hell can Maura, the feeling is unbelievable. (The Butcher holds the title up between him and Matthews who is beginning to trade some verbal insults with the Butcher. Mac laughs as his wife raps her arm around him, Chain grabs the Butchers arm to pull him away but the Butcher pulls his arm back into place. The fans are really buzzing right now and the atmosphere is electrifying. Mac then raises the microphone.) Gary Mac: Butcher boy, get your face away from the next Universal Champion right now, or I will have reason to strip you of that title right now and award it to Matthews by default. (The fans boo as Butcher backs off on Macs say so) Thats better, now Butch just what the hell do you want out here? I was sick of seeing your face when I was in BCW, you had to always be in the spotlight didnt you. Well here its different, because Im adding another stipulation to the match, if you lose . . . In fact when you lose to Layton you will be put down to the bottom of the rankings and you will have to work your ass all the way back up. There will be no instant re-match for the title, youll have to earn it. (The fans boo this announcement as Butcher just nods and laughs, Butcher takes the microphone handed to him by Dave Chain.) The Butcher: I have to face your boy Layton Matthews do I now Mac? And Chain, you want me to face him in a Stairway to Freedom match? Barbed Wire galore! And Mac, you decide to continue the games, and add in another stipulation, and throw in a special guest referee, the mysterious Masked Man who won the World Of Pain Championship last week huh? I'll tell you right now, I've been in plenty of hellacious match-ups in my time and I'm no stranger to barbed wire either. I don't back down from a challenge, so... in short... YOU'RE ON!! Maura Downs: That's huge news! Butcher, Layton Matthews with the Masked Man as the special guest referee in a first for the EWA, a Stairway to Freedom match! Louis Carvanelie: What a match at Retribution!! What a main-event!! (The Butcher steps to Layton Matthews and looks him straight in the eye.) The Butcher: I'm telling you right now Layton... And you too Mac... I'm not intimidated whatsoever, but I'm not stupid either. Something stinks about this whole thing, and I'm not talking about that horrible smell coming from the both of you either. No... For you to accept this type of match, you've got to either be stupid, or you've got some sort of scheme up your sleeve. You think for one second I'm going to believe anything you say after you scammed the entire EWA? You think I'm going to believe you'd put your boy Matthews in a match where I could end his sorry career? No. The truth is, you'll do anything to get your dirty hands on this championship. The truth is, you don't know what working for something means, you have to cheat your way to the top. You couldn't simply earn your right to own this federation. You couldn't just do it legally by buying the damn place. You had to play games. You had to fake your death. That's bullshit Mac, and you know it. You know it, I know it, she knows it, Chain knows it, and Layton knows it. Every single damn person knows it. And you want to try and intimidate me by making the claim that if I lose the title, and that's a big IF... then I have to earn my shot at the title by climbing back up from the bottom. That's where everyone should start Mac, at the bottom. That's where everyone in this business has started, and if you want to throw me back down, then so be it. Maura Downs: Butcher is accepting the challenge? Louis Carvanelie: He doesn't have much choice Maura! The Butcher: I've done it before and if I have to, I'll do it again. Realise this though, you can never, EVER keep me down. No matter how many times you force me to the bottom of the card, I'll keep climbing back up. No matter how many bodies you put in my way, I'll rampage straight through them, and no matter how hard or how long you try and throw obstacles in my path, I'll overcome them. See, you and your boy... the wrestlers in the back... even some of these fans... You all may think I don't deserve this championship belt... you may all think that I don't have the talent to be a great champion... but what you all think, doesn't matter. The facts are staring you straight in the eyes, and come Retribution, you BOTH will have to face reality... The reality that no matter how hard you try or how long... The Butchers Era will never, EVER..... END!! (The fans erupt into a chorus of cheers at the Butchers statement and Mac and Layton take a few steps back. Mac becomes a little angry and then lifts his microphone up, but the noise of the crowd makes it hard for his voice to be heard, so Mac just doesnt he stands impatiently waiting for the fans to stop cheering and shouting. Butcher and Dave begin to laugh at Mac.) Gary Mac: Let me fucking speak you stupid bastards, . . . Butcher dont you ever come out and talk about me steeling something from EWA. I was the champion of this place long before any of the EWA fans heard of the Butcher. And one day again if I get in the mood I will be the champion of this place once again. You talk about the Butchers Era? Well that cant start until the Gary Mac era which began in January of this year ends, and Butch it aint near ending not yet, and it wont end until I god damn well say so. So Butch lets just say your era means just as much as a bigamists tenth marriage. (Just then Mac is hit by surprise by the Butcher and that sends Mac falling to the mat, Butcher drops the title as Layton begins to trade blows with the Universal champion. Layton takes the upper hand and goes to whip Butcher off the ropes but Butcher reverses it and then back body drops Layton. Jasmine gets out of the ring as Mac gets up and as Butcher turns around Mac hits a crescent kick to the chain of the Butcher that knocks him down. Chain goes to intervene but Layton stops him by pulling him back and into a reverse DDT and that sends Dave Chain to the mat. Mac turns to Layton who picks up the Universal title and holds it up high, Mac then smiles as Layton towers above both Butcher and Chain. Mac begins applauding and then the Butcher begins making his way to his feet and Mac and Layton make a quick exit. Layton leaves the Universal title down on the mat as the Butcher gets up to his feet Mac and Layton are on the outside and Layton is pointing at Butcher who is pointing back at him. Chain gets up and Butcher helps him get up, Layton begins making jesters that the Universal title will be his come Retribution. Mac raps one of his arms around his wife who cuddle into him. The Butcher picks up a microphone and as the fans chant Butchers name he lifts the microphone to his mouth.) The Butcher: Remember Layton . . . THE BLOOD WILL BE ON YOUR HANDS. (The fans begin to cheer the words made by The Butcher towards Layton Matthews. The Butcher reaches down and grabs his Universal title and hoists it up and points to Layton and shouts he will never get his hands on the top prize in EWA. Layton and Mac reach the curtain to go backstage and they disappear. The Butcher plays to the fans as the scene cuts to Maura and Louis at the commentator table.) Maura Downs: What we have just witnessed Louis is the beginning of what could be a great Pay Per View, Main Event. Louis Carvanelie: Maura I am more excited about this Pay Per Views Main Event more than any other before. Maura Downs: Why do you say that? Louis Carvanelie: This is a first for EWA, it has all the bad blood and the elements that is going to make this one of the best matches in EWA history. Maura Downs: And up next we have the first of the three championships which will be decided tonight as Ender, Caveman and Sam Hain compete for the US Championship! Louis Carvanelie: And don't forget, all three of these men were involved in a vicous battle for the World Of Pain Championship just last week. Maura Downs: Sam Hain won that match, but then Dave Chain made the surprising announcement that the WoP title was to be defended 24/7, and then the Masked Man attacked him from behind with a sledgehammer! All three men can't possibly be one hundred percent here, and especially Sam Hain! Louis Carvanelie: This is going to be a grueling match-up for sure. ('In the End' fills the arena as Ender appears on the entrance ramp. He makes his way down to the ring and slides under the bottom rope and awaits his opponents. He doesn't have to wait long as 'You Should Be Dancing' hits the PA system and the enormous figure of Caveman appears from behind the curtain. He makes his way down to the ring and climbs up the steps before climbing over the top rope and staring at Ender as 'American Bad Ass' now plays over the PA system, and Sam Hain shoots from the curtains, looking a little worse for wear after last weeks match and bandaged up. He rushes down to the ring and slides under the bottom rope and the three of them stare eachother out.) Maura Downs: Stunning Steve Blanchard is at ringside as we have seen tonight and he is a good friend of Sam Hain, and just to clear things up people, he is NOT involved in this match! Louis Carvanelie: He's one of EWAs newest and brightest signings Maura, I'm sure people won't mind if he makes his presence felt. (The camera cuts to SSB he gives a nod. The three men turn to eachother now and Sam Hain looks to Ender, who looks back and it looks as if they both have the same thing on their mind. Both turn to Caveman and kick him in the gut and start kicking him in the corner. Stiff kicks to the midsection as they stomp a mudhole in him down to the mat before dragging him up and whipping him as hard as they can into the opposite turnbuckle. Hain then whips Ender into Caveman, who drags him out into a big boot from Hain. Caveman falls back into the turnbuckle and Ender begins throwing left and rights at him, ensuring they take him out of the match straight away.) Maura Downs: Ender and Sam Hain teaming together in the early moments of this match, but how long will it last? Louis Carvanelie: I think that's obvious don't you? Until they take out Caveman! Maura Downs: Sam Hain with the running clothsline in the corner, and they aren't allowing Caveman any offence! Louis Carvanelie: Of course they aren't, he's too powerful. (Caveman stumbles out from the corner and ENDER HITS THE FINALE KICK!! Caveman stumbles back into the turnbuckle and then back out, INTO ANOTHER FINALE KICK AND HE GOES DOWN!! Ender makes the cover... 1.....2.....(Sam Hain drags Ender off of him) Ender gets in Sam Hains face, and they begin talking trash to eachother. Ender pushes Hain into the ropes and he comes straight back with a haymaker punch to the jaw, sending Hain straight through the middle ropes! Then he makes the cover on Caveman. 1...2...(Kick out by Caveman) Hain hooks the leg again but again Caveman kicks out. Caveman gets to his feet and Hain hooks him up for a suplex, but can't lift the big guy off his feet. Caveman hits a clubbing blow to the back of Hain and then drags him back up, tossing him into the corner by his throat before squashing him into the turnbuckle. Ender climbs up on the apron and Caveman grabs him by the head and drags him over the top rope. Ender backs off into the ropes and pulls himself up as Caveman whips him into Hain. Caveman runs foward but Ender and Hain move away in opposite directions and Caveman hits the turnbuckle, as Hain and Ender chop block Cavemans legs away from him. Caveman hits the mat and Ender and Hain both drop elbows on him. They drag him into the centre of the ring and Hain holds his legs down, telling Ender to get to the top rope. Ender does, and HITS A FIVE STAR FROG SPLASH!! Ender holds his ribs and can't make the cover, but Hain hooks the leg. 1.....2....(Ender just manages to break the count) Maura Downs: Clever strategy by Hain there. Allowing Ender to take the high risk and then pick up the victory! Louis Carvanelie: But he didn't did he Maura, so it wasn't that clever! Maura Downs: But the high-risk still took a lot out of Ender! (Hain drives his elbow across the back of Ender and lifts him to his feet, hitting a knife edge chop and sending him back into the ropes. He hits a couple more chops and then whips him across the ring before he catches him with a Tilt-A-Whirl neckbreaker. Ender holds the back of his neck as Hain makes the cover. 1...2...(Caveman breaks up the count) Caveman holds his ribs before lifting Hain high into the air in a choke hold type move as the ref tells him to release the hold. He does so by throwing Hains body against the mat. He laughs at his actions before dragging Ender up in the choke hold as well, as the referee again tells him to release the hold, starting his 5 count. ) Maura Downs: Caveman better be careful, he could be disqualified if he carries on this way! Louis Carvanelie: Then who would win the title? Ender of Hain? Maura Downs: The ref would most probably continue the match with both men and send Caveman away. Louis Carvanelie: Like Caveman would. OOH... Ender thrown straight into the mat like Hain! (Caveman laughs again as Hain and Ender get to their feet, to be taken straight back down with a double clothsline from Caveman. A serious expression comes over Caveman as he pulls down the strap and yells out as Hain and Ender get to their feet again. SLAP! SLAP! He slaps his big hands across the throats of Hain and Ender and is looking for a double chokeslam, but Ender and Hain kick out of it and both hit the ropes, hitting consecutive clothslines on the big man, who stumbles back a little. Hain and Ender hit the ropes again and come back for Caveman, knocking him into the ropes with a double shoulder block, as Caveman comes back and boots Hain in the face. Caveman aims a right hand at Hain who ducks under it and fires a few right and left hands to the stomach as Ender gets to his feet and Caveman smashes an elbow across the back of Hains head, and then drags Ender and Hain foward. ) Maura Downs: Look at Caveman, he's going to go for a double suplex! Louis Carvanelie: He's got the power to, but look... Hain and Ender aren't allowing him to do it... Maura Downs: A DOUBLE SUPLEX ON CAVEMAN!! HAIN AND ENDER WORKING TOGETHER TO BRING THE BIG MAN OVER!! (Caveman crashes to the mat and Ender looks to cover, but Hain pulls him away and hits a right hand on Ender, who hits one straight back. They trade punches in the centre of the ring as Hain gets the upper hand, rocking Ender into the ropes. He whips him across the ring and hits a shoulder block knocking Ender down, before hitting the ropes as Ender nips back up and hits a shoulder block of his own. Hain goes down and gets straight back to their feet as they turn to face eachother. Caveman is getting to their feet so both men turn and kick him in the midsection, BEFORE DROPPING HIM WITH A DOUBLE DDT!! Cavemans face is driven into the mat and Hain and Ender turn to eachother again, locking up and moving around the ring, before breaking the hold. They lock up again and Hain gets in a side-headlock, and Ender pushes him into the ropes and then armdrags him as he comes back. Hain rolls back up and runs into another arm-drag, but manages to land on his feet, before pulling Ender into a monkey flip, straight onto Caveman! Hain jumps up on the top turnbuckle and looks for a diving elbow, but Ender moves out of the way, and Caveman gets the elbow to the chest. Hain isn't bothered and instead covers Caveman, but Ender breaks up the count. Maura Downs: The game plan is obvious here. Keep Caveman out of it. Louis Carvanelie: Hain was aiming to take out both men, but Ender, the quicker of the two, managed to roll out of the way! (Ender jumps high and hits an elbow across the back of Hain to break up the count and then rolls Hain off, before making the cover on Caveman. 1....2....(Caveman kicks out) Caveman is hurting but he gets to his feet, holding his ribs in pain, with a serious, angry expression on his face. Ender runs foward, AND CAVEMAN DAMN NEAR TAKES OFF HIS HEAD!! Ender flips over in mid-air and lands awkwardly on his neck as the fans chant, 'Holy Sh!t, Holy Sh!t!!' Hain gets to his feet and Caveman boots him straight in the face, and then drops a huge legdrop across the throat of Hain.) Maura Downs: A simple move like a legdrop means so much more when it's done by someone like Caveman! Louis Carvanelie: That's because he's so damn big. (Caveman covers but pulls Hains head and shoulders off the mat before the ref can even go down to count. He throws Hain into the corner, AND HITS THE NUTCRAKER!! Caveman then throws him around like a ragdoll and pulls him down to the mat to cover him. 1....2....(Ender just breaks up the count) Maura Downs: Caveman hit the nutcracker on Hain, and remember, Hain is still working through those injuries sustained in the last match which incidentally, involved both Ender and Caveman as well. Louis Carvanelie: This is where things get difficult though. Everytime one of these men has gone for a cover, the other opponent has broken up the count. Hain and Ender had the right idea by trying to eliminate Caveman, but it just didn't work. (Caveman is infuritated, and lifts Ender to his feet before lifting him up onto his shoulders, SNAKE EYES, as Enders face bounces off the turnbuckle, and Caveman powerslams him to the mat, and hooks the leg. 1.....2.....(This time Hain manages to break up the count) Caveman gets to his feet and roars out, as Ender and Hain slowly get to their feet. Caveman grabs a hold of both of their heads and looks to knock them together, but Ender and Hain counter, and both hit a russian leg sweep on Caveman. Hain lifts Ender over his head and drops him onto Caveman as the ref counts again but Hain drags Ender off of him and Ender gets to his feet. Hain blocks a right hand and hits a european uppercut on Ender and whips him into the turnbuckle, as he runs foward but Ender springs over and hooks him up in the victory roll. 1.....2....(Hain kicks out) Hain gets to his feet and shakes his head at Ender as Ender goes nose to nose with Hain and Ender pushes Hain who pushes Ender back into the turnbuckle, but Ender comes back with one last push, straight into Caveman, who backdrops Hain over the top rope, and walks straight into a dropkick from Ender, which staggers him a little. Ender runs foward and Caveman quickly lifts him above his head, BEFORE THROWING HIM OVER THE TOP ROPE ONTO HAIN!!) Louis Carvanelie: See, that's what happens when you let Caveman utilise his power advantage! Maura Downs: What strength on display from Caveman, and Ender and Hain are looking worse for wear on the outside. (Caveman steps over the top rope and jumps down, before picking up Ender in a bearhug and rushing him into the ring post. Ender cracks his back on the ring post and collapses as Caveman turns his attention now to Hain, who is slowly but surely getting to his feet. Caveman grabs a hold of his throat and throws him up into the ropes, and Hain springs off them and straight head first to the floor.) Maura Downs: Caveman just man-handling Ender and Hain here! Louis Carvanelie: Look at this, what's Caveman got in mind now!! (Caveman has Hain by the throat and he's got him high in the air. He points down at the crowd barrier!) Maura Downs: NO! CAVEMAN IS GOING TO BREAK HAINS BACK ACROSS THAT CROWD BARRIER WITH A DAMN CHOKESLAM!! Louis Carvanelie: But look at this, Ender is up, Ender is up! (Ender is up, AND HE HITS THE FINALE KICK ON CAVEMAN!! Caveman falls backwards and is forced to let go of Hain. Hain holds his throat as he and Ender drag Caveman back to his feet, AND WHIP HIM INTO THE STEEL STEPS!! Ender smiles, but not for long, as Hain smashes his head straight into the side of the ring, then rolls him into it after him. He quickly jumps up on the apron and up onto the turnbuckle. He looks for a double axe handle, BUT ENDER COUNTERS WITH HIS FOOT UP!! Hains face crashes down on Enders foot, and Ender nips up, clutching at his back, as he runs foward, STRaIGHT INTO A TILT-A-WHIRL BACKBREAKER!! Ender is hurting and Hain pulls him up in a sitting position and puts him in a surfboard stretch!) Maura Downs: Hain has picked his spot, and now's he's picking apart Ender. Louis Carvanelie: Hain just reaching back with that hold, putting all the pressure on Enders back and shoulders and just ripping his limbs apart. (Ender tries to counter, slowly getting to his feet, but Hain turns the move into a cross-arm suplex and floats over for the pin. 1.....2.....(Ender kicks out) Ender gets to his feet and gets whipped into the ropes, but ducks a clothsline, and comes back and hits a crossbody on Hain, but Hain rolls through and has the pin, but Ender rolls through this time and then turns it into a leg-lock. Hain quickly grabs the ropes and Ender pulls him into the centre of the ring, flips him over and puts Hain in an Indian Deathlock! Hain screams in pain as Ender puts more pressure on the hold. The ref checks on Hain. Hain keeps calling out, saying he's not going to quit. The ref keeps asking Hain if he's going to quit but Hain refuses to do so, before finally reaching the ropes! Ender releases the grip but quickly goes back on the attack, putting the boots to Hain but Caveman steps up on the apron, and pulls Ender over the top rope onto the apron with him, before punching him off!! Ender falls to the floor on the outside and the ref goes between the ropes to check on him but Caveman pushes him away and reaches over the top rope, but Ender has grabbed a chair from under the ring!! CRACK!!! Ender swings back the chair and connects with Caveman, who stumbles into a school-boy from Hain... 1......2.......3!!!!) Maura Downs: HAIN IS THE NEW US CHAMPION!!! Louis Carvanelie: ENDER INADVERTEDLY COST HIMSELF THE MATCH-UP!! Maura Downs: WHAT A MATCH, AND SAM HAIN HAS BECOME THE NEW EWA UNITED STATES CHAMPION!! Louis Carvanelie: Hold on Maura, Hain has went to the outside with the US title in his hand and he walks over to Stunning Steve Blanchard. (Sam Hains music is playing as he walks over to Blanchard, Hain looks at Steve who looks back at him with a cocky smile. Blanchard then begins to nod his head in agreement for something and then Hain extends his hand and Blanchard looks at it. Steve then puts his hand out and shakes Sam Hains hand and the fans cheer.) Maura Downs: A great match followed by a great show of respect by two men who at their best can rival anyone in EWA. Louis Carvanelie: Maura we have to go to a promotional package for Tommy Purr. (The show heads to a promotional video package for EWA superstar Tommy Purr hyping his return next week. When it comes back from the package The lights dim and Evenascence's "Whisper" plays. The fans begin to cheer. The music cuts before anyone appears. The crowd gets a little roudy then suddenly The Sorcere Hunter's Theme begins playing. the crowd looks at the stage to see if anyone is going to make an entrance. No one does. On The Extrematron. A scene of Azariel's locker room is seen. There is a man wearing the dark robes that we have seen before but this time that man is lying unconscious on the floor. Azariel walks in and sees the man lying there. The door opens again and a very small man walks in. Azariel stares at the man before looking down at the prone figure at his feet.) Man: Oh yea! You know it Az! It may just be time. Time to go! And all I want ta know is where ya gonna go? (Azariel stares at the man before closing his eyes. He shakes his head and tries to leave. The man stops him.) Man: Look. I'm working on making a comeback! I need the help of my freinds. I know my sis kinda screwed you over. But I'm not Misato. (Azariel stares at the man as if he had said the name of the most despicable person living. He pushes the man back and walks out the door.) Man: Hey think about it ok? (The scene then fades from the locker room to the announcers table.) Maura Downs: Who was that? Wait a second, Misato... Louis Carvanelie: Who cares! Obviously just another freind of that loser Azariel. Really Maura you are getting way too involved in this guys business. Maura Downs: I am not getting too involved in this guys business. Louis Carvanelie: You are Maura, you are. (The lights go out and then Cochise By Audioslave hits and the fans begin to boo as loud as they can. Gary Mac walks out from the back with an EWA microphone in his hand. He smiles cockily to the crowd who boo and chant abuse at him. Mac just smiles.) Gary Mac: You know . . . You people just dont forgive anyone, I was out here just a few minutes ago and you where cheering my arrival and booing me when I left. I dont get you people at all, I just dont. Why am I even trying to help you people by giving you a grade A wrestling show. Maybe I should sit in the crowd and just boo and cheer someone for fun. Anyway I think its time for another thing you fans have been waiting on . . . Who is the World of Pain Champion and the special guest referee for the Main Event at Retribution? Well he is just about to come out and reveal him self to all you losers, but first just to let everyone know . . . The World of Pain title is no longer a twenty four seven rule. It is back to normal the way it was before. Now let me introduce a great friend of mine, the MASKED MAN!!!!!!!! Maura Downs: So are we finally gonna find out whos under the mask here tonight? Louis Carvanelie: I dont know, but if Gary Mac is to be believed, hes gonna be on his way out here momentarily, so perhaps you could ask him yourself. (As if on cue, the arena is plunged into darkness as the opening notes of Superstar by Saliva blast over the PA System. About 10 seconds into the song, a cold blue spotlight shines down on the entrance stage and similar spotlights shine down on various sections of the crowd as the Masked Man steps out into the arena to an incredible negative reaction from the capacity crowd. In his right hand, he holds the EWA World Of Pain Championship belt, and in his left hand, he as the sledgehammer with which he won the championship last week on Tsunami.) (The man is wearing a black pair of jeans, black motorcycle boots with steel toecaps, and a zipped-up black leather jacket, which covers his entire upper body except his hands, which are encased in black fingerless gloves. A solid black mask covers his head, with only small slits for eyes and mouth, so as not to give any hint of who may be under the mask.) (For a few seconds, the Masked Man doesnt move, seeming content to survey the crowd and take in their reaction. When he does move, its to turn his back on the crowd, and stretch each of his arms out to the side, giving the effect of a black-clad crucifix. As he assumes this position, a series of deafening pyro blasts illuminate the stage to either side of where hes standing. When the pyro dies down, the man turns back toward the crowd and begins to strut down the ramp, illuminated by the ice-blue spotlight, toward the ring where Gary Mac is waiting. Upon reaching the ring, the Masked Man slides under the ropes and climbs each set of turnbuckles in turn, pausing at the top of each to once again assume the crucifix position and display what seem to be his two most treasured possessions to a clearly disapproving crowd. As he climbs down from the fourth turnbuckle, the music dies down and the lights in the arena return to normal. For a few seconds, neither Mac nor the Masked Man attempts to compete with the noise, leaving Maura and Louis some time to provide the TV audience with some thoughts on what is going on) Louis Carvanelie: My god, the guy looks huge. Hes gotta be at least 64 and probably somewhere in the 265 ballpark. Maura Downs: Theres something familiar about him that I just cant place. Louis Carvanelie: Same here, Im sure I know him from somewhere. Maura Downs: Well, lets just hope that he rips that sock off of his head and we can all see once and for all who were dealing with here. (By this time, the noise from the crowd has quietened down enough for the two men in the ring to once again make themselves heard) Gary Mac: Now, Im sure that the question youre all asking yourselves is Whos under the mask? Well, you know what, I figure thats a question that we can answer right now. (The Masked Man nods his head in agreement and leans over to whisper something into Macs ear. The man then hands the WOP championship belt and his sledgehammer over to Mac and proceeds to unzip and remove his leather jacket, revealing a muscular, tanned chest, and arms which are decorated with a very familiar looking set of tattoos, namely a dragon wrapped around the upper left arm and ring of barbed wire around the right bicep. There also appear to be two names tattooed onto the mans body, one on his right shoulder and one on the inside of his left forearm, but the camera cannot get close enough to make out what the names are._ (The man then moves his hands up to his head and begins, very slowly to remove the mask. The camera moves to be positioned behind the WOP champion, so that we cannot see his face immediately. As the mask is removed, we see that the man has close cropped dark hair, with a few bleached blond highlights. He also has a gold ring in his left ear. From our vantage point, we can see the reaction of the crowd on the other side of the arena, who can by now see the mans face clearly. For a few seconds, their faces are a mixture of shock and confusion until a loud chant of Asshole, Asshole starts up and quickly builds around the arena as the man turns round to face the camera, and reveal the familiar face of.) Louis Carvanelie: Christian Cage?! Am I seeing things here? What the hell is Christian Cage doing here, and more to the damn point, why is Christian Cage being all friendly with Gary Mac? Maura Downs: Wow, I gotta say that Cage was about the last person that I ever expected to see under that mask; I figured hed ridden off into the sunset after Krysti died. I didnt think wed ever see him back in EWA. (By this time, the asshole chants are almost at a deafening level, as the crowd struggle to adjust themselves to what they are seeing. Cage shakes Macs hand before taking the WOP belt and resting it over his left shoulder. He then takes the sledgehammer intro his left hand and Gary Macs microphone into his right.) Christian Cage: Surprise! (At this, the booing and chanting becomes louder than ever, and Cage has to wait for it to subside before I can continue.) Christian Cage: You people should never underestimate the adrenaline rush that can be gained from having an arena full of people calling you an asshole. It reminds me of my earlier career, before I turned into a pathetic wimp like you saw in my last run in EWA. I mean, sure, I got the job done and held the Universal Championship, but the spark still wasnt there, the fire inside me had long since gone out, but right now, that same fire is burning brighter than it ever has, and Im loving it! Now Im sure all you freaks are trying to work out why Christian Cage, a guy that you thought you knew and loved, would smash Sam Hain between the eyes with this sledgehammer. Well, if you honestly believe that Christian Cage would never do such a thing, then you clearly dont know me as well as you thought you did. The fact of the matter is that I had a job to do. Gary Mac wanted me to be the EWA World Of Pain Champion by the end of Tsunami last week, and I simply did what had to be done to get the job done. At the time, I didnt have a personal grudge against Same Hain, the idiot just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong damn time. Now though, things are a little different, Ive been listening to Sam Hain this week, whining about wanting revenge for what was done to him. Well Sam, if you want revenge, then how about you come out here right now and get it! (Cage stops speaking as the crowd looks expectantly at the entrance stage, awaiting Sam Hains arrival, but nothing happens.) Christian Cage: I thought not, you obviously are the complete pussy that I thought you were, Im sure that youll get your chance from revenge sooner or later, but its most likely gonna be on my terms, not yours! Now, onto more important issues. The main event at the PPV, of which The Franchise is gonna be the special guest referee, simply because all of our regular referees would struggle to maintain order between two old ladies fighting over the last biscuit in a care home, let alone two men like The Butcher and Layton Matthews. Gary Mac decided to bring in someone that he can trust, someone who knows exactly what its like to be in a main event situation, and someone he can trust to call this one straight down the middle. Of course, Layton Matthews and I have a history together, he beat me in a 2/3 Falls match a long time ago, and ever since, Ive been itching to even that score, but never quite had the chance. Well, perhaps my chance is closer than either he or I might have imagined. As far as The Butcher goes, I dont know him personally, and while I respect him for becoming the EWA Champion, the fact that a guy like him, who isnt fit to lick my damn boots, can stand there and claim to be at the same level as someone like myself does piss me off more than just a little. Perhaps at the PPV, I should teach The Bitcher that, while he may have my gold, he aint half the man that I was then, and doesnt even come CLOSE to the man that I am now! Fact of it is that while I may be just the referee this time around, I still want that championship around my waist again in the not-too-distant future, so whichever one of these guys comes out of the PPV with that gold had better keep looking over their shoulder. EWA couldnt handle me when I was a nice guy, EWA doesnt have a snowballs chance in Hell of handling me when Im angry, and this belt here is just the first piece of a puzzle for me. The last piece slots into place when I once again hold the EWA Universal Championship belt above my head. Now hit my music! (Once again, Superstar by Saliva begins to play as Cage and Mac take in the chants and jeers from the crowd before sliding out of the ring and walking back up the entrance ramp, under a hail of paper cups and event programs being thrown at them by the crowd. At the top of the ramp, they stop to salute the crowd before disappearing into the locker room area.) Louis Cavrnalie: Well, I think that was a little unexpected to say the least. Im wondering bow The Butcher and Layton Matthews are feeling right now, knowing that Christian Cage has just been factored into their Universal Title match. Maura Downs: I still cant quite get over the shock of seeing Christian Cage and Gary Mac standing side by side in an EWA ring. Louis Carvanelie: Me either, this is gonna be a night which will go down in EWA history, and were not done yet. I pity the people in the next match, having to try and follow that, but it should still be damn entertaining watching them. Maura Downs: Louis its time for the Pre Main Event and the match which will decide a new TV Champion. Louis Carvanelie: This is Tornado taking on Marshall Gates, Gates hasnt beaten Tornado before and tonight he will be looking to gain a victory over the man who over the past few months has beaten Gates twice. But more importantly the TV title is on the line and Gates will really want to get his hands on the gold. Maura Downs: Dont under estimate Tornado tonight, he has a lot of size and weight advantage over Gates and that could be the key to this match. If Tornado takes advantage of his size then Gates might be in for another tough bout here tonight. ("Here comes Tornado the man who claims to be the best heavyweightever" Suddenly Fireworks rain down on the ramp and smoke rises before settling before revealing Tornado. He runs to the ring before sliding in. He then ascends two ring posts.) Maura Downs: The big man is in first and as usual he isnt wasting anytime in getting to the ring. Tornado has his chance to grab a title here in EWA and put his name in the history books. Louis Carvanelie: Gates was a former champion in AWA if Im right and if so he will use that experience as a way to keep Tornado at bay. (His music hits, pyros go off down the ramp way. The lights shut down. A roar is heard and then his music hits. After a few moments the lights flicker on and Marshall is standing outside the ring with his arms raised.) Louis Carvanelie: Marshall Gates earlier tonight attacked Stunning Steve Blanchard, Blanchard is at ring side still tonight and I think Gates will have to worry about that factor as well. Maura Downs: Gates gives up a lot going against Tornado but if Gates focuses on getting the win then he could very well do it. (Gates stays on the outside of the ring sizing up his opponent, the fans are getting on the back of Gates shouting for him to enter the ring. Tornado who is taunting Gates is asking him to come into the ring. Gates puts his head down and then looks back up, Gates climbs the steps and is on the apron, Tornado walks over to him but Gates drops down onto the floor. Gates points at Tornado and says no, no. The fans are booing Gates as he begins circling the ring, avoiding the side where Blanchard is on. Gates walks back round still sizing up his opponent. The fans begin cheering as Blanchard hops the guard rails and from behind rolls Gates into the ring. Gates gets up and turns and points straight at Blanchard screaming abuse at him. The bell rings and Tornado from behind with an axe handle, Blanchard gets back into his seat. Tornado with another axe handle and Gates is doubled over. Tornado then pulls Gates up straight and whips him off the ropes, Tornado with a big clothesline knocking Gates down to the mat. Tornado reaches down and grabs the hair of Marshall and pulls him to his feet. Gates gets scooped slammed by Tornado who then drives an elbow into the chest of Marshall Gates. Tornado gets up and soaks in the cheers from the fans.) Louis Carvanelie: Gates took his time getting into the ring, Blanchard helped him get in, now he is in a lot of trouble right now. Maura Downs: Tornado is in firm control of this match right now. (Tornado turns his attention back to Gates who has one hand on the second rope, Tornado with a kick to the gut stopping Gates climbing. Tornado with another kick and Gates falls in a heap on the mat. Tornado smiles as he reaches down and grabs a handful of hair and pulls Marshall Gates right up to his feet. Tornado with an Irish whip off the ropes and Gates comes back into a huge backbody drop by Tornado. Tornado turns and looks at the grounded Marshall Gates and then gets some momentum by bouncing off the ropes and then Tornado drops a leg right across the throat of Gates who begins to roll around holding his throat. Tornado stays in a seat position and locks in a head lock on Gates who is lying on the mat hardly moving. The fans are chanting Tornados name and Gates is trying to move but the weight of Tornado is stopping him from moving. Gates begins trying to get to his feet, Gates is on a knee and then begins stepping up to his feet, Marshall goes for a back suplex but Tornado is too heavy, Gates pushes Tornado off him and off the ropes. Gates gets his head up just in time to get knocked back down by a shoulder block by Tornado who drops to the mat and locks in the head lock once again.) Maura Downs: Tornado using his weight to stop Gates from really doing anything so far in this match so far. Louis Carvanelie: This match has just begun, I have to say if Gates cant lift Tornado up he should begin focusing on his legs. (The fans begin cheering Tornados name as Gates begins becoming angry about not being able to do anything, Gates begins working his way back up to his feet, he gets to his knees and then drives an elbow into the mid-section of Tornado. Tornado takes the shot but keeps the head lock, locked in tight. Gates with another elbow driven right into the mid-section of Tornado who releases his grip a little bit. Gates with another elbow this time the lock is broken and Gates runs off the ropes and comes back at Tornado who goes for a clothesline, its ducked by Gates who re-bounds off the ropes and as Tornado turns he is taken down to his knees by a drop kick to the knee by Gates. Tornado falls to one leg, Gates off the ropes and hits a drop kick to the face of Tornado now sending the big man down to the mat. Gates keeping with the momentum goes off the ropes and lands with a big knee to the forehead of Tornado. Gates gets up looks down at Tornado and then grabs his leg, Gates applies a standing leg lock on Tornado who begins screaming in pain. Gates applies more pressure but Tornado isnt giving up.) Maura Downs: Gates is applying a standing leg lock, focusing on the legs of the huge man Tornado. Louis Carvanelie: This is a good strategy by Gates, if he can weaken the legs of Tornado then he will stand a chance in this match up. (Gates releases the hold but keeps a hold of the leg, Gates swings the leg and then drops on it with an elbow, and then Gates begins pulling the leg of Tornado backwards. The fans are chanting for Tornado but Gates keeps his hold locked firmly in. Tornado begins banging his hands on the mat trying to take his mind off the pain. Gates applies even more pressure and Tornado begins banging the mat even harder. Gates releases the hold and then stands up, Gates grabs the leg of the monster and pulls him all the way over to the ropes. Gates places Tornados leg on the bottom rope and holds it in place by standing on it with one foot. Gates bounces on the bottom rope and then leaps and comes crashing down on the leg of Tornado who rolls away from the ropes in agony. Gates isnt finished yet, Gates grabs the leg and once again pulls him right over to the ropes. Gates places the leg on the bottom rope then kicks Tornado in the forehead. Gates quickly climbs the nearby turnbuckle and then stands on the second turnbuckle and leaps off with an elbow driving it against the leg of Tornado. Tornados leg just got bent by the elbow and the rope and Tornado begins rolling around holding his leg.) Louis Carvanelie: Gates is showing something he hasnt shown against Tornado in the last two meetings. Gates is showing that will to win and the intelligence that so many people need to beat big men like Tornado. Maura Downs: These fans are right behind Tornado who is in a world of hurt right now in the middle of the ring. (Gates walks over and drops a knee to the forehead of Tornado, Gates then goes back to the legs and applies an STF submission move. The fans begin chanting Tornados name trying to help him not give up. Gates begins pulling the neck of Tornado back a bit more while keeping the leg firmly locked, you can see the pain Tornado is in by just looking at his face. The ref asks Tornado if he gives up but he shakes his head signaling he doesnt give up. Gates then just breaks the hold and stands up, Gates leaps and drives both knees into the back of Tornado who screams a little bit more. Gates gets up and then begins climbing the turnbuckle, Gates looks down at Tornado and then he leaps off with a frog splash and lands across the back of Tornado. Gates turns him over and hooks the leg.) ONE! TWO! THR No Tornado just manages to get a shoulder up. (Gates cant believe it, Marshall Gates gets up and goes to the outside and begins searching under the ring for something. Gates then pulls out a chair and stands up, he slides in the ring and walks over and lifts the chair up high, the ref is telling him he will disqualify him if he hits Tornado with the chair. Gates brings the chair down with velocity across the back of Tornado and the ref calls for the bell. Gates begins banging the chair across the back of Tornado.) Louis Carvanelie: I take it Gates has lost the TV title? Maura Downs: It looks like that, he snapped right here tonight. (Cochise By Audioslave hits and Gates stops hitting away at Tornado. The Gary Mac comes out from the back with a microphone in his hand, the fans boo as Mac stands smiling as always.) Gary Mac: Gates, Gates, Gates . . . I beat you so bad in IWF you had to stoop to this level just to try and win? Well you havent lost and Tornado hasnt won . . .just yet. Because Marshall, Tornado Im giving you guys the chance to prove to me if I should keep you both on my roster. Thats why the match continues and is now changed to a ladder match, bring the strap down guys. (Mac turns and heads to the back as the TV title is dropped from the rafters and is hanging above the ring. Gates looks up at as the ref rings the bell for the match to keep going.) Maura Downs: Gary Mac has changed this match into a ladder match, my god I never saw that coming. Louis Carvanelie: A ladder match between these two guys and the match continues. (Gates still with the chair in his hand crashes it down against the back of Tornado once again. Gates throws the chair away and then reaches down and grabs the hair of Tornado and begins helping him up to his feet. Gates then whips him into the corner and follows him with a clothesline, Tornado looks dazed and hurt right now but doesnt fall. Gates then grabs the arm of Tornado and goes to whip him across the ring but Tornado reverses it and Gates goes crashing into the ring post instead. Tornado falls to his knees as Gates stands in the corner hurt, Tornado then gets up and runs and hits a body splash on Marshall Gates in the corner and Gates falls to the mat. Tornado stands holding him self up in the corner and begins limping to the outside. Tornado reaches under the ring and pulls out some more chairs and then pulls out a ladder. Tornado slides the ladder into the ring and then climbs into the ring. Gates is up and runs at Tornado with a clothesline, its ducked and Tornado chops on the chest of Gates, Tornado with another chop taking the wind right out of Marshall Gates. Tornado then grabs Gates and scoop him up and turns and slams him down against the ladder. Tornado nearly falls after slamming Gates down because of the damage done to him by Gates.) Maura Downs: Now Gates knows exactly what Tornado was going through earlier. Louis Carvanelie: Maura this change of match might just benefit Tornado. (Tornado reaches down and grabs the ladders, Tornado walks over and places them in the corner of the ring. Tornado then walks back over and picks up Gates by the hair, Tornado with a huge right hand, another right by Tornado really rocks Gates, Tornado scoops Gates up onto his shoulder. Tornado then runs and throws Gates head first against the ladders. Gates crashes with the ladders and then falls to the mat holding his head and rolling around. Tornado then picks up the ladders and drops them down on top of Marshall Gates. Tornado then leaves the ladders on top of Gates and runs off the ropes and hits a body splash onto the ladders and onto Gates. Tornado rolls around holding his ribs as does Gates.) Louis Carvanelie: Tornado took a lot out of him self there, in my opinion it was a very dumb move. Maura Downs: Dumb might just be the right word Louis. (Tornado is up first to his feet as Gates stays on the mat, Tornado reaches down and pulls Gates up. Tornado with a stalling suplex on Gates and BRING HIM DOWN ACROSS THE LADDER. The fans cheer and begin an EWA chant as Tornado gets up and looks down at a motionless Marshall Gates who is busted open from crashing into the ladder head first just looks completely out of it. Tornado reaches down and grabs the ladders, Tornado stands in a mounted position over Gates and turns the ladders upside down and raises them high and rams them into the ribs of Marshall Gates who begins rolling around holding onto his ribs in pain. Tornado then turns the ladders the right way up and opens them, but Tornado leaves it so the bottom step is across the throat of Gates meaning he cant get up to stop him climbing for the prize. Tornado steps up one step as Gates is trying to get out but the step is stopping him from moving. Tornado steps up another step as the fans cheer, Tornado steps up another as Gates begins banging his feet off the mat. Tornado steps up once more but the ladders begin to wobble, GATES PUSHES THE LADDERS RIGHT UP AND TOPPLES THEM OVER AND TORNADO FALLS OVER THE TOP ROPE TO THE FLOOR.) Louis Carvanelie: I cant believe that Gates was able to push the ladders right over. Maura Downs: When someone is high up on a ladder it is easier to push them over no matter how heavy that person is. Louis Carvanelie: Thanks for that information Maura. (Gates grabs the ladders and sets them up in the middle of the ring, Gates then begins climbing the ladders as Tornado is on the outside lying down, Gates reaches the top of the ladder and looks at the TV title, GATES TURNS AND AS TORNADO GETS UP GATES LEAPS OFF THE TOP OF THE LADDER WITH A FLYING CROSS BODY ON TORNADO ALL THE WAY TO THE OUTSIDE. A huge holy shit chant breaks out within the Gary Mac arena, the crowd are stunned with what they just saw and even Steve Blanchard is applauding what he saw.) Louis Carvanelie: We have got to take another look at this Maura look at it. As Gates as at the top he had the chance to grab the title but decided to do something never seen in EWA before, he hit a cross body off the top of the ladder on Tornado who was just up and on the outside of the ring. I cant believe this, lets look at it one more time in slow motion. (The screen cuts to a short and medium pictures the medium one shows the slow motion replay of Gates leaping off the ladder to tornado.) Maura Downs: Louis this match is becoming more and more entertaining by the second. I still think Gates should have grabbed the title while he was there tho. (Gates gets to his feet first and he uses the ring apron to help him pull himself to his feet. Gates then turns and Tornado is using the guard rail to pull himself up. Gates walks over and uses a right hand to stop Tornado as Gates smashes it right onto his forehead. Gates then grabs the arm of Tornado and goes to whip him into the ring post and Tornado collides with the ring post. Gates looks a bit dazed but slides into the ring. He then begins climbing the ladders for the TV title, Tornado comes in and begins climbing the ladder as well. The fans are on the edge of their seats as Tornado reaches up for the title but Gates who is higher up punches him right between the eyes. Gates then with another but Tornado comes back with a punch of his own. Gates is stunned from the punch giving Tornado some time to climb up the ladder a little bit more. Tornado is now level with Gates and he grabs him by the throat and TORNADO HITS A CHOKESLAM OFF THE LADDER INTO THE MIDDLE OF THE RING AND TORNADO FALLS OFF THE LADDER AS WELL.) Maura Downs: No one deserves to lose this match here tonight, Gates and Tornado have put on a great showing once again. Louis Carvanelie: Gates had his chance, maybe now he is wishing he had took it. (Tornado comes around and begins pulling him self up via the ropes, Gates isnt moving as Tornado gets to his feet he looks over and down at Gates who is barely moving. Tornado then grabs the ladders and sets them up under the title and begins to climb the ladders for the win. Gates begins coming around and looks as Tornado climbs up to the forth step, Gates shakes his head and then bounces off the ropes and drop kicks the ladders and the ladders and Tornado topple over and Tornado crashes to the outside of the ring. Gates pulls him self up almost instantly and grabs the ladder and sets it up, Gates begins climbing the ladder. Gates goes step by step and as he does the fans watch on. Gates reaches up and grabs the title, the fans gasp as Gates un-straps it and GATES BECOMES THE NEW TELEVISION CHAMPION.) Maura Downs: Marshall Gates has become the new EWA TV champion in what must go down as one of the best matches in Tsunami history. Louis Carvanelie: This match was a battle back and forth and in the end Gates becomes the champion, is this the end of this feud between the two? Maura Downs: After tonights match I am very sure it wont be, Gates can walk away with his head held high here tonight. (The fans watch as Steve Blanchard jumps the guard rails and slides in behind Gates who has now climbed down the ladder, Tornado has left to the back as Blanchard from behind runs and rams a forearm to the back of Marshall Gates head. Blanchard pulls the ladder down and lays it on the mat, Gates is barely moving as Blanchard reaches down and grabs the hair of Gates, STUNNING STEVE BLANCHARD WITH A SLINGSHOT SUPLEX ONTO THE LADDER. Gates is down and is holding onto his back as Blanchard picks up the TV title and throws it on top of Gates. The fans boos turn to jeers as from the back comes Tommy Purr, Purr slides in and waits on Blanchard turning around. Blanchard and Purr go face to face and then Blanchard smiles and takes a few steps back and leaves the ring, Purr keeps his eyes on him as Blanchard makes his way to the back.) Louis Carvanelie: Tommy Purr takes on Steve Blanchard at Retribution and I think Purr just wanted to make his presence felt here tonight. He got in the face of Blanchard and none of them back away. Maura Downs: That isnt the point Louis, Blanchard assaults Gates after a long hard fought match and he had to attack from behind. Louis Carvanelie: From behind is a dirty word Maura, lets just say Blanchard took advantage of a great situation. (With no warning the scene cuts to Layton Matthews and Gary Mac standing in the parking area, Mac is standing by his limo and Layton is standing in front of Mac and the two are having a conversation.) Layton Matthews: Mac I swear the Butcher is going to pay the price come the Pay Per View. Gary Mac: Layton, I have every faith in you and I have every faith you will give the Universal title and the EWA what it has been lacking since I held the title around here. But I have important matters to deal with, I know I can count on you. Layton Matthews: Like what? Gary Mac: Like . . . Well I think I better introduce him. (Mac turns and opens the door to the limo and out steps a man nearly seven feet tall. He has long dark hair and when he steps in front of Layton he extends his hand and Layton shakes it.) Gary Mac: Layton Matthews meet Ric Vicious, Ric Vicious meet Layton Matthews. Ric Vicious: Nice to meet you Layton, heard so much about you but never actually seen you in the flesh. Gary Mac: Listen guys I have to get going but before I go, Ric Im going to give you your debut match next week. Ric Vicious: Who against? Gary Mac: I think . . . Ill put you up against . . . Mark Halbrook. (Ric smiles as Mac re-opens the door to the limo and then steps inside it. Mac then rolls down the window and looks at Layton and Vicious.) Gary Mac: Now while Im gone . . . dont let anyone step out of line, thanks guys. (Mac then rolls the window up and the limo begins driving away leaving everyone wondering where Mac is going and what Vicious and Layton will do while Mac is away.) Maura Downs: Gary Mac is going to give Ric Vicious his debut match in EWA next week. Louis Carvanelie: Ric Vicious is a former hardcore champion in Strike Fantasy Towers, he might be a good asset to EWA. Maura Downs: Hold on Louis what the hell is this. (Marshalls music hits, Blood Spew, and pyros shoot down from the ceiling landing all over the ramp way causing a huge cloud of smoke. The lights darken, and there is a loud explosion that bursts from all sides of the ring. The explosion is a dark blue and it lights up the arena. As the fade away the darkness takes over again and you can hear. Hello men and woman, girls and boys, this is Artifice! He says in his deep, rusty voice. There is a loud shriek from the crowd as this is said. Artifice begins a loud shrieking laugh, but then there is a loud thump that comes from inside the ring, its as if someone was forcefully thrown down on the canvas. The lights come on and there is Marshall Gates in the middle of the ring. He is wearing a pair of black slacks, a black belt, and a black spandex shirt that hugs tightly to his body. The shirt is tucked into his pants. He has the TV Title over his shoulder.) Marshall Gates: It was all a joke! There is no such thing as Artifice, I dont have split personalities! Oh, yes I fooled you all! This tactic worked perfectly in my advantage. I made Tornado wince at the thought of getting in the ring with a coward and it worked wonderfully, as you can all see, since I have the TV Title! SSB, I have a special offer for you, but youll have to wait and see what the surprise is at the PPV!!! All I can say is be sure to be there, or youll miss out on an opportunity of a life time, and no Im not talking about a grand ole ass whoopin! (Marshall drops the mic and walks to the back of the ring where he drops down on his back and rolls under the rope. He walks over to the guard rail and easily jumps over it as he jogs up the steps breaking through the millions of hands by all the spectator) Louis Carvanelie: Gates is a weird guy, he could have said all that after Blanchard beat him up. Maura Downs: Louis Gates got attack brutally after that match maybe he wanted a little bit of time to rest. Louis Carvanelie: Its now time for the Main Event, we dont know who is in the Main Event and we dont know what type of match it is. Maura Downs: Louis we certainly dont know what to expect here, we dont know any of the teams like you just mentioned, but doesnt that make it all the more exciting? Louis Carvanelie: In away it makes it more exciting but in away I dont know if we are about to see a load of shit, or another great match up. (There is a small buzz of anticipation as Nowhere Kids By Smile Empty Soul hits the arena and the fans look at the entrance way as out from the back walk Azariel and Ender. The team walk to the ring to the fans approval as both men enter the ring they are cheered by the fans in the arena.) Maura Downs: Well Souls End must be the first team in this match, and what ever type of match it is they might either be at an advantage or at a disadvantage, we dont really know. Louis Carvanelie: So who are they going to be taking on, thats what I would like to know. (The Worlds Greatest By R.Kelly hits the PA system and the fans begin to wonder who this is as out from the back walks the two gigantic towers that are Tornado and Hank Williams. Tornado is a little bandaged up from his match earlier on. Both of these men enter the ring and a stare down begins between all four men.) Louis Carvanelie: We have just got word from the back that this match is a tag team elimination match, when one team is eliminated another team will enter in their place. Maura Downs: Who ever wins between both of these teams will have a lot to do to win this match tonight. (The ref orders one man from each team to begin the match, and it is Hank Williams and Ender who will begin the match, Ender and Hank begin circling each other. A collar and elbow tie up in the middle of the ring, side head lock by Hank Williams but Ender shoves him off and against the ropes, but Williams with a shoulder block sending Ender to the mat. Hank taunts Ender who rolls to his feet very quickly, Ender and Hank begin circling each other again. A collar and elbow tie up, no a kick in the mid-section by Hank Williams and then a right hand to the head of Ender. A whip off the ropes by Hank is followed with a big boot to the face of Ender sending him to the mat. Hank then walks over and grabs the hair of Ender and pulls him to his feet and then hits a huge scoop slam on Ender and follows it with a elbow across the chest of Ender.) Maura Downs: Ender came close to gaining his first EWA title earlier today when he narrowly lost out to Sam Hain, maybe Ender is feeling the effects of the loss. Louis Carvanelie: Maybe he is Louis, its not unusual for that to happen. (Hank gets up and then with a kick to the mid-section of Ender who is still on the mat, Hank reaches down and pulls him up, Hank whips Ender into the corner where Tornado is. Hank runs and hits a body splash on Ender, Hank then raps his hands around the throat of Ender and the ref gives a five count which Hank accepts and releases his grip on Ender. Hank Williams then begins choking Ender once again with his hands and the ref counts to five again and again the hold is broken on five by Hank Williams. The ref pulls Hank aside and begins warning him, as he does this Tornado from behind raps his arm right around the neck of Ender and begins choking him. The ref turns but Tornado breaks the hold before the ref can see it. Hank walks over and a kick to the midsection takes the wind right out of Ender. Hank tags in Tornado, then Hank holds up the arm of Ender and Tornado drives a fist into the side of Ender. Hank goes to the apron as Tornado goes behind Ender and hits a back suplex on Ender grounding him.) Louis Carvanelie: Ender hasnt gotten an offencive move in yet in this match up, but there might still be a lot of time left for him to get into the match. Maura Downs: Louis the old saying goes, you can control the match for as long as you want but in three quick seconds it can be all over. (Tornado taunts Azariel who doesnt try to get in the ring as he knows that is what Tornado wants. Tornado turns his attentions back to Ender, Tornado reaches down and helps Ender up. But Ender comes back with a right to the mid-section of Tornado, another and another and Tornados wind has been taken away from him. Ender off the ropes and a flying clothesline puts Tornado down on the mat. Ender struggles but manages to get up and he goes over and tags in Azariel. Tornado is up, Azariel off the ropes with a springboard missile drop kick on Tornado sending him to the mat. Azariel off the ropes and he hits a running snap leg drop on Tornado. Azariel gets up and quickly off the ropes again and he hits another snap leg drop on Tornado. Azariel climbs the turnbuckle and from the top rope Azariel hits a corkscrew pancha on Tornado and then covers.) ONE TWO THREE Maura Downs: Ender and Azariel move forward in this match. Tornado and Hank are eliminated pretty quickly, but maybe thats because Tornado had a great match earlier tonight. Louis Carvanelie: Now Maura the question re-mains, who is next and how many teams are left. (Battle Ready By OTEP hits and the fans look on as out from the back walk the United States Champion Sam Hain and The Television Champion Marshall Gates.) Maura Downs: its the US and the TV champions coming looking for more gold. Louis Carvanelie: Remember Hain beat Ender, this could be Enders chance at getting some payback. (Hain and Gates reach the ring and take off their titles. Azariel and Ender stand in the ring taunting the two men. Hain and Gates slide in only to get kicked in the back of their heads by Ender and Azariel. Ender begins pounding away on the back of Hain with stiff stomps as Azariel pulls Gates up and whips him off the ropes and hits a flying head scissors on Gates sending him to the mat. Hain is up and is getting the advantage on Ender but Azariel runs over and drop kicks Hain from behind into the arms of Ender who now hits a belly to belly suplex on Hain and then Ender gets up. Gates begins getting up and Azariel and Ender run and double clothesline Gates down to the mat. Azariel and Ender turn and Hain gets up only to get double drop kicked back down by Azariel and Ender. Gates is up and he runs at Azariel and Ender who then double flap jack him. Azariel and Ender then drop a double elbow to the spine of Gates. Ender and Azariel are up but dont see Hain who from behind rams an elbow to the back of Azariels head that sends him down. Hain and Ender begin battling back and forth. Hain takes the advantage and whips Ender off the ropes and then hits a nice back body drop.) Louis Carvanelie: All of these four men have been in a grueling match already tonight, I wonder how long they have left in them. Maura Downs: Lets find out Louis by watching. (Hain helps his tag partner up and then Hain walks over and pulls Ender up and whips him over to Gates who hits a powerful spine buster. Hain then goes over to Azariel who is up and Azariel comes at him with some rights, but Hain ducks one and then kicks him in the mid-section and follows it with a DDT on Azariel. Hain then lefts him up and sends him to Gates who hits a spine buster on Azariel. Gates and Hain begin talking quickly and Gates then walks over and picks up Ender. Gates lifts Ender up in an atomic drop position and Hain bounces off the ropes and hits a flying clothesline as Gates hits a spine buster. Gates hooks the leg of Ender.) ONE TWO THREE NO NO NO Ender gets a shoulder up. (Gates gets up to his knees and grabs a handful of hair and then punches Ender. Hain cant believe it and walks over and pulls up Azariel, Hain sets Azariel up in an atomic drop position and Gates goes off the ropes and hits a clothesline as Hain hits a spine buster. Hain covers Azariel this time and hooks the leg.) ONE TWO THREE NO NO Azariel gets a shoulder up. Louis Carvanelie: How pissed off will Hain and Gates be, they have had two close falls here and nearly became double champions. Maura Downs; Louis you can see the angry in Hains eyes. (Hain gets up and pulls up Azariel as Gates pulls up Ender. Azariel is whipped into a corner by Hain and Gates whips Ender into a corner. Hain walks over and lifts Azariel up onto the top rope and Gates does the same to Ender. Hain climbs up and hooks Azariel in a superplex position and Gates goes to do the same to Ender but Ender punches Gates in the midsection and grabs him in a DDT position. HAIN HITS A SUPERPLEX ON AZARIEL AND ENDER HITS A TORNADO DDT OFF THE TOP ROPE ON GATES. HAIN COVERS AZARIEL AS ENDER COVERS GATES) ONE TWO THREE! (Hain and Ender get up and raise their hands separately motioning that they have won. The ref looks at both men as another ref runs down.) Maura Downs: What a weird way to end this match, what the hell is happening. Louis Carvanelie: Maura I dont know, Ender pinned Gates but Hain pinned Azariel. (The two refs begin talking and then they talk to ring announcer Marlon Marvel.) Louis Carvanelie: I dont know how they are going to decide who wins this one. Maura Downs: Somethings in life are just too close. (The ring announcers begins to speak.) Marlon Marvel: Both referees have talked it over and came to a decision, YOUR WINNERS AND NEW EWA TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS . . . SAM HAIN AND MARSHALL GATES!!!! (Ender stamps on the ground he cant believe it as Azariel gets up and he looks just as shocked as everyone else. Gates gets up and hugs Hain and his tag titles.) Maura Downs: Sam Hain was the man who the ref counted the pin fall for and he wins the titles for his team. Louis Carvanelie: Ender and Azariel where close and this must not be the end of this. (fight Song By Marilyn Manson hits and the fans look on as Ric Vicious walks out from the back with an EWA microphone in his hand.) Ric Vicious: Mr Hain and Mr Gates, congratulations on becoming the new tag team champions. But this is only the beginning because at the Pay Per View . . . Im challenging you guys to a tag title defense against me and my tag partner who will be here next week. Ill leave that for you guys to ponder over, if I dont have an answer by next week the me and my tag partner will just come and take those titles away from you. (The fans boo as Hain and Gates hold their new titles above their heads. Ender and Azariel look at them knowing that they can get their Retribution someday.) Maura Downs: We are out of time with this stare down right here, what a night it has been here in EWA. Louis Carvanelie: Good Night and god bless America.
