Who will put a stop to Team Ballz?? - Ever since Team Ballz came back together at last months EWA PPV, "Break Down" they were pretty much unstoppable. They made a mockery of the EWA company, and acted as if they RAN things. Then we seen the birth of Fu Man Crew, a group of jokers who wanted to put an end to Team Ballz power. So far, they haven't stood up against TB very well. Chandler and Serial Thrylla are wrestling veterans, which gives them the advantage over Fu Man Crew in the ring. The one advantage the Fu Man Crew has over Team Ballz is the actual SIZE, as in members of the stable. Strength grows in numbers, and five men beat two any day when it comes down to an all out street fight. But as you saw on the last Tuesday Night Heat, Tom Stone stood his ground ... threatening Chandler and Serial Thrylla's careers. Actually, he practically ENDED them, because after this Sunday Team Ballz will be TERMINATED from the EWA PERMANENTLY! Personally, I really don't care if Team Ballz is gone or not ... but in an aspect ... the EWA NEEDS THEM! Those two men are bringing in the majority of ratings on every Tuesday Neat, whether the fans like them or not ... they are entertaining. And if they were fired, and went to another organization, that'd take some of the fat ass viewers to get up after laying there on their couch to find the remote. But trust me, Global Threat will be the event to watch this Sunday to see what happens with this Team Ballz situation ... it could very well CHANGE the whole direction and OUTLOOK of the EWA.
Hustlers Injuries - On the Fourth of July we seen Hustler get ... well, to be blunt ... he got his ass kicked. First, Masta-Plexed onto the hood of the Team Ballz limo, then to be greeted with the Big Timer through the windshield of the limo delivered by Chandler. This was so serious that The Hustler had to be taken out of the World Title Tournament only to be replaced last week by the likes of Vince Di Nardo! The Hustler has received multiple injuries from that incident such as a separated shoulder and internal bleeding. Being the supreme journalist I am ... I caught up with the Hustler and this is what he had to say....
"Well, I'm still recovering from what those assholes did to me. I asked for medical clearance yesterday from the doctors to get back in the ring, but they say it's still too early. Give me a few weeks, I'll be back in the EWA, with the sole mission of revenge in my mind."
Global Threat Rumors - I've heard some rumors from a "reliable source" that someone VERY IMPORTANT will return at Global Threat ... and NO, it will not be related to the "True American Hero" thing ... not at all. So this should be pretty interesting, one important person, and one true American Hero, BOTH showing up at this Sunday's PPV. Hmm ... sounds to me like this PPV will be HUGE! But aren't they always??
My Pick for the Global Threat Main Event - Well, this is the first EWA Pay-Per-View extravaganza since I took the Spoiler off of The Informer and from now on, instead of giving my FEW readers the pleasure of reading a bunch of BS about EVERY MATCH, and how they will be SO GREAT ... I've decided that once a month before PPV time, I'd give you my pick for the main event. So here we are ... the PPV weekend, and I must say ... we have QUITE the main event on our hands. Chris Jericho vs. Chandler vs. Divine vs. Serial Thrylla. NOW... I'll run down on EACH of these men ... and in the END ... I'll give you MY pick...
Chris Jericho - Going into this one as the World Heavyweight Champion, he has a slight advantage. Not by winning the actual match but keeping his title belt. There is always the chance of a count-out, DQ, KO, etc. Chris Jericho has took the EWA by storm, he just regained his title belt, formed a stable full of men who take NOTHING seriously ... which may come into play in that match. Chris Jericho does have tremendous talent, but will he be able to use it to take on both Thrylla and Chandler?? Anything can happen.
Chandler - Jericho recently defeated the first ever two-time EWA World Champion, Chandler. Although Chandler was distracted, we know that Jericho can go the distance against this man. But Chandler has also defeated Chris Jericho. Chandler has been around for a while now, but when it comes down to it ... where will this leave him and Thrylla?? They both have the desire to become champion, so late in the match I expect them to go at it, but the bond is strong enough ... and I doubt that will end Team Ballz. Chandler can very well take this one ... but its not just about him and Jericho...
Divine - This is a GREAT opportunity for Divine. Under normal circumstances I could see him going rather far ... but with him wrestling just moments earlier in a "Japanese Death Match," I doubt much will happen.
Serial Thrylla - Give this man a title shot, ANY title shot ... and he walks out with it. That's a known FACT, and so far it STANDS. But this Sunday, may be different, this era in the EWA is different, many things have changed. So far, Chandler has been the more SUCCESSFUL man in Team Ballz, seems as if Thrylla were just tagging along ... watching the success of his partner while he was getting nothing. You've got to wonder ... is Thrylla jealous??
After putting all those things to mind ... I've come to a conclusion. Jericho is done, I don't know if its just me ... but he's just not the same anymore ... getting a tad OLD. Chandler?? I think he could take it ... but this Sunday it just won't happen. I'd really enjoy seeing all the controversy surrounding the first ever Homosexual EWA World Champion, but I think all his energy will be wasted on the Japanese Death Match with Cody Covington. Your getting it from ME, CHRIS WATKINS ... as of Sunday night ... we WILL have a new champion! His name you ask? SERIAL THRYLLA!
Nick Diamante ... just blowing smoke up our asses?? - I have said this before but Nick Diamante is now in the best shape of his life. I just seen him a few days ago and he looks like friggin FABIO compared to his old ... PLUMP body. Its really amazing ... almost mind boggling at looking at what this man has accomplished in his off time. Yet, he CONTINUES to insist that he will not return to EWA, for the sole reason of ... well, he has NO REASON to come back. And to me, that's sickening. He has no reason?? He wants to be remembered as crying and being humiliated by Chandler?! There is your reason Nick, don't be an idiot. And if he wasn't going to return to a wrestling ring, then why has he been working out so much?? Where will he put that to use, on a golf court?? I THINK NOT! So for all you Nick Diamante fans out there ... that SELECT few ... don't lose hope in him yet. I'm almost POSITIVE that we will be seeing Diamante one again before the closure of the EWA, no doubts in my mind what so ever. A man with his stature just CAN'T stay away from it for a whole year. No matter what he insists ... no matter what he "claims" ... Diamante has something up his sleeve, and it is something HUGE.
More EWA Old Schoolers on their way in?? - If so ... who have been left out?? Currently, the majority of the EWA Old Schoolers have finally made their way back "home." But what about those few "Old Schoolers" who have yet to return?? Where do they stand at current time?? Right now, the EWA Tag Team division is lacking something, and just hasn't been exciting then it used to be. I believe it is this reason ... neither The Regulators or Da Bj BOYZ are apart of the Tag Team division! You may disagree with me on this one but I have a strong belief that NO OTHER TAG TEAM out there in current time can TOP neither Regs or Bjs, its just not happening! The Regulators ... one word comes to mind with the mentioning of that name ... LEGENDARY! What haven't those two done?? Ramos one the HUGE "When Worlds Collide Tournament." And as a team, they have held the EWA Tag Team titles more than any other tag team in recent history with three title reigns. Not to mention that they are in the Hall of Fame. There is pretty much nothing this tag team hasn't accomplished, and they have been leaving everyone hanging for recent months ... is this really the end of The Regulators?? Will they ever return to the EWA squared circle?? Only time will tell, but the clock is ticking and I believe the Regulators have lost interest, but you never know. As for Da Bj BOYZ, they've won NUMEROUS titles in almost all the popular wrestling promotions. In the EWA they not only have the longest tag title reign, they have the LONGEST title reign in GENERAL! To be exact, at last years July PPV Card "Beyond the Line 99'" they first captured the EWA Tag Team titles over the Dungeon Masters ... and unfortunately, RUNNING them from the federation itself. Yet, Da Bj BOYZ decided to leave soon after they lost their tag team titles, backstage problems with fellow superstars were the cause of that. Out of those two teams, the Bjs would be more likely to return. How about Big Daddy Duece?? I know for sure that he hasn't settled down yet. The Duece I know is most likely ITCHING to get back in the ring. Sure he has retired, but more and more men are coming out of retirement everyday, especially with the desire the former EWA World Champion has had. Sure, he has been injured ... but time heals all wounds. Finally, where has DMX been?! Probably the BEST Extreme Champion in recent history ... would be a SHOCKER to see that guy resurface sometime soon.
GOD BLESS YOU TIKI TORTEZ! YOU PUT THE WILDMAN OUT OF HIS MISERY!! WHOOO!!!
Ethan Tyler up against a mystery man, eh?? I'm telling you ... its going to be THE BOTTOM LINE! TBL!! HA!! What a joke that guy is... Legend my ass!
Some rumor here ... OX joining up with the EWA?? THE NAME SAYS IT ALL!
Is it just me ... or am I getting better at this??
Next issue would be the big FIVE-O! I have some big things planned for that one, maybe getting some guys to discuss how much the Spoiler has grown, and get the others fav. issues, and maybe a FREE FOR ALL! Anyone able to write.... 'Till then...
