What exactly is up with Tom Stone and his decision to vacate the EWA World Title? Lately, Stone has been really defensive about his titles, and seems to want to strip everyone of their gold if he thinks they're not worth it! We saw it happen to Hacker last week on Heat, and last night at NC-17 "Pure Violence" 2000, he went ahead and took the belt away from The Hustler because both he and Cody Covington couldn't respond from a 10-count. This could be a very major point in the EWA's history. The EWA World Heavyweight and World Tag Team Titles are now vacant and there's talk that Tom Stone wants to bring some REAL EXTREME wrestling back to the EWA so what does the future hold for the EWA Extreme Title? If you ask me, we're going to be seeing a lot of tournaments going on in the near future, and you'd better prove yourself worthy if you want to stand a chance at holding one of Stone's titles!
So, "The Diamond Stud" Nick Diamante is officially out of a contract! It's funny how this self-proclaimed "God of Wrestling" has gone from being one of the most influential wrestlers in the EWA (and pro-wrestling world in general) to not even working for the company! But don't jump to conclusions sources close to me have informed me, The Informer, that Nick Diamante was seen walking into a closed-door meeting with Tom Stone earlier this morning. I highly doubt that Diamante is done with the EWA, because as he's proven time and time again, he just simply won't work for any other company. Last night as he lost his contract (and Tag-Team belt), we saw a look in his eyes of PURE hatred directed towards Clayton Chandler. These men got in on a few times last night, and with pure revenge motives still alive, expect to see Nick Diamante on EWA television, even if he's not working with the company!
Congratulations to "The Cornerstone" Dino Delsante for becoming the EWA International Champion for the second time in his career! He is the third man to have ever captured that title multiple times, and he definitely worthy of holding that title. However, there's a real question surrounding Dino Delsante that must be addressed. Isn't he interested in the EWA World Heavyweight Title? That's a self-explanatory question, if you ask me. Of course he is! He's never been shy about hiding it either! "The Cornerstone" Dino Delsante wants the gold! But how will his EWA International Title reign interfere with his plans to be the king of the EWA? This man needs to really decide what realistic goals he's going to set for himself, and then go for them! Delsante, pound-for-pound, may be the best wrestler on the planet, but he needs to figure out how far he can take his skills.
Some things are better left alone? What the heck does that mean?? Someone is definitely playing some mind games and I don't like it!
Is it time for Fallen Angel to step out as a real force here in the EWA? It seems that the K-Ci Klan is just about dead and buried due to the problems that have arisen between "The Franchise" Chris Jericho and the former EWA International Champ himself. More importantly, with the help of Clayton Chandler, Fallen Angel did what so many of the EWA boys have wanted to do for so long! He rid the EWA of Diamante's "Diamond Studded Contract" once and for all! It'll be interesting to see what the future holds for Fallen Angel!
At NC-17 "Pure Violence" 2000, we saw a man known by the name of Reckless enter the EWA to attack former EWA World Heavyweight Champion, Serial Thrylla! At this point in time, it is unknown what motives Reckless had to attack Thrylla Hell, it's even unknown if Reckless has any association with the EWA! As we know, Thrylla is a BIG NAME in wrestling, and many people would love to make a name for themselves by attacking the master of the DFA. Did Reckless burn the Team Ballz jersey strictly to make a name for himself and insult Thrylla, or do these men have a past? Hopefully we'll find out tomorrow night on EWA Tuesday Night Heat: The Aftermath!
That's it for this issue of the EWA Spoiler, I hope you had fun reading. Remember to tune into EWA Tuesday Night Heat: The Aftermath tomorrow night to find out the answers to the many questions brought up in this very Spoiler! Take care.
