The Brink Finally Gets His Gold. - The Brink ended up taking the match by making The Wildman tap out to his old signature move, the Lyin Tamer. The Brink has held 3 of the current 5 EWA titles, and he just picked up the hardest one to get. He's been all held up with the International Title for 2 months, and on his first chance he won the Heavyweight Title!! Could we say he has.... low self esteem?? I think so... Do you recall when The Brink was called a shaddow of Serial Thrylla by Nomad?? Well Brink went nuts!! He has smoke coming out of his ears! After about 5 people told him that he wasn't a Serial Thrylla wanna be, he calmed down... Now that The Brink is the Heavyweight Champion, he is a marked man!! Those people won't be there to re assure him, and will most likely be against him and fighting for his gold... Will we be seeing a new Brink?? Only time will tell!!!!
The Wildman.... Is He International Title Material?? - We've seen The Wildman as Extreme Champion and we've seen how good he can wrestle. But with the Internatinal Title, it's a completely different aspect!! Sure he's a good Extreme wrestler, but can he use his non-extreme wrestling skills and hold his temper during a match and defend his title weekly?? That no one but the man himself knows. The Wildman is also in the Tag Team Title Tournament with his long time friend DeRaNgEd who is also a psycho wrestler... Can they combine as a Tag Team and capture the tag team gold as well?? That would put The Wildman in the same pool as The Brink, 3 out of 5 titles. We're looking at our future here!!
DMX Returns! - After Nomad got eliminated from the Hell On Earth Match, The Wildman was hanging on to a shattered piece of glass while Chandler was stomping his hands trying to send him off the glass into the flamethrowers... Suddenly, a figure (who ended up being DMX) swang across the arena, and landed behind Chandler. He threw Chandler through the hole in the glass, and swung off. Because of that match, Chandler is in Japan. Does this mean DMX is New School??? I think so. He helped The Wildman win a title and he prevented Chandler from winning his 3rd title in the EWA. But was DMX's return over rated?? Some say it was... He was being viciously jobbed by Tom Stone for several months, and then he captured the Extreme Title which he lost and vanished in the same match. Was that attack expected?? Hell no, but was it necessary to screw something up that big?? That's DMX's opinion... We'll see what happens with time....
Vince Black--Errr, "Top Dollar" Vinny D Makes A Comeback!! - On Friday Fever, the man formerly known as Vince Black returned to the EWA by attacking Zed and giving Thorn the match. Vince Black is HY2K??? No... Vince Black is Old Skool??? No.... "Top Dollar" Vinny D is OLD SKOOL!!! Top Dollar is 50% owner of the DOA Pro, and maybe he missed the old days here where he started in the EWA!! So now, "Top Dollar" Vinny D is old skool, but don't expect much out of him... He'll probably a distant member of this extrordenary team. Team Old Skool now has 2 Main Eventers, 2 HIGH Suits, and 1 Extreme Bodyguard. They are Chandler, The Brink, Tom Stone, Vinny D, and Mike Extreme!! Vinny D makes the 5th and possibly last member... But who knows what this old skool team has in mind, after all... They've been in the EWA all their careers!!
The New Hostile Youth 2000!! - On Tuesday, Nomad and Thorn joined forces to make the new Hostile Youth 2000. What a team that is if you ask me... Nomad, a vetran wrestler in the EWA and Thorn who has been here for about 4 months total in his career... This is a team to look out for, and a team to watch. Nomad is gothic, and likes to be left alone... Imagine what Thorn did or what Nomad did to make these 2 a team. Nomad doesn't like ANYONE, why Thorn?? Maybe he see's potential in him... Who knows. Im going to keep a close eye on these guys, and I suggest you do too.
Serial Thrylla Crosses The Boarder... - Yeah, Thrylla has left the country... He's crossed over the boarder and tested the waters and moved to another home... But we're not talking geography here... We're talking the wrestling world. Serial Thrylla has split his career into 2 and joined another organization which will remain annonymous. Im not taking anything away from Thrylla... And maybe you can't blame him. He's a lowly Commisioner with a huge reputation and he needs to get his knee back into shape. Maybe he'll return to the EWA as a wrestler sometime in the summer... You never know, this is the EWA... not WCW.
