"Even in this advantageous position, which I reached by my own efforts,
there is still more to contend with. I must remain vigilant although I
have already proven my worth.
"I thought the success shown in the Six of Wands was all I needed and that
I had achieved enough. I was ill prepared for conflict and competition -
so much so that I left home wearing two different shoes. I am an example
of learning the hard way.
"Thank goodness I have the ability to sort through new ideas and
incorporate the beneficial ones into my work behavior or self-image. I
have more than one way to define myself.
"I also have the stick-to-itiveness it takes to complete worthwhile
projects and inner work. When I set my sights on something, I seldom get
sidetracked.
"My determination to face future challenges, whether they come from within
or without, has earned me my key phrase:
having the courage of my convictions."
