I enjoy this camaraderie and mock competition. I gain insight by playing
one ides against another. Tossing around different strategies makes me
more open to creative energy and better able to alter my priorities. I
argue and negotiate with people because interaction is exciting and
challenging. If I keep `sparring' with my associates, we might put our
wands together to erect a five-pointed star of power. Since we are tapping
into new abilities and resources, out struggle is to have a successful
outcome. Sharing power increases it.
