This one is really easy.  All I did was take a picture of myself in the bathroom mirror while using the camera's flash.  What I've noticed on several web pages which give tips on how to take supposed paranormal pictures is that they tell you to always use the flash, take pictures at night or in the dark, and use atleast 400 speed film.  There are two very good reasons why this method will never fail.  The first is that using a flash, especially at night can create some unusual effects.  The light doesn't necessarily need to reflect off anything.  If it's dark, the light will go somewhere, and it will appear in the picture.  The second is that using 400 speed film or above is the only way you can capture these images in the dark.  The higher the number, the slower the film.  Slower film is meant for dark conditions because it is able to pick up lower levels of light.  If you used 200, which is meant to be used in daylight, you will probably end up with a bunch of black pictures.  Also, slower film is more likely to show movement.  We've all seen the cliched pictures of cities at night with little streaks of light on the road.  Those aren't ghosts.  They're cars that have just driven by.

In my opinion, many of these sites should name their guides for paranormal photography:  How to Take Really Bad Pictures.
