Joshua lived in Campbell Co and Scott Co, Tenn, on a farm next to his father's on New River, near Huntsville in western Camp-

She is not identified, and could be a previously unrecognized d/o Joshua Goad, above, although his 1830 and 1840
census records don't show a daughter in that age range. She is not located in the 1850 census.
2. Phoebe Goad, b 18 Dec 1800, d 11 Mar 1870, supposedly m 1818 to Jonathan Phillips, b 18 Oct 1800 "Scott" Co,
d 2 Jan 1893, s/o Thomas Phillips (#4211). Phoebe isn't identified. If she is a Goad, she could be a d/o of one of
Joshua Goad's possible brothers Ephraim, John, Hiram, or Aaron, who were briefly in this area of Tenn.
