| Piccolo ends up having to use his last resort to re-merge with Kami. But if he does that what happens to the Dragon Balls? and the God of the Earth? But Piccolo does re-merge with Kami and at that moment he becomes the strongest of the Z Warriors and also gains all of the knowledge and wisdom that Kami had. He is ready to take on the monster that has been making the people of cities diappear. But Cell somehow has Goku's ki?! He launches a "kamehameha!!" It is leanred that Cell started out as the size of a little bug and went around during the DBZ series collecting cells of the strongest fighters. (He took cells form wen Goku fought Vegeta and when Freeza came to Earth and he takes cells from Tenshinhan and Piccolo when they first meet) So Cell has the power to shoot a kamehameha get stronger after every fight (due to the Saiyan cells) regenerate lost body parts and survive in Space. But before all of that for Cell to become the perfect body he must absorb androids #17,and #18, thath way he will become "perfect Cell."
But the Z Warriors have an oppurtunity to defeat him there is a room at Kami's palace called "The Room of Spirit and Time." Where you train under harsh conditions but one day of training is just like training for 1 year. Everybody trains in there including gohan (that's when he turns Super Saiyan) When Piccolo is defeated by the non-perfect Cell #16 takes a shot at defeating him but is also defeated. Cell than absorbs Android #17, no he is almost-perfect Cell. Now that mostly everbody has trained in the Room of Spirit and Time they challenge Cell and Vegeta is able to defeat him!!!! But Cell challenges him and tells him if he absorbed #18 there would be no way for Vegeta to beat him. But because of Vegeta's pride he lets Cell go off and search for #18.
Kuririn has the power to stop #18 not by force but by a remote control that was made at Capsule Corpaoration that would shut down #18 for good. But Kuririn could not do it. Does he like #18? And so Cell gets to absorb #18 and become perfect Cell. He then fights Vegeta and Vegeta loses to him, but Trunks comes and rescues him as Super Saiyan2 but even that power he has cannot defeat Cell. But Cell does not kill Trunks he instead lets him live because he is going to announce to the world that he will be holding a Martial Arts Competion called Cell Games. He wants to see if anybody can beat him and if no one can he will just destroy the entire Earth. During the 11 days they have to wait for the Cell Games to be held Goku, and Gohan are calm. They also find a new God for the Earth. Goku uses his Instantaneous Movement to locate the new Namekian Planet and taked Dende back to Earth and he now becomes the God of the Earth and makes a new set of Dragon Balls that grant more wishes.
The time for the Cell Games arrives and we are introduced to Mr. Satan. Who is the "world champion" and will fight Cell first. He gets beat in one hit. Goku fights Cell and then surrenders, #16 also trys to blow up Cell but ends up blowing himself up and all of his body parts except his head. Cell than makes all of these Cell jr.'s appear which strart beating all of the Z Warriors. Gohan watches on and so does Mr. Satan as all of Z Warriors fight for their lives. Cell taunts Gohan that he can't do anything but #16's head starts to talk to Mr. Satan he tells him to throw him near Gohan and Mr. Satan reluctly agrees. #16 tells Gohan to let his anger flow and to stay alive and protect nature and the animals and all of the things he loves then Cell stomps on his head and Gohan gets so mad that he goes Super Saiyan 2. He kills all the Cell Jr.'s and then starts on cell himself he beats Cell so bad that he vomits #18 out of his mouth. Cell knows he's beaten so he puts himself in "self-destruct" mode but before he blows up Goku teleports him to Lord Kaiou's planet and he blows up there killing Goku, Lord Kaiou, Bubbles and Gregory.
But the remaining Z Warriors still feel Cell's Ki and then Cell Appears out of nowhere and kills Trunks, and then defeats Vegeta but Gohan saves Vegeta's life. Cell explains that only his nucleus survived the explosion and since he is able to regenerate (due to Piccolo's cells) he can survive as long as his nucleus is around. Also he has become stronger (due to his Saiyan Cells) Cell now begins to try to blowup the earth, and Gohan knows he can't do anything but Goku speaks to Gohan through Lord Kaiou and tells him to give Cell his greatest "kamehameha." And with his father's spirit behind him Goku does and eventually overcomes Cell and destroys him completely. (with a little help from Piccolo, Tenshinhan, Yamcha, and Vegeta of course.
After Cell they use the Dragon Balls to wish Trunks back to life and then Goku but Goku doesn't want to come back to life he wants to remain in the after life to train more. Since the news camera's went out during the Cell fight Mr. Satan takes all the credit for defeating Cell and #18 is still around. But she eventually falls in love with Kuririn. Trunks also goes back to his future and defeats #17, #18 and Cell. While in the after-life Goku confronts The Ginyu Force, Freeza, King Cold, and Cell and defeats them all. He gets invited to Dai-Kaious heaven tournament and makes it to the final round where he must now face Pike-han but it ends up in a disqualification.
