In a forest, some countrymen catch a wild child who can not walk, speak, read neither write. A man named Doctor Jean Itard takes an interest in the boy and decides to "civilize" him. This film, which is based on a true story, was most interesting in the first ten minutes. That was when they were in the jungle and soon captured the feral child. After that, the movie went on a rapid decline. Oh well, not surprising for a French film.
