In this enchantingly fairy tale, the beautiful Princess Buttercup and the dashing Wesley must overcome staggering odds to find happiness. Pirates, a murderous prince, a six-fingered count, a Sicilian, a giant, an R. O. U. S. (rodents of unusual size) and even death cannot stop true love from triumphing. I thought Princess Buttercup was terribly under written and I felt the film did not need the grandson interrupting ever five to fifteen minutes. All they needed was to have a little voice-over (and footage) of the grandfather and the grandson at the beginning and end of the movie. Overall, this was a pretty decent film.
