Clark is stunned when he sees his father's ghost at the graveyard, but becomes even more confused after Jonathan tells him he must kill Lionel. Meanwhile, Lex develops a vaccine for Professor Fine's deadly virus, but the latter intervenes and injects him with the vaccine, which causes a shocking reaction in Lex. I thought this episode was a huge improvement over the last one. The scene between Lex and Brainiac was brilliantly played by both actors. The latter is indeed the stronger of the two. I also liked the interaction between Clark and Lionel and how they teamed up. Perhaps they will continue this next season. I also liked the foreshadowing of General Zod. Ever since watching the Superman films as a kid, he's always been one of my favorite villains.
