This take on the Man of Steel's adventures is all about Clark Kent (alias Superman), the intrepid Daily Planet investigative reporter and a feisty Lois Lane. Together, the pair gets into the kind of jams that only Superman can solve. Along for the ride are editor Perry White, eager photographer Jimmy Olsen and nefarious arch-villain Lex Luthor. First off, I would like to say that I'm being somewhat generous with this season since the first season of any show is used to set up the characters, particularly Clark, Lex and Lois. That said, I will say that this is the only season that has John Shea as a regular. I think he makes a really good TV actor, but a terrible movie actor. He's also an actor who can play both villains and heroes.
