This movie delivers action, adventure, chills and thrills, this precedent-setting monster movie tells a timeless tale of man vs. beast. While shooting in the jungle, filmmaker Carl Denham discovers an awe-inspiring marvel of nature: a 50-foot gorilla dubbed Kong. Subduing the mighty beast, the crew returns to New York with the primate, who promptly escapes, spreading mayhem and going ape for the production's leading lady. This original film is still the best. In this film one scene was cut due to it being too frightning and detracted from the story; it was presumed lost forever. This was the spider and scorpian scene where several aracnids attack the remaining crew members. One of the best movie monsters off all time is King Kong. He's second only to Godzilla and the latter has to be done in an adult film to work.
