The object of this tourney is to not lose a game. One loss and you are out, however, there is a round to determine 3th and 4th places. HIGH POINTS: There is a good chance you can win this tourney with a couple of good games. You will need your skills, and you will not have to win all your games to win this tourney. High points is a total of all games/bags played to determine the winners. EVIL WHIZ: EACH player either bids the total number of spades in their hand or goes nil. So, each partner on a team, may have bid their spades or gone nil. With this then, you may have a team both bidding nil, both bidding their spades or a nil and a spades bid. Whiz is played either the entire game (The first team to earn 500 points wins the game. The game will also end if a team finishes a round at or below -200 points.) OR 10 hands whichever comes 1st. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ MISBID RULE: 1)CONTACT THE HOST WHENEVER A MISBID OCCURS. THE HOST AND STAFF WILL THEN DETERMINE IF RESEATING IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY. FOR INSTANCE, IF THE 1ST BIDDING PARTNER ON A MIRRORS HAND HAS MISBID HIS/HER HAND, AND REALIZES IT BEFORE THEIR PARTNER HAS BID, THE 2ND BIDDING PARTNER CAN ADJUST THEIR BID TO CORRECT THE TOTAL "TEAM BID" FOR THE MIRRORS HAND. OTHERWISE, ANY UNADJUSTABLE MISBID WILL RESULT IN RESEATING WITH A PENALTY IMPOSED ON THE MISBIDDING TEAM. (ONLY TIME WILL TELL WHAT TYPES OF MISBIDS ARE CORRECTABLE WITHOUT RESEATING.) 2)WHENEVER A MISBID RESULTS IN RESEATING, 100 POINTS WILL BE DEDUCTED FOR EACH OCCURENCE. THE DEDUCTION SHOULD BE ENTERED INTO THE COMPANION WHEN THE 1ST SCORE ENTRY HAS BEEN MADE OR FROM THE TOTAL SCORE AT THE END OF THE GAME FOR THAT ROUND.
