SHORT EXPLANATION OF PLACEMENT RULES FOR THIS TOURNAMENT:
This week's tournament will be single elimination. It will take a lot of skill, and the cards 
falling right for you. The object of this tourney is to not lose a game. One loss and you 
are out.

RANKING:
WELCOME TO THE  RANKING FOR THE COCONUTS_EVIL_SPADES TOURNAMENT. 
PLAYERS. NEXT IS A BRIEF EXPLANATION OF THE RANKINGS, THE FORMULA AND WHAT 
IT MEANS TO THE PLAYERS.

(1) TOTAL UP THE RANKING'S GIVEN TO A PLAYER
(2) DIVIDE THAT TOTAL BY THE # OF VOTES, TO GET AN AVERAGE
(3) SUBTRACT THE AVERAGE BY THE # OF VOTES
(4) THE RESULTS OF STEP (3) EQUALS THE RANKING FOR THAT PLAYER

THE PLAYER WITH THE LOWEST NUMBER IS THE TOP RANKED PLAYER OR THE #1 SEED, 
AND SO ON DOWN THE LINE. THE HIGHER THE SEED (#1 IS THE HIGHEST) THE MORE 
BYES GIVEN TO THEM. A BYE IS AN AUTOMATIC WIN IN THE 1ST ROUND OF PLAY FOR 
THE NEXT TOURNEY.
