This week's tournament will be high points. There is a good chance you can win this
tourney with a couple of good games. You will need your skills, and you will 
not have to win all your games to win this tourney

PLAYERS. NEXT IS A BRIEF EXPLANATION OF THE RANKINGS, THE FORMULA AND WHAT

(1) TOTAL UP THE RANKING'S GIVEN TO A PLAYER
(2) DIVIDE THAT TOTAL BY THE # OF VOTES, TO GET AN AVERAGE
(3) SUBTRACT THE AVERAGE BY THE # OF VOTES
(4) THE RESULTS OF STEP (3) EQUALS THE RANKING FOR THAT PLAYER

THE PLAYER WITH THE LOWEST NUMBER IS THE TOP RANKED PLAYER OR THE #1 SEED, 
AND SO ON DOWN THE LINE. THE HIGHER THE SEED (#1 IS THE HIGHEST) THE MORE 
BYES GIVEN TO THEM. A BYE IS AN AUTOMATIC WIN IN THE 1ST ROUND OF PLAY FOR 
THE NEXT TOURNEY.
