| Order Policy Unless specified as "temporarily out of stock", most orders will ship the same or next business day. If an item is out of stock you will be notified immediately and given an approximate in stock date. Multiple item orders will be held until complete unless you request that you want it shipped separately (for extra shipping charges). Payment We accept MasterCard, American Express and Visa on our secure site and over the phone. We also accept money orders and checks; however, checks take 7-10 days to clear, and we must receive your payment before the order will ship. International Orders International orders are welcome; however, shipping charges are more. Please place your order as usual and shipping charges will be based on what you order. You will be notified via email of the total cost and will be asked for your approval. No orders will be processed until the shipping charges are approved. Shipping All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. Please do not give us Post Office box addresses; street addresses only. We will ship to APO and other military addresses using the USPS. NOTE: It is very important that you provide us with a valid email address. Not only do we communicate through email, but UPS will also notify you of your shipment via email too. Return Policy It is important to us that your return/exchange be as pleasant and hassle free as possible. Please follow the guidelines below, and if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call us weekdays at 480-753-3820 between the hours of 9:00AM & 5:00PM PST. Please make sure that we receive your return within 30 days from the date on the ?Sales Receipt?. Items received after 30 days will be returned to you and the credit card that we have on file will be charged for the return freight. You will be responsible for all shipping fees when returning an item. If you are doing an exchange, you are also responsible for the shipping of the new item back to you. We recommend a shipping method that you can track or insure when returning your item to us. Please return all items in the same condition in which they were originally shipped. Items must be unworn, have all original tags attached, be buttoned/zipped, right side out, and be bagged. Items that are not returned as stated above will be charged a 15% restock fee, or possibly returned to you at your expense. This is necessary for us to maintain quality. If you have received an item that is flawed or incorrect, please call us immediately at 480-753-3820 between the hours of 9:00AM & 5:00PM PST. |
