chapter sixteen
After the interview was over they went to Danielle and JC�s house. The 2 walked into the house.
�Hey, you�re back.� JC said.
�How�d it go?� Justin asked.
�Good.� Danielle said sitting down on the couch with Alishia in her arms.
Kimberly sat down on the loveseat and Justin sat next to her. JC sat next to Danielle and Alishia on the other couch.
�What kind of questions did they ask?� Justin asked.
�You�ll find out when you get there.� Kimberly said.
�You�re mean.�
JC looked at his watch. �It�s about time to leave J.� He said.
�Okay.� Justin stood up after giving Kimberly a kiss.
�Does my little girl want to come with Daddy?� JC asked Alishia.
She giggled.
�Maybe not sweetie, she already went with me and she�s going to get tired soon.� Danielle said.
�Aw, it�s alright. She�ll be fine.� JC took her from Danielle, kissing her forehead.
�Fine.�
�I love you.� He said giving her a quick kiss.
Alishia kept grabbing his face and ears. �Oh, I love you too.� He kissed her all over her face. She giggled like crazy.
�Okay, let�s go JC.� Justin said.
�Alright, ready to go Lishia?� She smiled. �Okay, bye baby. Be back later.� He kissed Danielle on the forehead.
�Okay, be careful.�
�We will.� Justin said.

Justin and JC sat down in the chairs in front of the cameras. JC had Alishia in his arms.
�The little cutie is here again.� Pat said seeing Alishia.
�Yes she is. She�s just all over the place.� JC said.
�Well, how are you two?�
�Good.�
�Both of you are with someone that is not famous, how is that better or worse than being with someone who is famous?� Pat asked.
�I personally like it this way, way better.� JC said.
�Same here.� Justin said.
�It�s cool to be with someone who�s also famous because they understand the frustrations and schedules. But Danielle understands my life and what goes on. She keeps me sane and grounded.� JC continued.
�Yeah, I agree. It�s good to come home to someone who�s not apart of the music business. Someone who has a normal job and can come complain to you about normal people and not what producers, writers, or what some crazy fan did.� Justin said.
�Speaking of coming home to, when I asked Kimberly about living with you she kind of freaked out and was hesitant.� Pat told Justin.
�Really?� He gave Pat a weird look.
�She said she was just staying for a while.�
�What?� Justin chuckled.
�So, what do you think of living with her?�
He smiled. �I love living with her. I love waking up in the morning and she�s right beside me and I love going to sleep and she�s there. I love the way she makes me laugh. She makes me feel complete.� Justin said.
�How sweet, baby Justin.� JC laughed.
�How�s marriage life JC?� Pat asked.
�It�s wonderful. I love having her there all the time. Unlike if she was just my girlfriend who knows what could happen I might lose her.�
�Now it�s legal, so you won�t lose her.� Pat interrupted.
He chuckled. �Yeah sort of not the whole legal thing. But now that we�re married and have a child together we have like this special connection, never ending unconditional love for each other.� JC said.
�I get it. Alright, when I was talking to the girls about this subject, it got interesting.� Pat said.
The guys laughed.
�How�s the sex lives?�
They laughed again.
�You go first.� Justin laughed.
�Amazingly, it�s better after we had Alishia.� JC chuckled.
�Oh really? How�s that?�
�We just have Justin and Kimberly watch her.� He said.
�HA. Yeah right. Kimberly and I are trying to make our own kid.� Justin said.
JC looked at him in shock.
�What?� Justin said in defense.
�You heard it here first.� Pat said to the camera.
�What did you mean by that?� JC asked.
�Before you answer that, how�s your sex life. From Kimberly�s point of view you�re skilled.�
He blinked and laughed. �What? But the sex is great.� He passed.� �I could just spend the whole day in bed with her.�
JC and Pat laughed.
�What�s the deal with Britney?� He paused.
�What I did with Britney�hurting Kimberly was a mistake. I will never forgive myself for hurting her. We try not to remember it. She knows I love her with all my heart and always will.�
�JC, has Alishia said her first word yet?.�
�No. I�ve been trying to get her to say Daddy, but she�s almost there.� He smiled.
Alishia pulled on JC�s ears and pulled on his hair.
�Lishia no. Here, hold her J.� JC handed Alishia to Justin.
�No�Dada.� She said very slurred, reaching to him.
JC looked at her in shock and Justin almost dropped her. He handed her back to JC. He hugged her.
�Oh my gosh. Good job baby girl.� He kissed her forehead and she giggled.
�Did you get that on tape? Danielle is needs to see it.� JC said smiling.
�Yeah. Well, thank you guys for coming. It was fun.� Pat said.
�You�re welcome.� They both said.
Justin and JC got back home from the interview. They got the tapes from both of their interviews and the girls.
�Hey, how�d it go?� Danielle asked.
�Good. Here go watch this. It�s a tape of our interview and we�ll watch yours.� JC said.
�Okay, why are you so happy?�
He smiled. He handed Alishia to her. �She�s getting sleepy, lay her down.�
�Okay.� Danielle walked upstairs to Alishia�s room.
�You sleepy baby girl?� She laid her down on her back, covering her up and pulling the blanket to her chest. She closed her eyes and fell asleep.
�Sweet dreams Lishia. I love you.� She kissed her forehead.
Walking out of the room and closing the door behind her she walked into her own room. Kimberly was sitting on the bed.
�Let�s watch the guys� interview.� She sat up, smiling.
�Okay.� Danielle popped the video in the VCR.
JC and Justin sat down in front of the camera and JC had Alishia in his arms. They watched the guys talk about being with someone not famous.
�JC would go insane without you D.� Kimberly said.
�Yeah.�
They continued watching.
�Do I complain to him about my job?� Kimberly asked.
�You don�t have a job.� Danielle said.
Kimberly paused. �I don�t do I? Well I�m going to go look for one tomorrow.�
�Why do you need a job?�
�To get an apartment.�
�An apartment? You don�t need an apartment. You live with Justin. He�s not going to let you move out.�
She sighed.
�Are you scared of the commitment of moving in with him?�
�I know I already live with him, but it kind of hit me when he asked. I thought where is our relationship going from here? Will we ever get married?� She wondered.
�Why don�t you two talk about it?�
�Okay, let�s watch the rest.�
She heard what Justin said about living with her.
�Aww.� Danielle smiled when she heard what JC said about their marriage.
�How�s the sex lives?� Pat said on the tv.
Danielle and Kimberly looked at each other.
�Oh god!� Danielle said when she heard what JC said. �That�s almost what I said.�
�WHAT?!� Kimberly said when Justin said they were trying to make their own kid.
�Ooo�� Danielle said.
�Don�t say it Justin.� Kimberly said she watched him pause. He continued. �Oh my gosh!�
Kimberly head snapped up when she heard Britney�s name. Her eyes became watery at what Justin said.
Danielle laughed at how Alishia was playing with JC�s hair. JC handed her to Justin and she began to cry, reaching out for JC.
�No�Dada.�
�Oh my gosh! She said Dada.� Danielle freaked out. �Damn it! She likes him more than she likes me.� She complained.
�No, she doesn�t. She loves her Mommy.� Kimberly said.
�Only for something�s that she needs.�
�Nu uh. She wants you more most of the time.�
Danielle just smiled.
