The lights were bright and the guys were everywhere on the stage. Screaming fans everywhere was *NSYNC performed.
Amanda sat in her seat watching the show, trying to see through the standing fans. She smiled as she watched Josh sing and dance. He looked great up there. He truly loved what he was doing.
�He looks amazing.� She thought to herself.
After some up beat songs they began to sing slower ballads. They sounded great. Harmonizing perfectly. She could listen to them all day. Her concentration was on those 5 guys, when her cell phone rang. She looked at the caller id. It was Eve.
�Hello?� Amanda said
�Hey�what are you doing?�
�Let me turn the t.v. down.� Amanda stood up and walked away from the stage. Up the stair and the woman�s restroom. No one was in there.
�Ok�so what�s up Jo?�
�Amanda where are you?�
�At home.�
�Then why when I called there you didn�t pick up?�
�Uh�� Amanda was speechless, she couldn�t think of an excuse.
�Busted. Amanda Jones where the hell are you?�
�At an *NSYNC concert.�
�What?...Why are you there? What if he sees you?�
�He won�t�I just wanted to see him Jo.� Amanda began to lightly cry.
�Aw. I�m sorry for getting mad. I understand that you wanted to see him, but you just have to be careful. You don�t want to get in more trouble.�
�No kidding�I think I might go home soon though. I�ve had enough. He�s really getting to me�I miss him so much.�
�I know you do.�
�Hey I�ll call you back I�m gonna go home.�
�Okay, talk to you in a few. Bye.�

Amanda hung up the phone and walked out of the stadium.
�Bye Josh.� She said as she drove away. �I love you.�

�Ok. So what�s new?� Amanda asked
�Nothing much�I still don�t understand why you have to stay an extra 3 months.� Eve said
�Me either. It�s ridiculous. I�ve had enough of it here.�
�Maybe dad could talk to Matthews?�
�No�Matthews might make me stay longer because I had Daddy get me out of it. I need to do it on my own, know what I mean?�
�Yeah, I understand�.so how was the concert?�
Amanda smiled. �Good. They all looked great.�
�Cool.�
�I talked to Lonnie.�
�You did?�
�Yeah. We talked for a little bit. He asked if I wanted to go say hi to Josh, but I told him no, can�t take any chances.�
�You wanted to see him didn�t you?�
�Yeah, you have no idea how bad I want to see him, like face to face. It was good seeing him from a distance though. I miss him like crazy.�
There was a few seconds of silence.
�Well Manda, I better let you get some sleep�Goodnight.� Eve said.
�Ok, talk to you later Jo. Goodnight.�
�Bye.�
�Bye.� Amanda hung up the phone, turned the light off and went to bed.

Josh picked up the phone and dialed the number to Eve�s house.
�Hello?� Eve answered.
�Hey Eve, it�s JC.� He said
�Hey speaking of the devil, what�s up?�
�Nothing much, just got finished performing�were you talking about me?�
�Yeah but never mind.�
�Anyway�.can I ask you a question?�
�Sure.�
�Have you talked to Amanda lately?�
�Yeah. I just got off the phone with her. That�s why I was talking about you.�
�Oh really?...Did she go to the concert in Seattle?�
Eve hesitated. �Yeah�She wanted to see you so bad, but she can�t.�
�I know�I miss her so much.� She heard that tone in JC�s voice when he�d talk about Amanda. He was miserable.
�God this is so unfair to them, they�re in love and they can�t even be together.� Eve thought to herself.
�JC, I know you miss her�you know what? I hate seeing both of you so miserable�and I�m going to do something about it.�
�Like what?�
�I really shouldn�t be telling you this�but who cares�� She paused, ��Amanda is still in Seattle. She lives there. That�s where they transferred her. She�s at the academy there.�
�Really?� JC smiled.
�Yeah, she lives at 5555 S. Washington St.�
�Ok, I know where that�s is, sort of.�
�It�s like 20 minutes from the stadium.�
�Alright. Thank you so much. I love you.�
�Save that for Amanda.�{
He laughed. �Bye.�

�May I please speak with Agent Matthews?� Edward asked the secretary.
�Yes, one moment.�
He waited a few seconds then Matthews was on the line.
�Agent Matthews.�
�Hello Joe, its Edward.�
�Hello Edward, can I help you with something?�
�I wanted to talk to you about Amanda.�
�Yes, what about?�
�Is it necessary for her to stay an extra 3 months?�
�Maybe not to you, but I feel she needs to stay longer.�
�Why?�
�She doesn�t associate with the other agents. She buries herself in her work. She�s not like she used to be.�
�That�s because you transferred her unexpectedly to a new place she doesn�t know. You took her away from her family, she has never lived alone until now. She�s lonely and scared because Eve isn�t there and most of all because you took JC away from her-��

�Now I know it�s not allowed to be involved with a client but Joe she loves him. I�ve never seen her so happy with someone, when she�s around him she�s herself. You can�t do this to her.�
�Edward I understand what you�re saying but-��
�Please let her come home next week. It�s going to be 3 months since I�ve seen my daughter. I miss her. We all miss her.�
�Edward this isn�t like you to beg.�
�It�s my daughter were talking about. I�ll do anything to make her happy.�
Matthews was quiet for a long moment.
�Ok�ok I�ll let her come home next week when her time is up.� He said

�You can call her and tell her the news.�

Edward hung up the phone just as Eve walked in.
�Hey Daddy.� She said
�Hi, what are you up to?�
�I think I made a big mistake.�
Eve sat down on the couch next to her father.
�What happened?�
�I was just talking to Amanda and I feel so bad for her because she�s so lonely in Seattle. She misses us, Josh, the academy.�
�So what�s the mistake there?�
�Josh called me after I got off the phone with her and I told him where she is.�
Edward smiled.
�Why are you smiling?�
�I just talked to Matthews and he�s letting her come home next week when her 3 months are finished.�
�Really?� Eve smiled.
�Yeah�.so I think it�s ok if Josh knows where she is now. Don�t worry about it now.�
�Ok�have you told her yet?�
�No, I was about to call her.�

Edward picked up the phone and called Amanda.

�Hey Junior, how are you?� He said
�Hi Daddy, its late why are you calling, is something wrong?�
�I have some news for you.�

�You get to come home next week.�

�Yeah I talked to Matthews and convinced him to let you come home and not stay the extra 3 months.�
�Really?� Amanda smiled.
�Yep. I�m so glad you�re coming home.�

There was a knock on the door.
�Oh, I think that�s him. I have to go.�

Amanda laughed. �Bye.�
She stood up and walked to the door. She looked through the peak hole and saw Josh. She opened the door.
�What are you doing here?� She said with a big smile on her face.
Josh smiled, �I came to see you.�
�What took you so long?�
