Is Nothing Sacred Anymore
Could you have dreamt long ago
A song embedded in the fibers of a wave
Like a drop of rain falling slowly below
Hoping in memory to save
Is nothing sacred anymore?
If you should fall
Will the Earth reach out
Can you heed the crow's caw
Or will everything crumble without
Is there a place to descend
Where a tear can shatter the silence within
When you can't Ascend
Encumbered by this wind
Can you become the ripple
Before the drop of water
That thing so simple
And not falter
As you are graced by thundering sea
And not tremble
But just be
With each resemble
Of each wave that strikes the shore
From the effect of a single touch
Of some obscure cause
Is that too much?
Is nothing sacred anymore
Is nothing beloved today
Is nothing able to soar
Or beautiful in your way?
Is nothing holy in your sight
Is your heart so empty
Can you recall the light
That did not blind when you did see?
Is nothing sacred anymore?
Least In Reflections, A Danger
The moon does shine
Through trees softly
With beauty sublime
And sensual mystery
What can hide
In illumination of night
That deep inside
We struggle to veil from day's light
To even ourselves, a stranger
We hurry to look fast away
Least in reflections, a danger
Haunted winds
Toss with heavy sigh
The leaf that descends
Yearning to draw neigh
Lonely for her, the Earth's embrace
Only alas to swirl away
With broken turmoiled grace
How everything does seem
So bleak and void
An all consuming dream
Impossiable to leave, to avoid
The Phoenix
Silently she stirs
Body Inked in Ash Black
Boldly with Mystery
And Exquisite in Luminous Beauty
She stands up
Sacred Silence holds its Breath
And with Solemn Chorus
Her wings Branch Forth
With Wind's lift
She is Raised in Blazing Glory
Bright the Light
Yet That Blinds Not
Of her Crown Eternal Sol and Luna
With Flames and Gentle Illumination
The Divine Child with Rod in hand
Pierces the Veils
The Pyre below left to descent
The Phoenix Returns
In Joyous Remembrance to Home
Before the Tree that Throne
Ladder of Heaven and Earth
Dwelling in Eternal Moment
Point of Wholeness Divine
Rests the Beloved
In the Depths of the Cavern of Secrets
The Star at last burns in the Heavens
